Abstract
一种孕妇下腹部辅助支撑带，由水平支持带、纵向肩带、U形带与拉绳组成，由水平支持带提供水平方向支撑力，与纵向肩带共同作用提供垂直方向支持力，拉绳可调整支持力的大小，对于妊娠女性下腹部提供朝向后上方的辅助支撑以降低妊娠女性下腹部皮肤真皮所受切线张力，防止出现妊娠纹。

本发明系一种为孕妇下腹部皮肤提供辅助支撑以降低皮肤承受的切线张力的方法与装置。
背景技术
女性在妊娠期，腹部尤其是下腹部皮肤因胎儿的生长发育被牵拉扩张，局部皮肤面积增加1-2倍，而在生产后，增加的皮肤面积又逐渐缩小，回复至妊娠前，在这一过程中，部分女性皮肤外观无任何变化，而部分妊娠女性的皮肤纤维出现断裂，终生遗留妊娠纹。目前该领域的预防与治疗研究尚属空白。发明人于2012年5月15日提出了专利申请号201210196575.6便携式弹性软质囊体囊内压测定仪；又于2014年05月07日提出分案申请201410188759.7经表面球体囊内压与表面切线张力检测方法。采用该方法能够及时监测包括女性下腹部在内的皮肤承受的切线张力大小，从而及时提出预警。对于皮肤张力超过预警值的女性，本发明提供了一种下腹部辅助支撑方法与装置，以帮助降低皮肤实际承受的切线张力。
在临床上，妊娠纹多出现于肚脐以下的下腹部，研究分析表明，妊娠女性下腹受重力与腹腔内压的共同作用，其受力的总方向是向前下方，由于上腹部皮肤可以向前下方移位进行补偿，从而部分降低皮肤垂直方向上的切线张力，女性下腹部皮肤主要承受水平方向的张力，导致真皮受水平方向切线张力的撕裂，出现垂直方向的妊娠纹。因此，对于妊娠女性下腹部的辅助支撑的合力的方向应当是朝向后上方，其支撑的效果是将胎儿和羊水向上方略为推移，充分利用女性中上腹的空间补偿，加上羊水的保护，确保这种辅助支撑既能够将下腹部皮肤切线张力降低至无害水平，又不会影响胎儿的正常发育。
发明内容
本发明系一种为孕妇下腹部皮肤提供辅助支撑以降低皮肤承受的切线张力的方法与装置。
研究分析表明，妊娠女性下腹承受受重力与腹腔内压的双重作用，皮肤承受向前下方的合力，而上腹部皮肤向前下方移位的补偿作用可以部分降低皮肤垂直方向上的切线张力，女性下腹部皮肤主要承受水平方向的张力，真皮受切线张力的撕裂，出现垂直方向的妊娠纹。为此，本发明设计一种用于妊娠女性下腹部的辅助支撑带，由水平支持带、纵向肩带、U形带与拉绳组成，由水平支持带提供水平方向支撑力，与纵向肩带共同作用提供垂直方向支持力，拉绳可调整支持力的大小，对于妊娠女性下腹部提供的辅助支撑的合力的方向朝向后上 方，配合经表面球体囊内压与表面切线张力检测方法(专利申请号：201410188759.7)，将皮肤承受的切线张力降低至无害水平。

图1至6所示，孕妇下腹部辅助支撑带以水平支持带(1)为主体，水平支持带(1)带体分为右带体(1.1)与左带体(1.2)两片，右带体(1.1)上的方形挂钩(1.1.3)与左带体(1.2)上的方形环(1.2.3)挂接；左右带体(1.1)(1.2)末端与带孔片(1.1.1)(1.2.1)相连续，带孔片(1.1.1)(1.2.1)上纵向排列多个带孔(1.1.2)(1.2.2)；带孔片(1.3)的上方与纵向带(2)的背带(2.2)相连续，该背带(2.2)向上与U形带(3)经背带接口(3.1.1)连接后折返，调正至适当长度后由背带扣(4)固定；U形带(3)包括带体(3.1)、绳卡(3.2)与胸带卡口(3.3)三部分；带体(3.1)上设背带接口(3.1.1)、拉绳导孔(3.1.2)(3.1.3)；绳卡(3.2)包括齿槽(3.2.1)、转轴(3.2.2)、弹簧(3.2.3)与按钮(3.2.4)；胸带卡口(3.3)包括楔形凸(3.3.1)、翻盖(3.3.2)、翻盖转轴(3.3.3)、翻盖扣(3.3.4)、卡齿(3.3.5)与弹簧片(3.3.6)；拉绳(5)螺旋状穿过带孔(1.1.2)与(1.2.2)后，向上交叉经U形带(3)的拉绳导孔(3.1.2)(3.1.3)进入绳卡(3.2)的齿槽(3.2.1)后穿出，绳卡(3.2)的齿槽(3.2.1)受弹簧(3.2.3)作用使拉绳(5)单向卡紧，压下按钮(3.2.4)经转轴(3.2.2)可使绳卡(3.2)的齿槽(3.2.1)松开；纵向带(2)的胸带(2.1)下端与水平支持带(1)的带体(1.1)相连续，上端向上绕过楔形凸(3.3.1)后向下拉出，在扣上翻盖扣(3.3.4)使翻盖(3.3.2)盖合时，卡齿(3.3.5)受弹簧片(3.3.6)作用将胸带(2.1)压紧于楔形凸(3.3.1)上，确保胸带(2.1)单向拉紧。
图1至6所示，孕妇下腹部辅助支撑带的水平支持带(1)与胸带(2.1)由低弹高张性材料制成，以确保适度的张力并避免产生勒紧副作用，背带(2.2)由高弹低张性材料制成，以便长度能够自行调整，因为背部张力主要由拉绳(5)承担，相互之间依靠缝线与胶合方式连接；拉绳由尼龙材料编织而成。
