  人们在学习、工作中有将铅笔夹持在耳朵上的习惯。但在戴上眼镜时，耳朵上无法再夹持铅笔。

  本发明所要解决的问题是现有技术中存在的不足之处，提供一种便于人们在学习、工作中利用眼镜镜腿夹持铅笔的眼镜。
 本发明是通过采用以下技术方案实现的。
  设计制造一种便于夹持铅笔的眼镜，包括镜框、镜片、鼻梁、鼻梁托、桩头、镜腿和腿套，所述桩头和镜腿之间通过铰链铰接，本发明的主要特点是：所述镜腿在靠近桩头一端的外侧设有U形弹性钢簧夹，所述U形弹性钢簧夹的内侧设有U形硅胶层，U形弹性钢簧夹的两片夹片之间的宽度尺寸略小于铅笔的直径，在U形弹性钢簧夹的弹力作用下，能将横向插入的铅笔夹持在U形弹性钢簧夹的两片夹片之间。
  所述的U形弹性钢簧夹与镜腿的外侧之间、所述U形硅胶层与U形弹性钢簧夹的内侧之间分别采用强力胶胶粘固定。
  所述的U形弹性钢簧夹的长度尺寸为0.5-5.0cm。
  U形硅胶层能防止铅笔从U形弹性钢簧夹的两片夹片之间滑出。
  本发明便于人们在学习、工作中利用眼镜镜腿夹持铅笔。

如图1、图2所示，设计制造一种便于夹持铅笔的眼镜，包括镜框、镜片、鼻梁、鼻梁托、桩头、镜腿（1）和腿套，桩头和镜腿（1）之间通过铰链铰接，本发明的主要特点是：镜腿（1）在靠近桩头一端的外侧设有U形弹性钢簧夹（2），U形弹性钢簧夹（2）的内侧设有U形硅胶层（4），U形弹性钢簧夹（2）的两片夹片之间的宽度尺寸略小于铅笔（3）的直径，在U形弹性钢簧夹（2）的弹力作用下，能将横向插入的铅笔（3）夹持在U形弹性钢簧夹（2）的两片夹片之间。
U形弹性钢簧夹（2）与镜腿（1）的外侧之间、U形硅胶层（4）与U形弹性钢簧夹（2）的内侧之间分别采用强力胶胶粘固定。
U形弹性钢簧夹（2）的长度尺寸为1.0cm。
本发明的工作情况是：在学习、工作中戴上眼镜时，将铅笔横向插入U形弹性钢簧夹的两片夹片之间，即可夹持在眼镜上。

2.根据权利要求1所述的便于夹持铅笔的眼镜，其特征在于，所述U形弹性钢簧夹（2）与镜腿（1）的外侧之间、所述U形硅胶层（4）与U形弹性钢簧夹（2）的内侧之间分别采用强力胶胶粘固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便于夹持铅笔的眼镜，其特征在于，所述U形弹性钢簧夹（2）的长度尺寸为0.5-5.0cm。
