本发明涉及一种治具，特别涉及一种LED固晶机万能治具。该LED固晶机万能治具包括设有挡块的治具主体和位于治具主体前端的把手，其特征在于：治具主体上开设有排列规则的螺纹孔，所述螺纹孔可通过与螺栓的连接来固定挡块，治具主体两端固定有磁铁，所述磁铁上固定有压条。本发明的有益效果在于实现了单一治具适用于多种产品，这大大降低了在治具设备上的投入，降低了生产成本。

    本发明涉及一种治具，特别涉及一种LED固晶机万能治具。
背景技术
目前所用LED固晶机治具全部为单一治具，即每种治具只能适用于一种尺寸的产品。而随着LED的迅速发展，市场对LED的应用需求越来越多样化，产品更新越来越快，这就要求投入更多种类的设备治具来满足需求，这既抬高了生产成本，又因频繁的更换治具而降低了生产效率。与此同时，淘汰掉的治具不可再重复利用，也造成了极大浪费。
发明内容
 本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种LED固晶机万能治具。该发明能够通过调节治具装置来固定各种型号的产品。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种LED固晶机万能治具，包括设有挡块的治具主体和位于治具主体前端的把手，其特征在于：治具主体上开设有排列规则的螺纹孔，所述螺纹孔可通过与螺栓的连接来固定挡块，治具主体两端固定安装有磁铁，所述磁铁上有压条。
根据产品的尺寸，在治具主体的上下两侧各选择合适位置安装两块挡块，起到固定产品作用。
为了保证挡块的安装牢固，挡块上开有两个与治具主体上螺纹孔直径、间距均相同的小孔。
磁铁做成2mm高度，两条不锈钢材质的压条通过磁力固定在两端的磁铁上起到防止产品突起的作用。
本发明的有益效果在于实现了单一治具适用于多种产品，这大大降低了在治具设备上的投入，降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括设有挡块5的治具主体1和位于治具主体1前端的把手2。所述治具主体1上开设有排列规则的螺纹孔7，所述螺纹孔7可通过与螺栓6的连接来固定挡块5，治具主体1两端固定安装有磁铁3，所述磁铁3上固定有压条4。
根据产品的尺寸，在治具主体的上下两侧各选择合适位置安装两块挡块，起到固定产品作用。
所述挡块上开有两个与治具主体上螺纹孔直径、间距均相同的小孔，使安装更加牢固。磁铁3做成2mm高度，其上有通过磁力固定的不锈钢材质压条4，压条4压在产品表面可以防止产品在工作中突起。

1. 一种LED固晶机万能治具，包括设有挡块（5）的治具主体（1）和位于治具主体（1）前端的把手（2），其特征在于：治具主体（1）上开设有排列规则的螺纹孔（7），所述螺纹孔（7）可通过与螺栓(6)的连接来固定挡块（5），治具主体（1）两端固定安装有磁铁（3），所述磁铁（3）上有压条（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述LED固晶机万能治具，其特征在于：所述挡块（5）上开有两个小孔，小孔的直径与间距均与治具主体（1）上的螺纹孔（7）的直径和间距相同。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述LED固晶机万能治具，其特征在于：所述挡块（5）的数量为四块，两侧各两块。
4. 根据权利要求1所述LED固晶机万能治具，其特征在于：所述磁铁（3）高度为2mm。
5. 根据权利要求1所述LED固晶机万能治具，其特征在于：所述压条（4）为不锈钢材质，数量为两条。
