本发明公开了一种手拧螺丝固件装置，包括横截面为方形的金属套件和不少于四个的螺栓垫片组，所述金属套件左右两侧分别设有一上下面开口的方型开口和一前后面开口的方型开口；所述螺栓垫片组包括十字型螺栓和橡胶垫片，所述十字型螺栓分别从金属套件的各面拧入方型开口，使用时，只需将家具木材从方型开口穿过，再用十字型螺栓拧紧即可。本发明根据家具部件尺寸的需要，结合对应结构的金属套件和十字型螺栓来固定木材，根据自身需求设计、组装出不同的家具，而且当你想调整家具的结构时只需用手拧开螺丝，卸下五金件即可。无需胶水和任何其他工具。

    本发明涉及链接装置，具体公开了一种手拧螺丝固件装置。
背景技术
在制作桌子、书桌或椅子等家具结构时，把家具部件固定到一起可以通过胶水、螺丝、榫卯结构、嵌套结构等，这些链接方式的同一问题在于不易拆卸。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种可以手拧螺丝、轻松拆卸家具部件的手拧螺丝固件装置。
本发明采用了以下技术方案：一种手拧螺丝固件装置，包括横截面为方形的金属套件和不少于四个的螺栓垫片组，所述金属套件左右两侧分别设有一上下面开口的方型开口和一前后面开口的方型开口；所述螺栓垫片组包括十字型螺栓和橡胶垫片，所述十字型螺栓分别从金属套件的各面拧入方型开口。使用时，只需将家具木材从方型开口穿过，再用十字型螺栓拧紧即可。
所述橡胶垫片的横截面面积要大于十字型螺栓的横截面面积。橡胶垫片用于卡在十字型螺栓末端与所要固定的家具木材之间，避免十字型螺栓末端对家具木材表面造成压伤。
所述金属套件和十字型螺栓优先采用钢铁材料制成。
所述两个方型开口的体积相同。
本发明的有益效果：根据家具部件尺寸的需要，结合对应结构的金属套件和十字型螺栓来固定木材，根据自身需求设计、组装出不同的家具，而且当你想调整家具的结构时只需用手拧开螺丝，卸下五金件即可。无需胶水和任何其他工具。

实施例一：
在图1、图2中，一种手拧螺丝固件装置，包括横截面为方形的金属套件1和不少于四个的螺栓垫片组，所述金属套件1左右两侧分别设有一上下面开口的方型开口2和一前后面开口的方型开口2；所述螺栓垫片组包括十字型螺栓3和橡胶垫片4，所述十字型螺栓3分别从金属套件1的各面拧入方型开口2。
所述橡胶垫片4的横截面面积要大于十字型螺栓3的横截面面积。橡胶垫片4用于卡在十字型螺栓3末端与所要固定的家具木材之间，避免十字型螺栓3末端对家具木材表面造成压伤。
所述金属套件1和十字型螺栓3优先采用钢铁材料制成。
所述两个方型开口2的体积相同。
实施例二：
参照图3，根据需要，所述手拧螺丝固件装置的金属套件1还可设置成夹角为90°的V字型，其设置有三个体积相同的方型开口2，每个方型开口2的外侧也都设有不少于两个相同的螺栓垫片组，所述螺栓垫片组包括十字型螺栓3和橡胶垫片4。该夹角为90°的V字型手拧螺丝固件装置可同时固定三根家具木材。效率更高。

1.一种手拧螺丝固件装置，其特征在于：包括横截面为方形的金属套件（1）和不少于四个的螺栓垫片组，所述金属套件（1）左右两侧分别设有一上下面开口的方型开口（2）和一前后面开口的方型开口（2）；所述螺栓垫片组包括十字型螺栓（3）和橡胶垫片（4），所述十字型螺栓（3）分别从金属套件（1）的各面拧入方型开口（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述手拧螺丝固件装置，其特征在于：所述橡胶垫片（4）的横截面面积要大于十字型螺栓（3）的横截面面积。
3.根据权利要求1所述手拧螺丝固件装置，其特征在于：所述金属套件（1）和十字型螺栓（3）优先采用钢铁材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述手拧螺丝固件装置，其特征在于：所述两个方型开口（2）的体积相同。
