本发明公开了一种医用咬口器及其加工工艺,各种原料按质量百分比组成为:聚丙烯60-80%、蛤壳粉20-25%、抗老化剂5-7%、苯并异噻唑啉酮5-7%,负离子素粉料5-7%、荧光粉5-7%。本发明是一种医用咬口器及其加工工艺,以聚丙烯为主要材料,聚丙烯为食品用PP材料,安全健康,且其坚而不硬,可有效保护患者牙齿,咬口器中添加了苯并异噻唑啉酮、负离子素粉料和荧光粉,苯并异噻唑啉酮可杀灭常见细菌、真菌等微生物,使咬口器保持清洁,负离子素粉料可自动地释放100-10000个/cm3负离子,所产生的负离子,通过人体呼吸直接进入人体,起到清洁呼吸道,改善呼吸功能的作用,非常适合咬口器的功能,荧光粉在黑暗的口腔中可以发出光亮,使医生下管、检查等更加的方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种医用咬口器及其加工工艺。
背景技术
临床上,在做胃镜检查或洗胃时,需要将胃镜和洗胃等器械插入患者的食道时,这些非常坚硬的器械进出口腔或当患者感觉疼痛时自觉不自觉地进行咬合,容易对牙齿造成损坏,为了保护患者牙齿,就需要用到咬口器,但是作为口腔使用品,其安全卫生性是必须要保障的。本发明介绍了一种医用咬口器及其加工工艺,以聚丙烯为主要材料,聚丙烯为食品用PP材料,安全健康,且其坚而不硬,可有效保护患者牙齿,咬口器中添加了苯并异噻唑啉酮、负离子素粉料和荧光粉,苯并异噻唑啉酮可杀灭常见细菌、真菌等微生物,使咬口器保持清洁,负离子素粉料可自动地释放100-10000个/cm3负离子,所产生的负离子,通过人体呼吸直接进入人体,起到清洁呼吸道,改善呼吸功能的作用,非常适合咬口器的功能,荧光粉在黑暗的口腔中可以发出光亮,使医生下管、检查等更加的方便。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种医用咬口器及其加工工艺。
本发明解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:一种医用咬口器,各种原料按质量百分比组成为:聚丙烯60-80%、蛤壳粉20-25%、抗老化剂5-7%、苯并异噻唑啉酮5-7%,负离子素粉料5-7%、荧光粉5-7%。
优选的,所述抗老化剂为N-苯基-α-苯胺与N-N’-二苯基-对苯二胺按2:1比例混合制得。
一种医用咬口器的加工工艺,所述工艺加工步骤为:
(1)真空干燥:按配料表称取用于咬口器的原料颗粒,在50-55℃下,真空干燥3-4小时,待用;
(2)注塑成型:将上述烘干用于制作咬口器的原料颗粒加入到注塑机,进行注塑成型,成型后冷却即得咬口器成品;所述注塑机料筒温度设定为:进料口150-165℃,压缩段160-165℃,计量段165-175℃,喷嘴160-170℃;模具温度为:20-30℃;注射压力为:50-80Mpa;注塑时间为:38-41秒;保压时间为:0秒;螺杆转速为:180转/分。

1.一种医用咬口器,其特征在于,各种原料按质量百分比组成为:聚丙烯60-80%、蛤壳粉20-25%、抗老化剂5-7%、苯并异噻唑啉酮5-7%,负离子素粉料5-7%、荧光粉5-7%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用咬口器,其特征在于,所述抗老化剂为N-苯基-α-苯胺与N-N’-二苯基-对苯二胺按2:1比例混合制得。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种医用咬口器的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述工艺加工步骤为:
(1)真空干燥:按配料表称取用于咬口器的原料颗粒,在50-55℃下,真空干燥3-4小时,待用;
(2)注塑成型:将上述烘干用于制作咬口器的原料颗粒加入到注塑机,进行注塑成型,成型后冷却即得咬口器成品;所述注塑机料筒温度设定为:进料口150-165℃,压缩段160-165℃,计量段165-175℃,喷嘴160-170℃;模具温度为:20-30℃;注射压力为:50-80Mpa;注塑时间为:38-41秒;保压时间为:0秒;螺杆转速为:180转/分。
