Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1和9的前序部分的显示单元和用于分配电能的设备,该设备具有相应的显示单元。
背景技术
用于分配电能到多个设备分支的设备是已知的,耗电器被连接到所述设备分支上。分配在此借助被构造为保护开关的开关来实现。每个开关具有至少一个开关触点,该开关触点由两个机械开关元件构成,所述开关元件在闭合的开关触点的情况下相互接触。保护功能的基础是流经开关元件的电流,该电流借助传感器单元来检测。电子触发单元分析所检测的电流并且当被分配给开关的与电流相关的触发条件被满足时触发开关元件的分开。在最简单的情况下,触发条件是超过电流阈值。当触发条件被满足并且触发单元已经生成相应的触发信号时,例如预应力的开关轴形式的机械开关单元分开开关元件。
在此缺点是,开关设备中的开关大多被安装在开关柜中,其中开关的显示元件如显示器在关闭的柜门的情况下是不可见的。因此在没有附加的花费的情况下不能读取开关的参数。同样的适用于由开关所测量的数值、如各个相位的负载电流和电压以及功率数据。
用于克服所述缺点的解决方案在于,在开关柜门上设置相应的留空或者开口并且分别布置一个或多个开关,使得显示元件从外部是可见的。
另一个解决方案为每个开关使用分离的(abgesetztes)外部的显示器,该显示器在通信上仅与所属的开关连接。所述显示器被安装在开关柜外部、例如开关柜门上。在该解决方案中,对于每个开关自己的显示器被管理。

解决方案关于显示单元规定,显示单元在通信上与开关连接并且接收数据,所述数据涉及开关的运行,其中数据由显示单元显示。因此可以显示开关的数据、如开关的开关状态(接通、切断、触发)、开关的当前的负载电流,但是也可以是开关的保护参数、测量值、报警及错误通知,使得一眼看清楚所述开关的数据。因此获得关于各个开关并且因此同时整个开关设备的开关状态的直接的概览。
适宜地,在此分别实现所有开关数据的显示。

为了简化建议,通信上的连接被构造为总线连接。
技术上简单的是,显示单元在通信上通过数据服务器与开关连接并且数据服务器发送和接收数据。
当显示单元与数据服务器共同构成显示数据单元时,简单的交换是可以的。
当显示自动地进行对所使用的开关的数量的适配时,设置简化。
当数据区分优先级被显示时,显示的效果提高。
为了实现保护功能提出,每个开关包含:至少两个可机械分开的开关元件;传感器单元,该传感器单元检测流经开关元件的电流;电子触发单元,该电子触发单元当被分配给开关的依赖于电流的触发条件被满足时触发开关元件的分开;以及机械的开关单元,该开关单元当触发条件满足时分开开关元件。

在该显示中的开关数据有利地被区分优先级。因此例如开关状态“触发(TRIP)”能被作为闪烁的文字凸显,以便简单、快速并且警告地用信号通知开关设备中的问题。此外,开关的相位可以分别利用最大的相位电流来强调。

数据服务器DS按需要接收分别从开关CB1,CB2,…,CB8选择的数据DA,所述数据涉及开关的运行,并且通过总线连接B给显示单元A提供数据DA。为了显示数据DA,显示单元A的显示器D根据开关CB1,CB2,…,CB8的数量被划分为8个视窗W1,W2,…,W8。
在视窗W1,W2,……,W8中,开关CB1,CB2,…,CB8分别位于左上角,开关的数据DA在该视窗W1,W2,…,W8中被显示。显示单元A区分优先级地显示所有开关CB1,CB2,…,CB8的数据DA。即关于三个相位L1,L2,L3的电流显示相位L1,L2,L3的分别最大的电流。因此对于开关CB1和CB2,CB4和CB5以及CB7和CB8分别显示相位L1的电流,因为相位L1的电流在所有的开关CB1,CB2,CB4,CB5,CB7,CB8中分别是最大的并且其余两个对应相位L2,L3的电流是较小的。以安培为单位的数字的电流值分别位于其旁边。
此外,可从显示单元A获知,开关CB3已触发(在所属的视窗W3中显示TRIP)并且开关CB6已被切断(在所属的视窗W6中显示OFF)。显示TRIP具有最高的显示优先级;显示OFF在切断的开关CB6中是唯一的信息,该信息在此可供显示使用(并因此被显示)。
即在此可以利用显示单元A显示所有开关CB1,CB2,…,CB8的数据DA如开关的开关状态(接通ON、切断OFF、触发TRIP)、相位L1,L2,L3及开关的当前的以安培为单位的负载电流,但是也可以是保护参数(阈值),测量值(电流),报警和错误通知(闪烁的TRIP显示),使得一眼看清楚所述开关的数据。因此分别获得关于各个开关CB1,CB2,…,CB8并且因此整个开关设备的相应的开关状态的直接的概览。由于该原因,所有开关CB1,CB2,…,CB8的数据DA的显示分别同时实现。
按键F1、F2、F3、F4用作导航元件,其中利用右按键F4可以选择菜单和下级菜单,同时借助两个在其左侧布置的方向按键F2、F3做出选择。在方向按键F2、F3上方布置的带有示出向上和向下小三角以及用图表表示的菜单的视窗T显示所期望的选择方向或选择。
在该实施例中,显示单元A和数据服务器DS共同构成显示数据单元U,即显示单元A和数据服务器DS互相被“融合”成显示数据单元U。
显示数据单元U的开关CB1,CB2,…,CB8被动态地管理,即内部的数据结构以及显示单元A(显示器D上)的显示分别自动地适配于开关CB1,CB2,…,CB8的相应的数量。
Claims (6)
1.用于开关设备的显示单元(A),所述开关设备用于借助多个被构造为保护开关的开关(CB1-CB8)将电能分配到多个设备分支上,其中所述显示单元(A)在通信上与所述开关(CB1-CB8)连接并且接收和显示数据(DA),所述数据涉及所述开关(CB1-CB8)的运行,并且显示对所述开关(CB1-CB8)数量的适配分别自动地实现,使得所有开关(CB1-CB8)的数据(DA)的显示分别同时分别在一个视窗中实现,其中所有开关(CB1-CB8)的数据(DA)包括开关状态、相位及开关的当前的以安培为单位的负载电流、报警和错误通知,
