Abstract

一种浮筏海浪发电装置由浮筏和圆筒式发电机组成,圆筒式发电机由悬浮式空心磁组和圆筒式线圈绕组组成。悬浮式空心磁组的整体比重等于海水的比重并置于圆筒式线圈绕组内腔的海水中,将圆筒式线圈绕组挂在浮筏上,当圆筒式线圈绕组在随海浪快速上升或者下降时,悬浮式空心磁组总是来不及改变运动方向,两者就会产生运动方向相反的速度的叠加。这种高频率的切割磁力线运动能在线圈绕组中产生感应电动势。本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,安装架设方便。可用于远离陆岸的海岛、海礁等海上目标。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种浮筏海浪发电装置,可随时架设在海岛,海坨等海上目标的周围海域。
背景技术
我国海域辽阔,海岛,海坨星罗棋布,但许多海岛,海陀等海上目标远离陆岸,无法共电,导致海岛,海陀无人居住难以对其周围的海洋资源开发和利用,长期以往甚至导致主权纷争。目前有关海浪发电装置有上千种专利发明,这些专利的共同特点都是将海浪的动能通过各种齿轮、齿条、杠杆等机械或者液压等辅助装置转化成不同形式的机械能驱动发动机发电,导致发电装置整体结构复杂,制造和安装成本高,难以推广和普及应用。
发明内容
为了解决海浪发电装置结构复杂,制造和安装成本高,难以推广和普及应用的技术问题,本发明提供一种浮筏海浪发电装置,可将海浪的动能直接转化成电能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:采用圆筒式发电机,圆筒式发电机主要由悬浮式空心磁组和圆筒式线圈绕组组成,将悬浮式空心磁组的整体比重设计成等于海水的比重并置于圆筒式线圈绕组的内腔,将圆筒式线圈绕组通过吊绳挂在筏身上,筏身上方通过浮力绳连接浮力球组成一种浮筏海浪发电装置。该装置中的圆筒式线圈绕组在随海浪快速上升或者下降时,悬浮式空心磁组总是来不及改变运动方向,两者就会产生运动方向相反的速度的叠加。这种高频率的切割磁力线运动能在线圈绕组中产生感应电动势。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,安装方便,成本低廉。

图2是圆筒式发电机的结构图,III是圆筒式发电机的剖视图,IV是圆筒式发电机的俯视图,III中1.线圈骨架,2.线圈,3.防水套,4.橡胶圈,5.接线螺栓,6.发电机外套,7.磁组骨架盖,8.密封胶圈,9.永磁铁,10.塑料垫,11.空心磁组骨架,12.螺栓,13.橡胶护圈,14.紧固螺栓,15.挂架,16.发电机外盖,其中7-12是组成悬浮式空心磁组G的零件。
图3是本发明一种浮筏海浪发电装置的整体结构图,图中B.海浪,D.浮力球,L.浮身,H.圆筒式线圈绕组, K.石坨,M.海底。
具体实施方式
将漆包铜线按一定方向缠绕在线圈骨架(1)上,套装防水套(3)后装入电机外套(6)中,在电机外套(6)的底部,按图2中的III安装橡胶圈(4),通过紧固螺栓(14)将电机外盖(16)固定在电机外套(6)上,然后将挂架(15)用紧固螺栓(14)固定在电机外套(6)上。
悬浮式空心磁组(G)中的磁组骨架(11)内外环之间有多个筋板将两环之间分割成多个大小相等均匀分布的空格,将永磁铁(9)分层镶在空格内磁极统一,上下层之间有塑料垫(10),按图2中的III所示用螺栓(12)将密封胶圈(8)和空心磁组骨架上下盖固定在空心磁组骨架(11)上,组成悬浮式空心磁组(G)。
将悬浮式空心磁组(G)放入线圈骨架(1)内并按图2中的III安装橡胶圈(4).电机外盖(16)和挂架(15),同时将线圈的两个抽头分别固定在两个接线螺栓(5)上。然后套装橡胶护圈(13)组成圆桶式电动机。
将圆筒式电动机中的圆筒式线圈绕组(H)通吊绳(E)挂在筏身(L)上,筏身(L)上方通过浮力绳(F)连接浮力球(D)组成一种浮筏海浪发电装置。该装置中的圆筒式线圈绕组(H)在随海浪快速上升时,悬浮在圆筒式线圈绕组(H)内腔中的悬浮式空心磁组(G)受海水阻力影响运动速度远小于圆筒式线圈绕组(H),很快会运动到圆筒式线圈绕组(H)的底部,此时悬浮式空心磁组(G)与圆筒式线圈绕组(H)的运动速度和方向相同,而当圆筒式线圈绕组(H)突然改变运动方向快速回落的瞬间,悬浮式空心磁组(G)来不及改变运动方向在惯性力的作用下悬浮式空心磁组(G)仍然保持着向上的运动状态,这对圆筒式线圈绕组(H)与悬浮式空心磁组(G)而言是一种速度的叠加,反过来当圆筒式线圈绕组(H)改变方向向上运动时,这种现象依然存在。根据法拉第电磁感应定律,圆桶式线圈绕组(H)中产生的感应电动势E=BLv,在B与L一定的条件下,速度v是决定感应电动势大小的唯一因素。因此速度的叠加能显著提高圆筒式发电机的工作效率。速度的叠加取决于海浪的高度及圆筒式线圈绕组(H)的长度,圆筒式线圈绕组(H)的长度在浪高的60%以下为宜。
一种浮筏海浪发电装置的浮筏最好架设在能产生回头浪的位置,如离陡峭岸边不远的地方,当一个涌浪回头正好与另一个涌浪叠加。可根据用电的需求在一个浮筏上挂一个或者多个圆筒式发动机。

1.一种浮筏海浪发电装置由浮筏和圆筒式发电机两部分组成,圆筒式发电机由悬浮式空心磁组(G)和圆筒式线圈绕组(H)组成,将圆筒式线圈绕组(H)通过吊绳(E)挂在筏身(L)上,筏身(L)上方通过浮力绳(F)连接浮力球(D)组成一种浮筏海浪发电装置,其特征是:悬浮式空心磁组(G)的整体比重等于海水的比重并置于圆筒式线圈绕组(H)内腔的海水中,当圆筒式线圈绕组(H)随海浪快速上升时,悬浮式空心磁组(G)很快会运动到圆筒式线圈绕组(H)的底部,此时悬浮式空心磁组(G)与圆筒式线圈绕组(H)的运动速度和方向相同,而当圆筒式线圈绕组(H)突然改变运动方向快速回落的瞬间,悬浮式空心磁组(G)来不及改变运动方向在惯性力的作用下悬浮式空心磁组(G)仍然保持向上的运动状态,这种运动方向相反的速度叠加的现象,在圆筒式线圈绕组(H)向上运动时依然存在,因此能在圆筒式线圈绕组(H)中产生感应电动势。
