A third embodiment of the terminal information sending system according to the present invention is provided based on the first embodiment, and in this embodiment, the system further includes a second display module 50, configured to display a prompt message, so that a user can confirm whether to send the to-be-sent information in a determined information sending manner other than a current sending manner; the information sending module 30 is further configured to send the information to be sent in a determined information sending manner other than the current sending manner when receiving confirmation information sent by the user based on the prompt information, and send the information to be sent in the current sending manner when receiving rejection information sent by the user based on the prompt information.
In this embodiment, to ensure accuracy of information transmission and user experience, prompt information may be sent to a user to allow the user to confirm whether to send the information to be sent in a determined information transmission manner other than a current transmission manner, where the prompt information may include information of the information manner other than the current transmission manner, the prompt information display interface may be provided with a confirmation control and a rejection control, and the user may send corresponding confirmation information and rejection information based on the confirmation control and the rejection control.
When receiving the confirmation information sent by the user based on the prompt information, the terminal sends the information to be sent by adopting a determined information sending mode which is not a current sending mode, and when the terminal sends the information to be sent by adopting the information sending mode which is not the current sending mode, the following modes can be adopted: a. the information to be sent may be sent by default by selecting at least one determined information sending method, or b, displaying the determined information sending method, so that the user selects the corresponding information sending method to send the corresponding information to be sent based on the determined information sending method, or c, sending the information to be sent simultaneously by using the determined information sending method, and the specific sending method is referred to in the first and second embodiments and is not described herein again.
In the first to third embodiments of the terminal information sending system of the present invention, the information sending module 30 is further configured to send the information to be sent in an original sending manner of the information to be sent if no response information based on the information to be sent is received within a preset time interval.
Because WeChat, QQ and the like depend on the information sending mode of network sending information, the situation that the information to be sent cannot be accurately sent may exist when the network is unstable and a program has errors, the scheme is that the terminal sends the information to be sent by adopting a determined information sending mode, and if response information based on the information to be sent is not received within a preset time interval, the terminal sends the information to be sent by adopting the current sending mode so as to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information sending.
The above-mentioned serial numbers of the embodiments of the present invention are merely for description and do not represent the merits of the embodiments. Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the method of the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation manner. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. A method for sending terminal information, comprising:
when information is transmitted, the terminal determines the current transmission mode of the information to be transmitted;
when the determined information sending mode is a preset sending mode, the terminal acquires contact information corresponding to the information to be sent;
the terminal determines an information sending method corresponding to the acquired contact information according to a preset multistage mapping relationship between the contact information and the information sending method, wherein the multistage mapping relationship between the contact information and the information sending method is as follows: the contact information is mapped with a first information sending mode, and the first information sending mode is mapped with a second information sending mode;
acquiring the number of the determined information sending modes;
when the number of the acquired information sending modes is multiple, the terminal selects the information sending mode with the highest priority to send the information to be sent according to the mapping relation between the preset priority and the information sending modes, or displays the determined multiple information sending modes, and when a selection instruction triggered by a user based on the displayed multiple information sending modes is received, the information to be sent is sent by adopting the information sending mode corresponding to the selection instruction.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of obtaining the determined number of information transmission modes, the method further comprises:
when the number of the acquired information sending modes is single, the information to be sent is directly sent by adopting a determined information sending mode, or the terminal displays prompt information so that a user can confirm whether the information to be sent is sent by adopting a determined information sending mode which is not the current sending mode, and when the confirmation information sent by the user based on the prompt information is received, the terminal sends the information to be sent by adopting the determined information sending mode which is not the current sending mode.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of the terminal sending the information to be sent by adopting the determined information sending mode is replaced by:
the terminal displays prompt information for a user to confirm whether the information to be sent is sent in a determined information sending mode which is not a current sending mode;
when receiving confirmation information sent by a user based on the prompt information, the terminal sends the information to be sent by adopting a determined information sending mode which is not a current sending mode;
and when receiving rejection information sent by the user based on the prompt information, the terminal sends the information to be sent by adopting the current sending mode.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of the terminal sending the information to be sent by using the obtained information sending method further comprises:
and if the response information based on the information to be sent is not received within the preset time interval, the terminal sends the information to be sent by adopting the current sending mode.
5. A terminal information transmission system, characterized by comprising:
the determining module is used for determining an original sending mode of the information to be sent when the information is sent;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring contact person information corresponding to the information to be sent when the determined information sending mode is a preset sending mode;
the determining module is further configured to determine an information sending method corresponding to the acquired contact information according to a preset single-level mapping relationship or a multi-level mapping relationship between the contact information and the information sending method, where the single-level mapping relationship between the contact information and the information sending method refers to: each contact person information corresponds to one or more information sending modes, and the multilevel mapping relation between the contact person information and the information sending modes is as follows: the contact information is mapped with a first information sending mode, and the first information sending mode is mapped with a second information sending mode;
the acquisition module is also used for acquiring the number of the determined information sending modes; the information sending module is used for selecting the information sending mode with the highest priority to send the information to be sent according to the preset mapping relation between the priority and the information sending mode when the number of the obtained information sending modes is multiple; the system also comprises a first display module used for displaying the determined multiple information sending modes; and the information sending module is also used for sending the information to be sent by adopting an information sending mode corresponding to the selection instruction when receiving the selection instruction triggered by the user based on the displayed multiple information sending modes.

The system according to claim 5, wherein the information sending module is further configured to send the information to be sent by directly adopting the determined information sending method when the number of the obtained information sending methods is single; the first display module is further used for displaying prompt information so that a user can confirm whether the information to be sent is sent in a determined information sending mode which is not the current sending mode, and the information sending module is further used for sending the information to be sent by the terminal in the determined information sending mode which is not the current sending mode when receiving confirmation information sent by the user based on the prompt information.

The system according to claim 5, further comprising a second display module, configured to display a prompt message for a user to confirm whether to send the message to be sent in a determined message sending manner other than the current sending manner; the information sending module is further configured to send the information to be sent in a determined information sending manner other than the current sending manner when receiving confirmation information sent by the user based on the prompt information, and send the information to be sent in the current sending manner when receiving rejection information sent by the user based on the prompt information.
8. The system of claim 5, wherein the information sending module is further configured to send the information to be sent in an original sending manner of the information to be sent if no response information based on the information to be sent is received within a preset time interval.
