背景技术
仿形切割机是按照工件的形状制成样板，使割炬按照样板的形状轨迹运行而进行自动切割的一种高效切割工具，由于采用样板仿形，可以很方便地切割各种形状的工件，特别适用于批量生产各种不规则形状和内外同心的各种形状的工件，但是，仿形割机身重，不易移动，割完一个工件转到第二个工件时，需要人工抬且需再次调整，这样大大降低了工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种仿形割，它在切割机底座下设置若干个横竖垂直的轨道，在轨道内安装一定数量的滑轮，大大方便了切割机的移动，对于操作人员来说，省时省力，增加了工作效率。
为了解决背景技术中所存在的问题，本发明是采用以下技术方案：它包括切割机、底座、轨道、滑轮，所述的切割机底部有底座，底座下面设置有若干个横竖垂直的轨道，每个轨道内设置有一定数量的滑轮。

在需要进行仿形切割时，先将切割机连同底座在轨道上移动到相应位置，然后固定进行切割，切割结束后，再将切割机连同底座在轨道上移动到下一个需切割工件的相应位置，大大的提高了工人的工作效率以及切割件形状的准确率。
