本发明公开了一种船舶电缆支架,涉及船舶制造技术领域;包括设有槽型的纵轨和L型的横轨的轨道式框架,所述横轨与所述纵轨通过紧固装置连接固定,所述横轨的表面设置有若干安装孔,所述纵轨的侧面设置有若干连接孔;所述纵轨的侧面通过连接装置固定有吊架。本发明可以解决目前船舶电缆铺设采用较笨重的支架不方便固定、不方便日常维护的问题。

本发明涉及船舶制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于船舶上安装电缆的架子。
背景技术
船舶上由于用电处数多,自然作为承载用电的电缆数量庞大,电缆铺设时如果没有较好地固定,随着船舶航行时撞击和振动,会造成电缆松动和受损,引起信号串扰,严重时还可能造成电缆断裂;因此,船舶电缆在铺设时都要根据不同的电缆型号必用途选择相应的坚固件,确保船舶电缆具备较强的抗冲击和防振性能;目前,船舶电缆铺设都是采用支架,这种支架一般是采用槽钢或角钢制作,不仅不方便将电缆固定在船舶的任意角落,而且也不方便电缆的日常维护。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种船舶电缆支架,它可以解决目前船舶电缆铺设采用较笨重的支架不方便固定、不方便日常维护的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
这种船舶电缆支架,包括设有槽型的纵轨和L型的横轨的轨道式框架,所述横轨与所述纵轨通过紧固装置连接固定,所述横轨的表面设置有若干安装孔,所述纵轨的侧面设置有若干连接孔;所述纵轨的侧面通过连接装置固定有吊架。
以上技术方案中,进一步的方案可以是:所述连接装置包括螺栓和螺母,在所述螺栓和螺母之间还设有内绝缘套和外绝缘套,所述螺栓依次穿过外绝缘套、吊架、纵轨、内绝缘套和螺母。
进一步的:所述紧固装置为铆钉。
进一步的:所述外绝缘套和内绝缘套的材料为橡胶。
进一步的:所述吊架为槽型板,其上部设有固定孔。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明采用轨道式电缆安装框架,竖轨采用槽型板,横轨采用L型板,两种板上均设置若干安装孔,可以使电缆安装在框架内任意,同时也便于固定和日常维护;
2、本发明使用寿命长、安装美观,具有防静电功能。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详述:
这种船舶电缆支架,如图1~3所示,设有槽型的纵轨1和L型的横轨2的轨道式框架,纵轨1和横轨2垂直相交,并通过紧固装置连接固定,本实施例中,紧固装置为铆钉10,还可以采用其他连接方式连接;横轨2的表面设置有若干安装孔3,电缆铺设在横轨2的表面,固定电缆可通过安装孔11实现;纵轨1的侧面设置有若干连接孔9,连接孔可根据需要增设横轨2;纵轨1的侧面通过连接装置固定有吊架4,吊架4为槽型板,其上部设有固定孔11;本实施例中,连接装置包括螺栓5和螺母8,在螺栓5和螺母8之间还设有内绝缘套7和外绝缘套6,内绝缘套7和外绝缘套6的材料为橡胶,螺栓5依次穿过外绝缘套6、吊架4、纵轨1、内绝缘套7和螺母4。

1.一种船舶电缆支架,其特征在于:包括设有槽型的纵轨(1)和L型的横轨(2)的轨道式框架,所述横轨(2)与所述纵轨(1)通过紧固装置连接固定,所述横轨(2)的表面设置有若干安装孔(3),所述纵轨(1)的侧面设置有若干连接孔(9);所述纵轨(1)的侧面通过连接装置固定有吊架(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船舶电缆支架,其特征在于:所述连接装置包括螺栓(5)和螺母(8),在所述螺栓(5)和螺母(8)之间还设有内绝缘套(7)和外绝缘套(6),所述螺栓(5)依次穿过外绝缘套(6)、吊架(4)、纵轨(1)、内绝缘套(7)和螺母(4)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的船舶电缆支架,其特征在于:所述紧固装置为铆钉(10)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的船舶电缆支架,其特征在于:所述外绝缘套(6)和内绝缘套(7)的材料为橡胶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的船舶电缆支架,其特征在于:所述吊架(4)为槽型板,其上部设有固定孔(11)。
