背景技术：目前，国内各市场上的打磨抛光工艺品种类繁多，其中用北方红松松籽所加工出的工艺品，其松籽外壳的打磨抛光，靠的都是手工将一粒一粒松籽进行打磨和抛光，这种用手工一粒一粒松籽的打磨和抛光方式，在加工过程中，劳动强度大，费时费力，而且，由于松籽外壳是靠手工一粒一粒的去打磨和抛光，故，用这种手工打磨和抛光出的松籽外壳，除工作效率低下外，再有就是它所打磨和抛光出的松籽外壳，其光洁度，每粒都存在一定的差异。
发明内容：本发明的目的在于设计出一种用机械打磨和抛光，减轻工人劳动强度，省时省力，提高工作效率，能进行批量生产，打磨和抛光效果好的松籽外壳抛光机。其技术内容是：松籽外壳抛光机，由机架、电机、启动电容、定时调速器、筛网筒、带砂布条的转动轴杆、筛网筒密封盖和锁扣构成，其特征是，机架上设有带电机的筛网筒，筛网筒内设有带砂布条的转动轴杆，筛网筒外端设有带锁扣的筛网筒密封盖，电机上分别设有一个启动电容和一个带电源线、电源线插头的定时调速器。使用时，通过锁扣把松籽外壳抛光机上的筛网筒密封盖打开，将需打磨抛光的松籽到进设有带砂布条的转动轴杆的筛网筒内，用锁扣扣住筛网筒密封盖，接通电源，开动定时调速器，筛网筒内的松籽外壳即在带砂布条的转动轴杆和筛网筒眼的打磨下对松籽外壳进行打磨和抛光，松籽外壳打磨抛光完成后，打开筛网筒密封盖，将加工好的松籽到出，即可用来制作工艺品。本发明和现有技术相比其先进之处在于，该松籽外壳抛光机，具有设计合理、结构简单、机械化加工，省时省力，提高工作效率，批量生产，打磨和抛光效果好的特点，从而克服了现有手工打磨松籽外壳，费时费力，劳动强度大、效率低、打磨和抛光出的松籽外壳，质量既无法保证又不能进行批量打磨和抛光生产的不足之处。
