本发明公开了一种驱动齿轮锁座,包括扣座,扣座设有开槽,扣座的对外朝向面设有插槽,插槽与开槽连通,扣座的对外朝向面设有扣块,扣块为弧形形状,扣块的对外朝向面设有锁齿,扣块的对内朝向面设有插块,插块设置在插槽位置。本发明可以将该轮锁座套装在驱动齿轮的外表面上,通过扣块扣在驱动齿轮的外表面上,锁齿与驱动齿轮外表面匹配,从而方便了对驱动齿轮进行锁定的功能。

技术领域
 本发明涉及一种锁座,特别涉及一种驱动齿轮锁座。
背景技术
全轮驱动,是指汽车的总布置型式为全部车轮都是驱动轮。一般来说,发动机安装在汽车的前部(也有的在汽车的中部),通过传动系统带动全部车轮驱动。全轮驱动可按行驶路面状态不同而将发动机输出扭矩按不同比例分布在前后所有的轮子上,以提高汽车的行驶能力。现有的全轮驱动抱锁不方便。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种可以将该轮锁座套装在驱动齿轮的外表面上,通过扣块扣在驱动齿轮的外表面上,锁齿与驱动齿轮外表面匹配,从而方便了对驱动齿轮进行锁定的功能的驱动齿轮锁座。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种驱动齿轮锁座,包括扣座,扣座设有开槽,扣座的对外朝向面设有插槽,插槽与开槽连通,扣座的对外朝向面设有扣块,扣块为弧形形状,扣块的对外朝向面设有锁齿,扣块的对内朝向面设有插块,插块设置在插槽位置。
进一步地,所述扣座的侧壁设有凸块。
进一步地,所述扣座的对外朝向面设有插孔,插孔与开槽连通。
采用上述技术方案的驱动齿轮锁座,可以将该轮锁座套装在驱动齿轮的外表面上,通过扣块扣在驱动齿轮的外表面上,锁齿与驱动齿轮外表面匹配,从而方便了对驱动齿轮进行锁定的功能。

如图1与图2所示,一种驱动齿轮锁座,包括扣座1,扣座1设有开槽2,扣座1的对外朝向面设有插槽3,插槽3与开槽2连通,扣座1的对外朝向面设有扣块7,扣块7为弧形形状,扣块7的对外朝向面设有锁齿8,扣块7的对内朝向面设有插块6,插块6设置在插槽3位置;扣座1的侧壁设有凸块5,扣座1的对外朝向面设有插孔4,插孔4与开槽2连通。
本发明驱动齿轮锁座,可以将该轮锁座套装在驱动齿轮的外表面上,通过扣块7扣在驱动齿轮的外表面上,锁齿8与驱动齿轮外表面匹配,从而方便了对驱动齿轮进行锁定的功能。
其中,扣座1的侧壁设有凸块5,所以方便扣座1的安装。
其中,扣座1的对外朝向面设有插孔4,插孔4与开槽2连通;所以方便插接固定销,方便安装。
