本发明公开了一种用于螺杆式制冷机的脉动消音装置，所述的用于螺杆式制冷机的脉动消音装置包含一中空的圆筒状的消音筒体，所述的消音筒体的两端分别设有一环形的连接卡环，所述的消音筒体的外壁上设有一环形的定位卡环，所述的消音筒体的内壁周向上设有由“C”字形的消音瓦条组成的消音瓦条阵列。本发明的用于螺杆式制冷机的脉动消音装置的优点是：使用时，使用者利用连接卡环与制冷剂的压缩机的排气口相连接，当螺杆压缩机的脉动排气经过消音筒体时，由于消音瓦条导流作用，大大降低了压缩机的排气的脉动压力，从而大大降低了螺杆压缩机的排气噪音，有效提高了螺杆式制冷机的性能。

本发明涉及一种制冷设备，更确切地说，是一种用于螺杆式制冷机的脉动消音装置。
背景技术
螺杆式制冷机是一种常见的工业制冷设备，通过阴阳转子的相互配合来挤压制冷剂，因此，这种制冷机的脉动排气容易带来极大的噪音，影响制冷机的性能。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种用于螺杆式制冷机的脉动消音装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种用于螺杆式制冷机的脉动消音装置，所述的用于螺杆式制冷机的脉动消音装置包含一中空的圆筒状的消音筒体，所述的消音筒体的两端分别设有一环形的连接卡环，所述的消音筒体的外壁上设有一环形的定位卡环，所述的消音筒体的内壁周向上设有由“C”字形的消音瓦条组成的消音瓦条阵列。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的消音瓦条与所述的消音筒体的内壁焊接连接。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的消音瓦条为不锈钢薄片制成。
本发明的用于螺杆式制冷机的脉动消音装置的优点是：使用时，使用者利用连接卡环与制冷剂的压缩机的排气口相连接，当螺杆压缩机的脉动排气经过消音筒体时，由于消音瓦条导流作用，大大降低了压缩机的排气的脉动压力，从而大大降低了螺杆压缩机的排气噪音，有效提高了螺杆式制冷机的性能。该用于螺杆式制冷机的脉动消音装置1结构简单，效果明显，实用性强。

如图1至图5所示,该用于螺杆式制冷机的脉动消音装置1包含一中空的圆筒状的消音筒体2，该消音筒体2的两端分别设有一环形的连接卡环3，该消音筒体2的外壁上设有一环形的定位卡环21，该消音筒体2的内壁周向上设有由“C”字形的消音瓦条4组成的消音瓦条阵列。
该消音瓦条4与该消音筒体2的内壁焊接连接。
该消音瓦条4为不锈钢薄片制成。
使用时，使用者利用连接卡环3与制冷剂的压缩机的排气口相连接，当螺杆压缩机的脉动排气经过消音筒体2时，由于消音瓦条4导流作用，大大降低了压缩机的排气的脉动压力，从而大大降低了螺杆压缩机的排气噪音，有效提高了螺杆式制冷机的性能。
该用于螺杆式制冷机的脉动消音装置1结构简单，效果明显，实用性强。
不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于螺杆式制冷机的脉动消音装置，其特征在于，所述的消音瓦条（4）与所述的消音筒体（2）的内壁焊接连接。
