本发明提供了一种快卸止动销由销体和弹簧卡环组成,销体为圆柱形,两侧各开一只沉孔,弹簧卡环使用弹簧钢材料,弹簧卡环的两端卡在两个沉孔中并可旋转,将弹簧卡环掰起,即可拆装快卸止动销。

本发明涉及一种止动销。
背景技术
目前常用的止动销有:开口销、圆柱销、圆锥销等,这些止动销不能快速拆卸。某些使用止动销的连接部位需要经常拆卸,需要使用可快速拆卸的止动销。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种快卸止动销,用于轴等端头止动,具有快速拆装的特点。
本发明通过下述技术方案来实现:该快卸止动销由销体和弹簧卡环组成,销体为圆柱形,两侧各开一只沉孔,弹簧卡环使用弹簧钢材料,弹簧卡环的两端卡在两个沉孔中并可旋转。
更具体地,所述两沉孔底面相对距离为S,两沉孔轴线相对距离为L,弹簧卡环的两端面自由状态相对距离为S1,两端头轴线相对距离为L1,S1<S,L1>L。
本发明的技术效果:S1<S,使弹簧卡环自由端卡紧销体1;L1>L,使弹簧卡环产生弹力紧贴销体。销体用于止动作用,弹簧卡环用于防止销体脱落。将弹簧卡环掰起,即可拆装快卸止动销。

具体实施方式
如图和图2所示该快卸止动销由销体1和弹簧卡环2组成,所述销体1的结构如图3和图4所示,销体1为圆柱形,两侧各开一只沉孔,两沉孔底面相对距离为S,两沉孔轴线相对距离为L。
如图5所示,所述弹簧卡环2弹簧卡环使用弹簧钢材料,两端面自由状态相对距离为S1,两端头轴线相对距离为L1。
S1<S,使弹簧卡环2自由端卡紧销体1,并且L1>L,使弹簧卡环2产生弹力紧贴销体1。销体1用于止动作用,弹簧卡环2用于防止销体1脱落。将弹簧卡环2掰起,即可拆装快卸止动销。
如图8所示,快卸止动销安装步骤为:首先将弹簧卡环2掰起,并将待止动件4与轴3通孔对齐,再把销体1插入止动件4与轴3通孔,最后释放弹簧卡环2,弹簧卡环2回弹套入待止动件4与轴3端头,即完成快卸止动销安装,安装后的状态如图6和图7所示,拆卸步骤与安装步骤相反。

1.一种快卸止动销,其特征在于,由销体和弹簧卡环组成,销体为圆柱形,两侧各开一只沉孔,弹簧卡环使用弹簧钢材料,弹簧卡环的两端卡在两个沉孔中并可旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快卸止动销,其特征在于,所述两沉孔底面相对距离为S,两沉孔轴线相对距离为L,弹簧卡环的两端面自由状态相对距离为S1,两端头轴线相对距离为L1,S1<S,L1>L。
