receiving a hiding instruction of the application program display interface;
responding to the hiding instruction, and performing a merging operation on the second display area and the third display area to obtain a fourth display area, wherein the fourth display area is consistent with the first display area;
performing a second operation on the second display content to obtain a fourth display content, wherein the fourth display content is consistent with the first display content;
displaying the fourth display content in the fourth display area.
