Abstract

本发明提供一次性停滴自动报警输液器,包括带空腔的滴斗,分别连接于滴斗上、下方的上液管和下液管,设于滴斗空腔内的浮子,其特征在于滴斗空腔内位于浮子上方设有发声器,该发声器包括上下端分别带敞口、内带音腔、音腔外设有上下贯通的流孔的座体,座体上位于音腔上端设有内带音孔、外带多个通孔的音膜座,音孔上端设有音膜,音孔下端与音腔连通,多个通孔与音腔外的流孔连通,音腔一侧设有报警器安装通孔。当药液打完或者输液跑针等原因导致停滴而无声音信号传递给报警器时启动报警,同时浮子下移而关闭液流通道,停止输液,防止回血,本发明无毒、无污染、安全、可靠、实用,完全保障了病人的输液安全。

一次性停滴自动报警输液器
技术领域
本发明提供一种输液器,尤其是一种一次性使用的停滴自动报警输液器,属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
点滴输液器通常用来给病人血液给药,是医疗单位用量较大的常规医疗器具。但在进行点滴输液时需要病人自己或陪护人员观察针水是否滴完、输液器中的针水是否在流动,之后再通知护士来处理,一旦病人或陪护人员稍有疏忽就会造成输液安全事故,尤其是在夜间至凌晨之间输液时更容易出问题,给病人的生命安全带来威胁。因此,有必要对现有技术加以改进。
发明内容
本发明正是为解决上述问题提供了一种无毒、无污染、安全、可靠、实用的一次性停滴自动报警输液器,以便当药液即将打完或者因输液跑针而停滴时,自动发出报警声。
本发明通过下列技术方案完成:一种一次性停滴自动报警输液器,包括带空腔的滴斗,分别连接于滴斗上、下方的上液管和下液管,设于滴斗空腔内的浮子,其特征在于滴斗空腔内位于浮子上方设有发声器,该发声器包括上下端分别带敞口、内带音腔、音腔外设有上下贯通的流孔的座体,座体上位于音腔上端设有内带音孔、外带多个通孔的音膜座,音孔上端设有音膜,音孔下端与音腔连通,多个通孔与音腔外的流孔连通,音腔一侧设有报警器安装通孔。以便药液直接滴落在音膜上而发出声音时,该声音信号经过音孔、音腔传递给报警器,同时滴落在音膜上的药液经音膜座外的多个通孔、音腔外的流孔、滴斗、下液管流入人体而完成正常输液,当药液打完或者输液跑针等原因导致停滴而无声音信号传递给报警器识别时,则启动报警。
所述音膜座底部设有环状过滤片,用于对药液进行过滤,保障输液安全。
所述音腔的后壁与座体连为一体、前壁设有报警器安装通孔、顶壁设有与音膜座音孔连通的通孔、左右两外壁与座体内壁之间分别设有至少一根支撑杆,并在音腔左右两外壁、支撑杆、座体内壁之间形成流孔,音腔的底壁设为弧形,以便通过顶壁的通孔使音腔腔体与音膜座的音孔连通,再与报警器相连,从而形成声音通道,同时通过座体的上下敞口、音膜座外的通孔、音腔外的流孔与滴斗空腔形成液流通道,从而在发出液滴声音信号的同时,能够保障正常输液。
所述滴斗分别设为上、下两滴斗,上滴斗的下端与座体上端相连,下滴斗的上端与座体下端相连,浮子设于下滴斗中。
所述上滴斗的顶部依次连接有滴管、加液口、进气口、瓶塞穿剌器,下滴斗的底部连接有下液管,下液管上依次设有流量调节器和针头。
所述浮子包括上部的球体、中部的锥体、下部的插杆,下部的插杆插入下液管中,用于导向并降低药液流速,中部的锥体与下液管上端的锥孔配接,用于阻止药液的流通。以便在正常输液且下滴斗中充满药液中,浮子始终浮于下滴斗的上部,开启下滴斗底部与下液管的液流通道,而当药液打完停滴而发出报警的同时,下滴斗中的浮子将随着药液的下降而向下移动,此时药液会在浮子下部的插杆插入下液管的过程中降低流速,最终使浮子中部的锥体扣于下液管上端的锥孔中而关闭液流通道,阻止药液继续下流而停止输液,同时维持下滴斗及其以下部位始终存有一定量的药液,避免医务人员到来之前空气进入静脉血管中,同时有效防止回血,保障病人的输液安全。
所述报警器为市购产品,其电路结构包括依次电连接的:采集声音信息的传感器B、运算放大器LM、整流二极管D、三极管PNP、蜂鸣器F以及电阻R、电容C、开关K、电源E。以便药液滴落在音膜上而发出声音时,该声音信号经过音孔、音腔传递后,由传感器B采集到该声音信号后转变为电信号,送运算放大器LM进行信号放大,再送二极管D整流,使二极管D输出的电压值大于电源E的电压值,三极管PNP截止,蜂鸣器不发声;而当药液停滴无声音信号送传感器B时,使二极管D输出的电压值小于电源E的电压值,则三极管PNP导通,使蜂鸣器F发声报警。
