本发明涉及一种面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
目前生产的面料结构单一，层次感差，满足不了人们的需要。且不具有吸水、导水功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种层次感强的带有吸汗面料层的绒条吸水、导水面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种带有吸汗面料层的绒条吸水、导水面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体的上表面设有绒毛层、下表面设有提花层，所述绒毛层上设有绒毛条，所述绒毛条与绒毛层连接为一整体，并用线固定在面料本体上，所述提花层固定在面料本体的下表面，所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物为涤棉交织物，由涤纶纱和锦纶纱组成，涤轮纱处在织物的正面，锦纶纱处在织物的背面。织物下设置吸汗面料层，吸汗面料层包括导湿层、吸水层和位于导湿层与吸水层之间的抗菌剂层，所述导湿层为天然纤维、化学纤维或天然纤维与化学纤维的混合，所述吸水层为超吸水纤维，所述抗菌剂层为银系纳米抗菌剂粉末。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、凸起的绒条、绒毛层和提花层增强了带有吸汗面料层的绒条吸水、导水面料的层次感，同时手感柔软舒适。
2、本发明因细旦锦纶的芯吸效应使织物背面具有很强的吸水、导水作用，与织物正面的细旦高吸水涤纶纱相互配合而达到较强的吸湿排汗目的。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2，本发明涉及一种带有吸汗面料层的绒条吸水、导水面料，包括面料本体1，所述面料本体1的上表面设有绒毛层2、下表面设有提花层4。所述绒毛层2上设有绒毛条3，所述绒毛条3与绒毛层2连接为一整体，并用线5固定在面料本体1上。图2实施例中的绒毛条3等距、平行排列。所述提花层4固定在面料本体1的下表面。
所述面料本体1由织物制成，所述织物为涤棉交织物，由涤纶纱和锦纶纱组成，涤轮纱处在织物的正面，锦纶纱处在织物的背面。织物下设置吸汗面料层，吸汗面料层包括导湿层、吸水层和位于导湿层与吸水层之间的抗菌剂层，所述导湿层为天然纤维、化学纤维或天然纤维与化学纤维的混合，所述吸水层为超吸水纤维，所述抗菌剂层为银系纳米抗菌剂粉末。

1.一种带有吸汗面料层的绒条吸水、导水面料，包括面料本体（1），其特征在于：所述面料本体（1）的上表面设有绒毛层（2）、下表面设有提花层（4），所述绒毛层（2）上设有绒毛条（3），所述绒毛条（3）与绒毛层（2）连接为一整体，并用线（5）固定在面料本体（1）上，所述提花层（4）固定在面料本体（1）的下表面，所述面料本体（1）由织物制成，所述织物为涤棉交织物，由涤纶纱和锦纶纱组成，涤轮纱处在织物的正面，锦纶纱处在织物的背面，织物下设置吸汗面料层，吸汗面料层包括导湿层、吸水层和位于导湿层与吸水层之间的抗菌剂层，所述导湿层为天然纤维、化学纤维或天然纤维与化学纤维的混合，所述吸水层为超吸水纤维，所述抗菌剂层为银系纳米抗菌剂粉末。
