本发明涉及一种大功率LED球泡灯，包括灯头、散热组件、铝基板和灯罩，所述灯头的内部设有驱动电源，灯头的底部固定有散热组件，散热组件包括导热塑料件，导热塑料件的内壁上通过导热胶固定管状铝件，导热塑料件的外壁上设有齿状散热片，导热塑料件的底端固定灯罩，灯罩的内部设有固定在导热塑料件底部的铝基板，铝基板通过电源线与驱动电源连接，铝基板的底端面上设有若干LED灯珠。本发明的大功率LED球泡灯结构简单，采用导热塑料件作为散热元件，导热塑料件的内壁上设置管状散热铝件，同时导热塑料件的外壁上设置齿状散热片，整体散热效果好，重量轻，而且导热塑料件与灯头和灯罩固定步骤简单，使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种大功率LED球泡灯。
背景技术
现有大功率LED泡灯通常采用一件面积较大的铝制品散热部件或陶瓷制散热部件，用于对LED发光芯片及其所在的基板进行散热，然而带有这样的铝制或陶瓷制散热部件的大功率LED泡灯存在整灯重量高、成本高、装配工艺复杂等缺点，导致生产陈本高，而且散热性能差，使用寿命短。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种结构简单、使用方便的大功率LED球泡灯，散热效果好，重量轻。
本发明的大功率LED球泡灯，包括灯头、散热组件、铝基板和灯罩，所述灯头的内部设有驱动电源，灯头的底部固定有散热组件，散热组件包括导热塑料件，导热塑料件的内壁上通过导热胶固定管状铝件，导热塑料件的外壁上设有齿状散热片，导热塑料件的底端固定灯罩，灯罩的内部设有固定在导热塑料件底部的铝基板，铝基板通过电源线与驱动电源连接，铝基板的底端面上设有若干LED灯珠。
本发明的大功率LED球泡灯，所述灯头的外壁上靠近顶端处设有外螺纹。
本发明的大功率LED球泡灯，所述灯头的内壁上靠近底端处设有一圈卡槽，导热塑料件的顶端外壁上设有与卡槽相互配合的卡扣，导热塑料件与灯头之间通过卡扣与卡槽的相互卡合固定。
本发明的大功率LED球泡灯，所述导热塑料件与灯罩之间通过螺纹连接。
本发明的大功率LED球泡灯，所述铝基板与导热塑料件之间通过螺钉固定，铝基板与导热塑料件的连接处填充导热胶。
本发明的大功率LED球泡灯，所述灯罩的横截面为圆形或方形。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果为：本发明的大功率LED球泡灯结构简单，采用导热塑料件作为散热元件，导热塑料件的内壁上设置管状散热铝件，同时导热塑料件的外壁上设置齿状散热片，整体散热效果好，重量轻，而且导热塑料件与灯头和灯罩固定步骤简单，使用寿命长。

如图1-3所示，一种大功率LED球泡灯，包括灯头1、散热组件2、铝基板3和灯罩4，所述灯头1的内部设有驱动电源5，灯头1的底部固定有散热组件2，散热组件2包括导热塑料件6，导热塑料件6的内壁上通过导热胶固定管状铝件7，导热塑料件6的外壁上设有齿状散热片8，导热塑料件6的底端固定灯罩4，灯罩4的内部设有固定在导热塑料件6底部的铝基板3，铝基板3通过电源线9与驱动电源5连接，铝基板3的底端面上设有若干LED灯珠10。
本发明的大功率LED球泡灯，所述灯头1的外壁上靠近顶端处设有外螺纹11。
本发明的大功率LED球泡灯，所述灯头1的内壁上靠近底端处设有一圈卡槽12，导热塑料件6的顶端外壁上设有与卡槽12相互配合的卡扣13，导热塑料件6与灯头1之间通过卡扣13与卡槽12的相互卡合固定。
本发明的大功率LED球泡灯，所述导热塑料件6与灯罩4之间通过螺纹连接。
本发明的大功率LED球泡灯，所述铝基板3与导热塑料件6之间通过螺钉固定，铝基板3与导热塑料件6的连接处填充导热胶。
本发明的大功率LED球泡灯，所述灯罩4的横截面为圆形或方形。
