Method for overprinting color codes by gravure printing machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for overprinting color marks, in particular to a method for overprinting color marks of an intaglio printing machine capable of saving paper.
Background
At present, the advanced automatic chromatography system adopts an automatic chromatography device in a computer control mode, and is characterized in that the automatic chromatography device can accurately sample and calculate at a high speed, and a printing plate roller can be corrected in time once per rotation, so that the automatic chromatography device is completely suitable for the rapid change of chromatography deviation. Therefore, high-speed and accurate color register can be ensured, and the accumulation of color register deviation is completely eliminated. In order to detect and calibrate the color register deviation, color patches are printed at certain positions of the blank of the printing material outside the pattern while the pattern is printed, and the color register deviation is obtained by comparing the changes of the spacing distance between the adjacent color patches. However, in this process, a paper margin of 5mm to 8mm must be left in the printing material for printing the registration color patches, and the waste of paper is very large for gravure printing which is a huge amount of printing.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for overprinting color marks of an intaglio printing machine, which saves paper.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a method for overprinting color patches by an intaglio printing press, which sequentially comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting a product, wherein a paper blank for placing color codes with the same number as the printing colors of the product is arranged in a makeup plate center of the product;
(2) making an original in a computer, and adding all the color codes to a paper blank in an imposition plate center of the product;
(3) the color codes are arranged in a column;
(4) dividing all printing colors in the product into a plurality of color groups, and manufacturing color patches of various colors on printing rollers corresponding to the printing colors of the color groups;
(5) the distance between the adjacent color patches in the color patches corresponding to the same color group is 9-300 mm;
(6) inputting the engraving machine;
(7) starting a drying system;
(8) the printing plate roller with the color codes of different colors is manufactured and installed on each printing unit of the printing machine;
(9) adding the adjusted ink to the ink tank of each printing unit according to the color contained in each color group;
(10) the printing material required by the printed product is led to the paper collecting unit through each printing unit and the guide roller;
(11) adjusting the pressure of a printing press roller, the pressure of the scraper and the angle of the scraper of each printing unit;
(12) adjusting the printing tension required by the printing machine;
(13) inputting various parameters required during printing on a display screen of a printing machine;
(14) lifting the ink tanks of the printing units, and then adjusting the scraper frame according to the required angle and pressure to be in close contact with the printing plate roller;
(15) pressing down the printing press roller;
(16) and aligning the photoelectric tracking identification electric eye in each color group to the color code to realize automatic color register tracking.
Preferably, the color scale may be triangular, trapezoidal, or rectangular in shape.
Preferably, the color scale is in a right-angle trapezoid shape and comprises a lower base a, an upper base b and a height c, the length of the lower base a is less than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 50mm, the length of the upper base b is greater than or equal to 0mm and less than or equal to 5mm, and the length of the height c is greater than or equal to 3mm and less than or equal to 50 mm.
Preferably, the distance between adjacent color marks is 9mm-20 mm.
The method for overprinting color codes by the gravure printing machine has the advantages that printing paper is effectively saved on the premise of not influencing overprinting quality, the operation is simple, any cost is not additionally increased, especially in gravure printing with huge printing amount, the saved paper amount is more prominent, and the printing cost is greatly reduced.

Detailed Description
The method of overprinting color patches of the intaglio printing press of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention discloses a method for overprinting color codes by an intaglio printing machine, which comprises the following specific steps:
(1) selecting a product, wherein the product in the embodiment is an eighteen-spliced cigarette packet small box, the number of printing colors is ten (specifically shown in figure 1), and a blank for placing color codes with the same number as the printing colors of the product is arranged in an imposition plate center of the product;
(2) making an original in a computer, and adding all the color patches to a blank of paper in an imposition plate center of the product, for example, between the right edges of two rows of cigarette packet small boxes in fig. 1, five groups of small gray right-angle trapezoids in pairs are the color patches, ten color patches are shown in the figure, and the color patches can be set at other blank positions of the plate center.
(3) The color codes are arranged in a row, and the placing direction of the color codes is random;
(4) dividing ten printing colors in the product into five color groups, wherein each color group comprises two printing colors, manufacturing color patches of various colors on a printing plate roller corresponding to the printing colors of the color groups, wherein the number of the color groups is not unique, two, three and the like can be set, and the number of the color patches set in each color group is not unique, which can be determined according to specific situations;
(5) taking the color scale in fig. 1 as an example, specifically referring to fig. 2, the color scale is in a trapezoid shape, the trapezoid color scale includes a lower base a, an upper base b, and a height c, the length of the lower base a is 1mm ≦ a ≦ 50mm, the length of the upper base b is 0mm < b ≦ 5mm, and the length of the height c is 3mm ≦ c ≦ 50mm, where the distance between the color scales in the same color scale group is the distance between a horizontally-disposed side of the color scale in the previous trapezoid shape and a horizontally-disposed side of the next color scale, that is, the distance d between the sides c on two color scales, and the distance between the color scales in this embodiment is 20 mm; in addition, the color scale can be in other shapes, such as triangle, rectangle, etc;
(6) inputting the engraving machine;
(7) starting a drying system;
(8) installing the printing plate roller with the color patches of the various colors on each printing unit of a printing machine;
(9) adding the adjusted ink to the ink tank of each printing unit according to the color contained in each color group;
(10) mounting printing materials required by a printed product on a paper placing frame of a printing machine;
(11) the printing material is led to the paper collecting unit through each printing unit and the guide roller;
(12) adjusting the pressure of a printing press roller, the pressure of the scraper and the angle of the scraper of each printing unit;
(13) adjusting the printing tension required by the printing machine;
(14) inputting various parameters required during printing on a display screen of the printing machine, particularly setting the parameters according to the size and the position of a color scale of a printing plate in the MARK setting of the printing machine, and ensuring that the parameters are consistent with the printing plate;
(15) lifting the ink tanks of the printing units, and then adjusting the scraper frame according to the required angle and pressure to be in close contact with the printing plate roller;
(16) pressing down the printing press roller;
(17) and aligning the photoelectric tracking identification electric eye in each color group to the color code to realize automatic color register tracking.
Compared with the prior art, as shown in fig. 3, if the color scale overprinting method of the intaglio printing press in the prior art is adopted, namely the color scale printing paper edge is singly arranged, the opened paper of the eighteen-spliced cigarette packet box using the printing paper is 729.73X601, while the method of the intaglio printing press overprinting color scale of the invention uses the opened paper of the printing paper which is 721.73X601, and the paper is saved by 1.01%. In gravure printing with huge printing quantity, the quantity of printing paper saved is extremely considerable, the cost of the paper is greatly saved for enterprises, and the gravure printing method is effective for a long time.
