Abstract

本发明提供一种带一圈冷却通道的填料盒,所要解决的技术问题是:提高了冷却效果。本发明的要点是:在圆环形盒体内开一圈冷却通道,该冷却通道的两个端口分别是入口和出口,入口和出口分别设置在填料盒前后两个端面上,所说的一圈通道是由至少四段通道依次连通围成,每段通道呈填料盒外圆的弦线,具体是在填料盒外圆周向盒体钻盲孔,在每个盲孔的入口处加工锥螺纹后,再用锥螺堵堵死。本发明的积极效果是:由于冷却通道是围绕活塞杆一圈设置,显著提高了冷却效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及往复式气体压缩机的填料装置。
背景技术
往复式压缩机作为石油、化工和气体工业中重要设备。往复式压缩机的填料装置用于阻止沿活塞杆泄漏的高压、高温气体,因此填料装置的密封结构和使用寿命是考察填料装置使用效果的重要因素。填料装置包括若干个填料盒,每个填料盒呈圆环形,它包括环形密封槽和圆环形盒体,若干个填料盒依次串在活塞杆上。在每个填料盒上设置冷却通孔,所有填料盒冷却通孔贯通,冷却介质依次通过所有的冷却通孔,将填料装置的热量带出,实现冷却作用。该结构的缺陷是每个填料盒上的冷却通孔的长度过短,冷却效果有限。
发明内容
为提高冷却效果,本发明的目的是提供一种带一圈冷却通道的填料盒。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:它包括填料盒及其圆环形盒体,其特征是:在圆环形盒体(也就是圆环体)内开一圈冷却通道,该冷却通道的两个端口分别是入口和出口,入口和出口分别设置在填料盒前后两个端面上。将全部填料盒依次串在活塞杆上,使相邻的填料盒的冷却通道串联即上一个填料盒冷却通道的出口与下一个填料盒冷却通道的入口对接。冷却介质从每个填料盒冷却通道的入口进入,绕一圈冷却通道后,从出口流出,进入下一个填料盒冷却通道,依次流过所有的填料盒,在最后一个填料盒冷却通道的出口流出,将填料装置产生的热量带走。
与现有技术相比,本发明的积极效果是:由于冷却通道是围绕活塞杆一圈设置,显著提高了冷却效果。

具体实施方式
参见图1,填料装置包括若干个填料盒1,每个填料盒呈圆环形(参见图2),它包括环形密封槽11和圆环形盒体12(参见图4),若干个填料盒依次串在活塞杆2上。在圆环形盒体(也就是圆环体)内开一圈冷却通道,所说的一圈通道是由至少四段通道13依次连通围成,每段通道呈填料盒外圆的弦线,具体是在填料盒外圆周向盒体钻盲孔,在每个盲孔的入口处加工锥螺纹后,再用锥螺堵14堵死;一圈通道的入口15和出口16分别设置在填料盒前后两个端面17上。冷却介质从每个填料盒的通道的入口进入,依次流过四段通道,再从其出口流出(即图2中的入口15→A→B→C→D→出口16),将每个填料盒内圈(与活塞杆接触部分)的热量带走;相邻的填料盒的通道串联,在填料盒的入、出口处安装密封圈18。冷却介质依次流过所有的填料盒,将填料装置产生的热量带走。
