本发明属于制冷设备领域,具体公开了一种冰箱,包括冰箱本体、制冷装置和控制器,所述冰箱本体内设有冷藏室和冷冻室,所述制冷装置和控制器电连,且两者均固定在冰箱本体上,还包括制冰室、冷却通道和通道开关,所述制冰室设置于冷冻室内,所述冷却通道设置在冰箱本体内,并连通冷藏室和制冰室,所述冷却通道设置在冰箱本体内,并连通冷藏室和制冰室。本发明在停电后,利用制冰室中的冰融化吸热来降低冷藏室中的温度,以延长冷藏室保持低温的时间,从而延长了冷藏室内食物保鲜的时间。

一种冰箱
技术领域
本发明属于制冷设备领域,尤其涉及一种冰箱。
背景技术
随着城乡工农业生产和人民生活的不断发展,各种家用电器用电量倍增并造成超负荷而经常停电,或因线路故障造成停电检修。许多家用电器由于停电无法正常工作,尤其是家庭生活必备的冰箱。现有的冰箱主要包括冰箱本体、冷却装置和控制器,冰箱本体内设有冷藏室和冷冻室,冷却装置与控制器相连,使冷藏室和冷冻室保持不同的温度。断电后,冷却装置停止工作,在不打开冰箱门的情况下,6小时后冷藏室内的温度即会接近室温,导致冷藏室内的食物变质,无法继续食用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种冰箱,以延长断电后冷藏室内食物的保存时间。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种冰箱,包括冰箱本体、制冷装置和控制器,所述冰箱本体内设有冷藏室和冷冻室,所述制冷装置和控制器电连,且两者均固定在冰箱本体上,其中,还包括:
制冰室,所述制冰室设置于冷冻室内;
冷却通道,所述冷却通道设置在冰箱本体内,并连通冷藏室和制冰室;
通道开关,所述通道开关可控制冷却通道的导通和关闭。
本发明的原理在于:正常供电时,通道开关处于关闭状态,将制冰室内加入可饮用的水,在制冷装置的作用下,水凝结成冰;停电时,制冷装置停止工作,通道开关处于打开状态,冷却通道导通,制冰室利用冰融化为水需要吸热的原理,代替制冷装置继续为冷藏室提供低温。
本发明的效果在于:制冰室设置于冷冻室内,制冷装置为冷冻室制冷的同时,即可对制冰室制冷,由于冷冻室的温度通常均低于0℃,制冰室内的水可凝结为冰,无需单独未其另设制冷系统。另外,在需要时,可将制冰室内的冰块取出一部分来食用或者用于其他用途。与传统的冰箱相比,本发明在停电后,利用制冰室中的冰融化吸热来降低冷藏室中的温度,以延长冷藏室保持低温的时间,从而延长了冷藏室内食物保鲜的时间。
进一步,所述通道开关包括电磁铁、密封块和弹性件,所述冷却通道内设有第一凹槽和第二凹槽,所述第一凹槽和第二凹槽相对布置,电磁铁固定在第一凹槽中,弹性件的一端连接在密封块上,另一端连接在第二凹槽上,密封块滑动设置在第二凹槽中,所述密封块为铁或镍或钴制成。正常供电时,电磁铁通电,具有磁性,密封块克服弹性件的弹力与电磁铁吸合,将冷却通道关闭。停电时,电磁铁断电,失去磁性,密封块在弹性件的作用下与电磁铁分离,冷却通道导通。
进一步,所述电磁铁为条形或者马蹄形,条形或者马蹄形的电磁铁更容易被磁化,吸磁效果更好。
进一步,所述电磁铁的铁芯为软铁或者硅钢,软铁或者硅钢制成的电磁铁在断电后消磁更快,在断电后,电磁铁就能快速失去磁性,使冷却通道及时导通。
进一步,所述制冰室与冷冻室之间设有隔热板,制冰装置与制冰室连接。由于冷冻室的通常温度低于冰块的温度,隔热板能有起到良好的隔热作用,防止冷冻室内的热量散出至冷冻室中。
进一步,所述弹性件为拉簧,弹性件主要受到拉力的作用,与压簧相比,效果更好。
进一步,所述密封块上包覆有隔热层。正常供电时,隔热层起良好的隔热作用,避免制冰室内的冷气散出至冷藏室中。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:冰箱本体1,冷藏室2,冷冻室3,制冰室4,隔热板5,密封块6,电磁铁7,冷却通道8。
如图1、图2所示,本实施例提供一种冰箱,包括冰箱本体1,制冷装置与控制器电连接,并均设置在冰箱本体1内。如图3、图4所示,冰箱本体1上部设有冷藏室2,中部设有制冰室4,下部设有冷冻室3,制冰室4与冷冻室3之间还加设有隔热板5。制冷装置为冷藏室2、制冰室4和冷冻室3制冷,控制器则用于调控制冷装置。
如图3、图4所示,冷却通道8内还加工有第一凹槽、第二凹槽和冷却通道8,第一凹槽位于第二凹槽的左端,第一凹槽与第二凹槽相对设置,冷却通道8将冷藏室2与制冰室4连通。冷却通道8上安装有通道开关,通道开关包括条形的电磁铁7、密封块6和拉簧。电磁铁7的铁芯为软铁制成,安装在第一凹槽中,密封块6为钴制成,并在其表面包覆了一层由环戊烷制成的隔热层,容纳于第二凹槽中,并可在其中滑动。拉簧的左端与密封块6连接,右端安装在第二凹槽中。
具体使用中,往制冰室4内加入饮用水,饮用水的加入量需小于制冰室4容积的八分之七,防止冰膨胀时,由于体积膨胀而胀破制冰室4。正常供电时,制冷装置工作,为冷藏室、制冰室4和冷冻室3制冷,制冰室4中的饮用水凝结成冰。如图3所示,电磁铁7通电,此时,电磁铁7具有磁性,电磁铁7产生的磁力大于拉簧的拉力,从而将密封块6吸合,密封块6的左端位于第一凹槽中,将冷却通道8通道关闭。停电时,制冷装置停止工作,无法继续为冷藏室2制冷。此时,电磁铁7断电,电磁铁7失去磁性,密封块6在拉簧的作用下与电磁铁7分离,密封块6位于第二凹槽中,冷却通道8导通。同时,冰慢慢融化,吸收热量,继续为冷藏室2制冷,以延长冷藏室2中食物的保存时间。

