背景技术
热熔焊接机是一种采用加热方式对家用电器、车灯、汽车溶器等塑件进行焊接的机器,其可根据不同塑件大小设定加热功率和模具尺寸实现多种塑胶工件焊接,操作简单,使用方便,但是在热熔塑料工件时会产生大量的有毒气体,而一般的热熔焊接机都无相关防护装置,操作人员在长时间吸入有毒气体会危害其身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高压套管接头埋入件焊接装置,它在不影响员工操作的情况下,可以将热熔塑料时产生的有毒气体及时排除掉,大大改善了操作人员的工作环境。
为了解决背景技术中所存在的问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:它包括主机、隔离罩,所述的主机外设置有隔离罩,在隔离罩的正面设置有透视窗,在隔离罩的后面设置有抽风扇。
本发明是在主机的外面安装有隔离罩,在隔离罩的正面安装有可以透视的透视窗,在后面安装有抽风扇,当工人进行操作时,将透视窗向下拉至可方便操作位置,然后打开主机进行热熔加工,因为可以通过透视窗看到主机的操作情况,所以并不会影响工人的操作,当热熔塑料时产生的有毒气体会被抽风扇及时抽出隔离罩,并收集统一进行处理,这样有毒气体就不会散发出来,更不会被工人吸入,从而保障工人不受有毒气体的侵害。

如图1所示,一种高压套管接头埋入件焊接装置,它包括主机1、隔离罩2,所述的主机1外设置有隔离罩2,在隔离罩2的正面设置有透视窗3,在隔离罩2的后面设置有抽风扇4。
