Abstract
The invention discloses an apparatus database system, which comprises a data storage module, a visiting module, an answering module, an apparatus terminal and an electronic nameplate, wherein the data storage module is used for storing received apparatus data points; within the internal storage area corresponded to the data storage apparatus, the data points are recorded in an internal storage address corresponded to the record type of the data points in a record entry way; identity information corresponded to the data points in the data storage apparatus is matched; the identity information of the data points and the corresponded relationship of the internal storage address are established; visiting requirement is sent out to the answering module by the visiting module; the visit and the requirement comprise the identity information and/ or recording type information of the data points; and the answering module is used for sending corresponded feedback information to the requesting initiator when receiving the visiting requirement.

Background
In recent years, various industries develop rapidly, various parameters of equipment in the design and production processes have related specifications, but often customers can only obtain paper specifications, and related information of products cannot be effectively stored after a period of time, especially some equipment which requires a design institute to customize, and in the stage of needing maintenance of the equipment after several years, due to frequent personnel position movement or other reasons, related data often exist in the maintenance-required stage of the equipment, but the data of the related equipment designed by the design institute at the beginning are lost.

The invention provides an equipment database system for solving the defects in the prior art, which establishes a corresponding storage relation between equipment identity information and record items, and can provide related information in the early stage, the in-use stage and the late stage of the equipment.

and the response module is used for finding the memory address corresponding to the identity information in the access request in the data storage module when the access request is received, acquiring a record item matched with the record item information in the access request, sending the acquired record item to the request initiator, and sending corresponding feedback information to the request initiator when the memory address corresponding to the identity information in the access request does not exist in the data storage module. The access module obtains the content of the equipment record item recorded in the data storage module from the response module, wherein the content of the record item comprises any one or more of product model, product structure, product function, product production information, product sales information, product supply condition, related information of product replacement products and the like.
As a preferred scheme of the equipment database system of the present invention, the system further includes a data updating module, configured to modify and add equipment data points stored in the data storage module.
As a preferred scheme of the device database system of the present invention, the device database system further includes a device terminal, and the device terminal inputs device identity information to send an access request to the response module, and the device terminal may be a common device terminal such as an existing desktop computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, and a smart phone, or an autonomously developed device having input, networking, and display functions.

the response module is used for finding a memory address corresponding to the identity information in the access request in the data storage module when the access request is received, acquiring a record item matched with the record item information in the access request, sending the acquired record item to the request initiator, and sending corresponding feedback information to the request initiator when the memory address corresponding to the identity information in the access request does not exist in the data storage module;
the electronic nameplate comprises recording equipment identity information, the electronic nameplate is an electronic chip or a two-dimensional code and is arranged around the equipment, the electronic nameplate is identified through the equipment terminal to read the identity information on the electronic nameplate, and then the access module sends an access request to the response module through the identified identity information.
The equipment database system has a plurality of access authority modes, and the access module, the response module and the data storage module have different feedbacks in different access authority modes.
For example, in the contracted client mode, the contracted client can edit and add the content of the device of the own product and add new device information to the data storage module through the device terminal, the product information of other contracted clients cannot be changed, and simultaneously all the device information in the data storage module can be obtained through the device terminal. The data storage module is used for storing the acquired data points of the equipment, recording the data points in a memory area corresponding to the database equipment in a form of a record item in a memory address corresponding to the record type of the data points, configuring identity information corresponding to the data points in the database equipment and establishing a corresponding relation between the identity information of the data points and the memory address;
the access module sends an access request to the response module, wherein the access request comprises the identity information and/or the record item information of the data point;
and the response module is used for finding the memory address corresponding to the identity information in the access request in the data storage module when the access request is received, acquiring a record item matched with the record item information in the access request, sending the acquired record item to the request initiator, and sending corresponding feedback information to the request initiator when the memory address corresponding to the identity information in the access request does not exist in the data storage module.
2. The equipment database system of claim 1, wherein: the data updating module is used for modifying and adding the equipment data points stored in the data storage module.
3. The equipment database system of claim 1, wherein: the device terminal is further included, and the access request is sent to the response module through inputting the device identity information in the device terminal.
4. The equipment database system of claim 1, wherein: the system also comprises an electronic name plate for recording equipment identity information, and the access module sends an access request to the response module through the identity information on the electronic name plate.