图1至7所示，孕妇下腹部辅助支撑带的U形带(3)除了转轴(3.2.2)、弹簧(3.2.3)、弹簧片(3.3.6)由金属制备以外，其余由塑料制备而成。
具体实施方式
本发明系一种孕妇下腹部辅助支撑带，其特征是：孕妇下腹部辅助支撑带包括水平支持带(1)、纵向带(2)、U形带(3)、背带扣(4)、拉绳(5)与拉绳结缀(6)；水平支持带(1)分为右带体(1.1)与左带体(1.2)两片，右带体(1.1)的方形挂钩(1.1.3)与左带体(1.2)的方形环(1.2.3)挂接；左右带体(1.1)(1.2)末端与带孔片(1.1.1)(1.2.1)相连续，带孔片(1.1.1)(1.2.1)上纵向排列多个带孔(1.1.2)(1.2.2)；带孔片(1.1.1)(1.2.1)的上方与纵向带(2)的背带(2.2)相连续，该背带(2.2)向上与U形带(3)经背带接口(3.1.1)连接后折返，由背带扣(4)固定；U形带(3)包括带体(3.1)、绳卡(3.2)与胸带卡口(3.3)三部分；带体(3.1)上设背带接口(3.1.1)、拉绳导孔(3.1.2)(3.1.3)；绳卡(3.2)包括齿槽(3.2.1)、转轴(3.2.2)、弹簧(3.2.3)与按钮(3.2.4)；胸带卡口(3.3)包括楔形凸(3.3.1)、翻盖(3.3.2)、翻盖转轴(3.3.3)、翻盖扣(3.3.4)、卡齿(3.3.5)与弹簧片(3.3.6)；拉绳(5)螺旋状穿过带孔(1.1.2)与(1.2.2)后，向上交叉经U形带(3)的拉绳导孔(3.1.2)(3.1.3)进入绳卡(3.2)的齿槽(3.2.1)后穿出；绳卡(3.2)的齿槽(3.2.1)受弹簧(3.2.3)作用使拉绳(5)单向卡紧，按钮(3.2.4)经转轴(3.2.2)可使绳卡(3.2)的齿槽(3.2.1)松开；纵向带(2)的胸带(2.1)下端水平支持带(1)的带体(1.1)相连续，上端自后上向前下绕过楔形凸(3.3.1)并向下拉出，翻盖扣(3.3.4)使翻盖(3.3.2)盖合，卡齿(3.3.5)受弹簧(3.3.6)作用将胸带(2.1)压紧于楔形凸(3.3.1)上，使胸带(2.1)单向拉紧。
孕妇下腹部辅助支撑带的水平支持带(1)与胸带(2.1)由低弹高张性材料制成；背带(2.2)由高弹低张性材料制成；相互之间依靠缝线与胶合方式连接；拉绳由尼龙材料编织而成。
孕妇下腹部辅助支撑带的U形带(3)；转轴(3.2.2)、弹簧(3.2.3)、弹簧片(3.3.6)由金属制备：，其余由塑料制备而成。
Claims (2)
1.一种孕妇下腹部辅助支撑带，其特征是：孕妇下腹部辅助支撑带包括水平支持带(1)、纵向带(2)、U形带(3)、背带扣(4)、拉绳(5)与拉绳结缀(6)；水平支持带(1)分为右带体(1.1)与左带体(1.2)两片，右带体(1.1)的方形挂钩(1.1.3)与左带体(1.2)的方形环(1.2.3)挂接；左右带体(1.1)(1.2)末端与带孔片(1.1.1)(1.2.1)相连续，带孔片(1.1.1)(1.2.1)上纵向排列多个带孔(1.1.2)(1.2.2)；带孔片(1.3)的上方与纵向带(2)的背带(2.2)相连续，该背带(2.2)向上与U形带(3)经背带接口(3.1.1)连接后折返，由背带扣(4)固定；U形带(3)包括带体(3.1)、绳卡(3.2)与胸带卡口(3.3)三部分；带体(3.1)上设背带接口(3.1.1)、拉绳导孔(3.1.2)(3.1.3)；绳卡(3.2)包括齿槽(3.2.1)、转轴(3.2.2)、弹簧(3.2.3)与按钮(3.2.4)；胸带卡口(3.3)包括楔形凸(3.3.1)、翻盖(3.3.2)、翻盖转轴(3.3.3)、翻盖扣(3.3.4)、卡齿(3.3.5)与弹簧片(3.3.6)；拉绳(5)螺旋状穿过带孔(1.1.2)与(1.2.2)后，向上交叉经U形带(3)的拉绳导孔(3.1.2)(3.1.3)进入绳卡(3.2)的齿槽(3.2.1)后穿出；绳卡(3.2)的齿槽(3.2.1)受弹簧(3.2.3)作用使拉绳(5)单向卡紧，按钮(3.2.4)经转轴(3.2.2)可使绳卡(3.2)的齿槽(3.2.1)松开；纵向带(2)的胸带(2.1)下端水平与支持带(1)的带体(1.1)相连续，上端自后上向前下绕过楔形凸(3.3.1)并向下拉出，翻盖扣(3.3.4)使翻盖(3.3.2)盖合，卡齿(3.3.5)受弹簧片(3.3.6)作用将胸带(2.1)压紧于楔形凸(3.3.1)上，使胸带(2.1)单向拉紧。
2.一种权利要求1所述孕妇下腹部辅助支撑带，其特征在于：其水平支持带(1)与胸带(2.1)由低弹高张性材料制成；背带(2.2)由高弹低张性材料制成；相互之间依靠缝线与胶合方式连接；拉绳由尼龙材料编织而成。
