本发明涉及一种止动销。
背景技术
目前常用的止动销有：开口销、圆柱销、圆锥销等，这些止动销不能快速拆卸。某些使用止动销的连接部位需要经常拆卸，需要使用可快速拆卸的止动销。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种快卸止动销，用于轴等端头止动，具有快速拆装的特点。
本发明通过下述技术方案来实现：该快卸止动销由销体和弹簧卡环组成，销体为圆柱形，两侧各开一只沉孔，弹簧卡环使用弹簧钢材料，弹簧卡环的两端卡在两个沉孔中并可旋转。
更具体地，所述两沉孔底面相对距离为S，两沉孔轴线相对距离为L，弹簧卡环的两端面自由状态相对距离为S1，两端头轴线相对距离为L1，S1<S，L1>L。
 本发明的技术效果：S1<S，使弹簧卡环自由端卡紧销体1；L1>L，使弹簧卡环产生弹力紧贴销体。销体用于止动作用，弹簧卡环用于防止销体脱落。将弹簧卡环掰起，即可拆装快卸止动销。

具体实施方式
如图和图2所示该快卸止动销由销体1和弹簧卡环2组成，所述销体1的结构如图3和图4所示，销体1为圆柱形，两侧各开一只沉孔，两沉孔底面相对距离为S，两沉孔轴线相对距离为L。
如图5所示，所述弹簧卡环2弹簧卡环使用弹簧钢材料，两端面自由状态相对距离为S1，两端头轴线相对距离为L1。
S1<S，使弹簧卡环2自由端卡紧销体1，并且L1>L，使弹簧卡环2产生弹力紧贴销体1。销体1用于止动作用，弹簧卡环2用于防止销体1脱落。将弹簧卡环2掰起，即可拆装快卸止动销。
如图8所示，快卸止动销安装步骤为：首先将弹簧卡环2掰起，并将待止动件4与轴3通孔对齐，再把销体1插入止动件4与轴3通孔，最后释放弹簧卡环2，弹簧卡环2回弹套入待止动件4与轴3端头，即完成快卸止动销安装，安装后的状态如图6和图7所示，拆卸步骤与安装步骤相反。

1.一种快卸止动销，其特征在于，由销体和弹簧卡环组成，销体为圆柱形，两侧各开一只沉孔，弹簧卡环使用弹簧钢材料，弹簧卡环的两端卡在两个沉孔中并可旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快卸止动销，其特征在于，所述两沉孔底面相对距离为S，两沉孔轴线相对距离为L，弹簧卡环的两端面自由状态相对距离为S1，两端头轴线相对距离为L1，S1<S，L1>L。