Claims (7)

1.一种冰箱,包括冰箱本体、制冷装置和控制器,所述冰箱本体内设有冷藏室和冷冻室,所述制冷装置和控制器电连,且两者均固定在冰箱本体上,其特征在于,还包括:
制冰室,所述制冰室设置于冷冻室内;
冷却通道,所述冷却通道设置在冰箱本体内,并连通冷藏室和制冰室;
通道开关,所述通道开关可控制冷却通道的导通和关闭。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种冰箱,其特征在于,所述通道开关包括电磁铁、密封块和弹性件,所述冷却通道内设有第一凹槽和第二凹槽,所述第一凹槽和第二凹槽相对布置,电磁铁固定在第一凹槽中,弹性件的一端连接在密封块上,另一端连接在第二凹槽上,密封块滑动设置在第二凹槽中,所述密封块为铁或镍或钴制成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种冰箱,其特征在于,所述电磁铁为条形或者马蹄形。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种冰箱,其特征在于,所述电磁铁的铁芯为软铁或者硅钢。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的一种冰箱,其特征在于,所述制冰室与冷冻室之间设有隔热板,制冰装置与制冰室连接。
6.如权利要求2所述的一种冰箱,其特征在于,所述弹性件为拉簧。
7.如权利要求2所述的一种冰箱,其特征在于,所述密封块上包覆有隔热层。
