本发明公开一种生物培养皿,包括培养皿盖和培养皿底,所述培养皿盖的内盖边上设有第一啮合齿,所述培养皿底的内盖边上设有与第二啮合齿,所述第一啮合齿与第二啮合齿相适配,所述培养皿盖的外盖边上设有第一卡齿,所述培养皿底的外盖边上设有第二卡齿,所述第一卡齿与第二卡齿相适配,所述培养皿盖通过第一卡齿与培养皿底的第二卡齿相卡持,所述培养皿盖左侧贯穿有取样管,所述取样管另一端连通有试样瓶,所述培养皿盖中部还贯穿有补料管,所述培养皿盖内设有泵,所述泵连有进气管,所述进气管另一端连有空气过滤器;该生物培养皿生长环境好、培养效率高、密封效果好,即使拿起不会导致密封出现间隙。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种生物培养皿。
背景技术
培养皿是一种用于微生物或细胞培养的实验室器皿,由一个平面圆盘状的底和一个盖组成,被广泛应用于培养细菌、细胞的生物实验和医学实验中。培养皿的材质基本上分为塑料和玻璃两类。现有的培养皿密封性较差,一旦拿起时,容易导致密封出现间隙,从而使培养皿内的微生物易受外界杂菌污染,且在需要对含培养基的培养皿长期放置或保存时,也容易导致皿内培养基中水分蒸发散失,导致培养基质量下降,甚至不能使用;再者,在生物培养的过程中,用到的生物培养装置一般为机械搅拌式结构,搅拌式对细胞的伤害很大,另外培养过程中空气进入反应器过程一般都是不经过处理的,导致生物生长环境不是很好。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种生长环境好、培养效率高、密封效果好,即使拿起不不会导致密封出现间隙的生物培养皿。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种生物培养皿,包括培养皿盖和培养皿底,所述培养皿盖的内盖边上设有第一啮合齿,所述培养皿底的内盖边上设有与第二啮合齿,所述第一啮合齿与第二啮合齿相适配,所述培养皿盖的外盖边上设有第一卡齿,所述培养皿底的外盖边上设有第二卡齿,所述第一卡齿与第二卡齿相适配,所述培养皿盖通过第一卡齿与培养皿底的第二卡齿相卡持,所述培养皿盖左侧贯穿有取样管,所述取样管另一端连通有试样瓶,所述培养皿盖中部还贯穿有补料管,所述培养皿盖内设有泵,所述泵连有进气管,所述进气管另一端连有空气过滤器。
作为优选,所述培养皿底的内盘为上宽下窄设置,也可根据情况调整。
作为优选,所述第一啮合齿与第二啮合齿的表面覆有封垫圈,密封效果较佳。
作为优选,所述第一卡齿与第二卡齿的表面覆有封垫圈,密封效果较佳。
作为优选,所述空气过滤器为膜式空气过滤器,过滤效果较佳。
本发明的有益效果是:由于设置有第一啮合齿与第二啮合齿,能够将培养皿盖和培养皿底相接时的内盖边进行密封性处理,同时搭配第一卡齿与第二卡齿,能够进一步的将培养皿盖和培养皿底相接时的外盖边进行密封性处理,从而完善的保证密封效果,避免因拿起就导致的密封破坏,由于设置有试样瓶、补料管和空气过滤器,能够在外部就进行一系列的作业,避免打开培养皿,同时还可以使培养瓶保持清洁,生长环境好。

如图1所示,一种生物培养皿,包括培养皿盖1和培养皿底2,所述培养皿盖1的内盖边上设有第一啮合齿3,所述培养皿底2的内盖边上设有与第二啮合齿4,所述第一啮合齿3与第二啮合齿4相适配,所述培养皿盖1的外盖边上设有第一卡齿5,所述培养皿底2的外盖边上设有第二卡齿6,所述第一卡齿5与第二卡齿6相适配,所述培养皿盖1通过第一卡齿5与培养皿底2的第二卡齿6相卡持,所述培养皿盖1左侧贯穿有取样管7,所述取样管7另一端连通有试样瓶8,所述培养皿盖1中部还贯穿有补料管9,所述培养皿盖1内设有泵10,所述泵10连有进气管11,所述进气管11另一端连有空气过滤器12。
所述培养皿底2的内盘为上宽下窄设置,也可根据情况调整。
所述第一啮合齿3与第二啮合齿4的表面覆有封垫圈(未图示),封垫圈不可拆卸。
所述第一卡齿5与第二卡齿6的表面覆有封垫圈,封垫圈不可拆卸。
所述空气过滤器12为膜式空气过滤器,也可替换为其他类型的过滤器。
本发明的有益效果是:由于设置有第一啮合齿与第二啮合齿,能够将培养皿盖和培养皿底相接时的内盖边进行密封性处理,同时搭配第一卡齿与第二卡齿,能够进一步的将培养皿盖和培养皿底相接时的外盖边进行密封性处理,从而完善的保证密封效果,避免因拿起就导致的密封破坏,由于设置有试样瓶、补料管和空气过滤器,能够在外部就进行一系列的作业,避免打开培养皿,同时还可以使培养瓶保持清洁,生长环境好。
