本发明为解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是一种救生绳，由自锁挂勾、绳、绳盘、支架、鞍座、绳套、墙圈组成，在容易逃生的窗口附近墙上固定一个墙圈，条状支架顶头固定一竖直金属8字形圈，支架上部一边接一绳套，另一边中部固定一轴，轴上套装一绳盘，绳盘能转动，轴头拧上螺母挡住绳盘，鞍座一头套在支架底部并能绕支架转圈，鞍座底下的支架头拧一螺母不让鞍座滑脱，绳绕在绳盘上成绳圈，绳头从8字形圈正面下圈穿进回头绕8字形圈腰部半圈从反面下圈穿出，绳头向上穿过压在8字形圈腰部的绳从8字形圈的上圈正面穿进，绳头固定自锁挂勾，这样组成一种救生绳。平时把鞍座转到绳盘下方，收藏方便，当要使用时，把绳头上的自锁挂勾勾在墙圈上，上身套在绳套中，鞍座转到身下并跨坐在鞍座上，抱住绳盘，跨出窗口，慢慢转动绳盘，人也慢慢地往下降，结构简单。
本发明的有益效果是，比普通救生绳没有绳头容易打结或绕在下方物体上的可能，人坐在救生绳上的鞍座上也比较舒服，结构简单。
