Abstract

本发明公开了一种家用垃圾桶，所述家用垃圾桶包括桶体和桶盖，桶盖分为上盖和下盖，下盖是中空的环形盖，上盖能够盖住下盖的中空部分，上盖和下盖通过铰链连接，下盖和桶体通过另一铰链连接。本发明既解决了垃圾袋袋口的固定问题，还解决了普通带盖垃圾桶偶尔出现的使用不便问题，以及可调开盖角度垃圾桶的结构复杂、生产成本高的问题。

技术领域
    本发明涉及家庭日用品生产领域，具体涉及一种家用垃圾桶。
背景技术
在家庭中日常使用垃圾桶时,人们一般是在垃圾桶内套上垃圾袋，将垃圾直接扔进垃圾袋中,当垃圾袋盛满垃圾时,直接将垃圾袋扎紧扔掉,十分方便,而且垃圾桶干净、易清理。但是在现有的垃圾桶上套垃圾袋时,一般需要将垃圾袋袋口固定住，否则垃圾倒入垃圾袋时,会将垃圾袋拖入垃圾桶中,需要再将垃圾袋袋口重新固定在垃圾桶边沿上,给使用者造成不便，使用者的手也会被垃圾弄脏。目前使用者往往是通过打结或使用大垃圾袋的方式将垃圾袋固定在垃圾桶上，这种方式过于繁琐，且影响美观。
另外，现有垃圾桶有一种是普通带盖垃圾桶，有一个脚踏开盖机构，桶盖是常闭型。这种垃圾桶在每次使用时必须用脚开盖，偶尔会出现使用不便的情况。现有垃圾桶还有一种是可调开盖角度的带盖垃圾桶，虽然可以解决上述偶尔出现的不便情况，但该种形式的垃圾桶结构复杂，生产成本和售价较高。
发明内容
本发明提供一种能克服上述缺陷的家用垃圾桶，既解决了垃圾袋袋口的固定问题，还解决了普通带盖垃圾桶偶尔出现的使用不便问题，以及可调开盖角度垃圾桶的结构复杂、生产成本高的问题。
下面是本发明的技术方案。
    一种家用垃圾桶，包括桶体和桶盖，桶盖分为上盖和下盖，下盖是中空的环形盖，上盖能够盖住下盖的中空部分，上盖和下盖通过铰链连接，下盖和桶体通过另一铰链连接。
所述桶体的桶口外缘与所述下盖的外缘都有相互对应的折边。
所述下盖和桶体之间还安装了能够互相扣紧的扣具。

具体实施方式
    下面是结合附图和实施例对本发明所作的详细描述。
一种家用垃圾桶，包括桶体1和桶盖，桶盖分为上盖5和下盖3，下盖是中空的环形盖，上盖能够盖住下盖的中空部分，上盖和下盖通过铰链4连接，下盖和桶体通过另一铰链2连接。
上盖的开度大于90度，根据使用者需要可以打开或关闭。桶体的桶口外缘与下盖的外缘都有相互对应的折边，折边可以是V形折边或弧形折边（本例采用V形折边），折边的作用是加大桶体和下盖对垃圾袋袋口的夹紧力，防止垃圾袋滑落。下盖和桶体之间还安装了能够互相扣紧的扣具6，扣具6可以是现有各种形式的扣具，本例采用的扣具6由扣具壳体6-3、弹性绳索6-2、扣环6-1和挂钩6-4组成；扣具壳体布置在家用垃圾桶的下盖上，弹性绳索的一端连接扣环，弹性绳索的另一端连接并布置在扣具壳体内，挂钩布置在家用垃圾桶的桶体上。弹性绳索上的扣环挂上挂钩时，垃圾袋被夹紧。扣环脱离挂钩时，弹性绳索缩入扣具壳体内，只留扣环在外，此时掀开下盖即可更换垃圾袋。

1.一种家用垃圾桶，包括桶体和桶盖，其特征在于：桶盖分为上盖和下盖，下盖是中空的环形盖，上盖能够盖住下盖的中空部分，上盖和下盖通过铰链连接，下盖和桶体通过另一铰链连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家用垃圾桶，其特征在于：所述桶体的桶口外缘与所述下盖的外缘都有相互对应的折边。
3.根据权利要求2所述的家用垃圾桶，其特征在于：其中所述折边是V形折边或弧形折边。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的家用垃圾桶，其特征在于：其中的下盖和桶体之间还安装了能够互相扣紧的扣具。
5.根据权利要求4所述的家用垃圾桶，其特征在于：所述扣具由扣具壳体、弹性绳索、扣环和挂钩组成；扣具壳体布置在家用垃圾桶的下盖上，弹性绳索的一端连接扣环，弹性绳索的另一端连接并布置在扣具壳体内，挂钩布置在家用垃圾桶的桶体上。
