粮食作物类型和绿色植物类型的脂肪酸ω6和ω3的均衡的脂质部分,符合粮食作物类型的脂肪酸ω6/绿色植物类型的脂肪酸ω3的比例=1:1±10%;
多不饱和脂肪酸和饱和脂肪酸之间均衡的脂质部分,符合多不饱和脂肪酸/饱和脂肪酸的比例=1:1±10%。
背景技术
这种蛋在文件EP 1282367中是已知的,该文件旨在获得一种具有均衡脂质分布的蛋,从而获得一种用于人类的健康食谱且对于动物而言可与大自然产生的产品相比拟的产品。
发明内容
根据本发明的蛋旨在相比于现有技术中的蛋具有改善的低胆固醇作用。

在本发明的范围内,观察到均衡的甘油三酯部分的sn-2位的介于1:1±10%和1:1.2±10%之间的该脂肪酸ω6/脂肪酸ω3比例,对应于显著增加的甘油三酯部分的sn-2位的脂肪酸ω3的部分,从现有技术公开的蛋看来,尤其是从标准的蛋看来,并没有改变蛋的均衡脂质分布。

替代性地,根据本发明的蛋所具有的均衡的磷脂部分符合得自动物的脂肪酸ω6/得自动物的脂肪酸ω3的比例=1:3±10%。
有利地,根据本发明的蛋的绿色植物类型的脂肪酸ω3与得自动物的脂肪酸ω3是均衡的,符合绿色植物类型的脂肪酸ω3/得自动物的脂肪酸ω3的比例=5:1±10%。如有必要,根据本发明发的蛋包括的绿色植物类型的脂肪酸ω3的浓度介于每个蛋450mg和600mg之间。

Claims (8)

1.一种具有改善的低胆固醇效果的蛋,所述蛋来自家禽、尤其来自于产卵多的雌禽,具有:
粮食作物类型和绿色植物类型的脂肪酸ω6和ω3均衡的脂质部分,符合粮食作物类型的脂肪酸ω6/绿色植物类型的脂肪酸ω3的比例=1:1±10%;以及
多不饱和脂肪酸和饱和脂肪酸间均衡的脂质部分,符合多不饱和脂肪酸/饱和脂肪酸的比例=1:1±10%,
其特征在于,此外,所述蛋具有的均衡的甘油三酯部分的sn-2位的脂肪酸ω6和ω3,符合脂肪酸ω6/脂肪酸ω3的介于1:1±10%和1:1.2±10%之间的比例。
