Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗寒防水涂料,按重量份数由以下组份组成:丙烯酸酯乳液60~80份、滑石粉5~15份、硅铝纤维15~25份、三异丙醇胺1~5份、辛癸酸甘油酯1~5份、丙二醇2~8份、硅溶胶10~18份、氮化铝3~8份、去离子水150~220份。本发明制作简单、使用方便,不但防水性能好而且具有极高的抗寒能力,降低了涂料出现开裂、脱落等情况发生的概率,涂料的使用寿命得到了延长,使用效果得到了保障。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,具体涉及一种抗寒防水涂料。
背景技术
现有的涂料除了能够净白墙壁外,通常还附有其他一些功能性作用,比如防水涂料具有很好的防水性能,能够有效的防止墙壁出现漏水渗水的现象,但是这些防水涂料的综合性能还是比较差,功能比较单一,不能对墙壁以及自身起到综合性的保护,例如在气候寒冷地区,涂料在长期的低温环境下,容易出现开裂、脱落,严重影响了涂料的使用寿命。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种防水性能好且具有极高的抗寒能力的抗寒防水涂料。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种抗寒防水涂料,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
丙烯酸酯乳液60~80份、滑石粉5~15份、硅铝纤维15~25份、三异丙醇胺1~5份、辛癸酸甘油酯1~5份、丙二醇2~8份、硅溶胶10~18份、氮化铝3~8份、去离子水150~220份。
优选地,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
丙烯酸酯乳液65~75份、滑石粉8~12份、硅铝纤维18~22份、三异丙醇胺2~4份、辛癸酸甘油酯2~4份、丙二醇4~6份、硅溶胶13~16份、氮化铝4~7份、去离子水180~200份。
有益效果:本发明制作简单、使用方便,不但防水性能好而且具有极高的抗寒能力,降低了涂料出现开裂、脱落等情况发生的概率,涂料的使用寿命得到了延长,使用效果得到了保障。

实施例一:
一种抗寒防水涂料,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
丙烯酸酯乳液60份、滑石粉5份、硅铝纤维15份、三异丙醇胺1份、辛癸酸甘油酯1份、丙二醇2份、硅溶胶10份、氮化铝3份、去离子水150份。
实施例二:
一种抗寒防水涂料,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
丙烯酸酯乳液80份、滑石粉15份、硅铝纤维25份、三异丙醇胺5份、辛癸酸甘油酯5份、丙二醇8份、硅溶胶18份、氮化铝8份、去离子水220份。
实施例三:
一种抗寒防水涂料,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
丙烯酸酯乳液70份、滑石粉10份、硅铝纤维20份、三异丙醇胺3份、辛癸酸甘油酯3份、丙二醇5份、硅溶胶15份、氮化铝5份、去离子水190份。

1.一种抗寒防水涂料,其特征在于:按重量份数由以下组份组成:
丙烯酸酯乳液60~80份、滑石粉5~15份、硅铝纤维15~25份、三异丙醇胺1~5份、辛癸酸甘油酯1~5份、丙二醇2~8份、硅溶胶10~18份、氮化铝3~8份、去离子水150~220份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗寒防水涂料,其特征在于:按重量份数由以下组份组成:
丙烯酸酯乳液65~75份、滑石粉8~12份、硅铝纤维18~22份、三异丙醇胺2~4份、辛癸酸甘油酯2~4份、丙二醇4~6份、硅溶胶13~16份、氮化铝4~7份、去离子水180~200份。