本发明具有下列优点和效果:采用上述方案,可方便地在药液滴落在音膜上而发出声音时,将该声音信号经音孔、音腔传递给报警器,同时滴落在音膜上的药液经音膜座外的多个通孔、音腔外的流孔、滴斗、下液管流入人体而完成正常输液,当药液打完或者输液跑针等原因导致停滴而无声音信号传递给报警器时启动报警。尤其当药液输完而报警的同时,下滴斗中的浮子将随着药液的下降而向下移动,此时药液会在浮子下部的插杆插入下液管的过程中降低流速,最终使浮子中部的锥体扣于下液管上端的锥孔中而关闭液流通道,阻止药液继续下流而停止输液,同时维持下滴斗及其以下部位始终存有一定量的药液,避免医务人员到来之前空气进入静脉血管中,同时有效防止回血。本发明无毒、无污染、安全、可靠、实用,完全保障了病人的输液安全。促进医务人员及陪护人员与病人关系和谐发展,减轻陪护人员的工作压力和病人的心理压力。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述。
如图1、图2、图3、图4,本发明提供的一次性停滴自动报警输液器,包括带空腔的滴斗2,分别连接于滴斗2上、下方的上液管1和下液管6,设于滴斗2空腔内的浮子5,其中滴斗2空腔内位于浮子5上方设有发声器4,该发声器4包括上下端分别带敞口、内带音腔42、音腔42外设有上下贯通的流孔44的座体41,座体41上位于音腔42上端设有内带音孔48、外带多个通孔49的音膜座46,音孔48上端设有音膜47,音孔48下端与音腔42连通,多个通孔49与音腔42外的流孔44连通,音腔42一侧设有报警器安装通孔43;
所述音膜座46底部设有环状过滤片9,用于对药液进行过滤,保障输液安全;
所述音腔42的后壁与座体41连为一体、前壁设有报警器安装通孔43、顶壁设有与音膜座46音孔48连通的通孔、左右两外壁与座体41内壁之间分别设有二根支撑杆45,并在音腔42左右两外壁、支撑杆45、座体41内壁之间形成流孔44,音腔42的底壁设为弧形,以通过顶壁的通孔使音腔42腔体与音膜座46的音孔48连通,再与报警器3相连,从而形成声音通道47、48、42、43,同时通过座体41的上下敞口、音膜座46外的通孔49、音腔42外的流孔44与滴斗2空腔形成液流通道,从而在发出液滴声音信号的同时,能够保障正常输液;
所述滴斗2分别设为上滴斗21、下滴斗22,上滴斗21的下端与座体41上端相连,下滴斗22的上端与座体41下端相连,且所述连接为螺接或者粘结,浮子5设于下滴斗22中;所述浮子5包括上部的球体、中部的锥体51、下部的插杆52,下部的插杆52插入下液管6中,中部的锥体51与下液管6上端的锥孔61配接,正常输液且下滴斗22中充满药液时,浮子5始终浮于下滴斗22的上部,开启下滴斗22底部与下液管6的液流通道,而当药液打完停滴而发出报警的同时,下滴斗22中的浮子5将随着药液的下降而向下移动,并使浮子5下部的插杆52插入下液管6中,用于导向、降低药液流速,最终使浮子5中部的锥体51扣于下液管6上端的锥孔61中,从而关闭液流通道,阻止药液继续下流而停止输液,同时维持下滴斗22中始终留有一定的药液,避免医务人员到来之前空气进入静脉血管中,同时有效防止回血,保障病人的输液安全;
所述上滴斗21的顶部依次连接有滴管14、加液口13、进气口12、瓶塞穿剌器11,下滴斗22的底部连接有下液管6,下液管上依次设有流量调节器7和针头8。
所述报警器3为市购产品,其电路结构包括依次电连接的:采集声音信息的传感器B、运算放大器LM、整流二极管D、三极管PNP、蜂鸣器F以及电阻R1~R6、电容C、开关K、电源E,如图5。药液滴落在音膜47上而发出声音时,该声音信号经过音孔48、音腔42传递后,由安装在通孔43中的报警器3的传感器B采集到该声音信号后转变为电信号,送运算放大器LM进行信号放大,再送二极管D整流,使二极管D输出的电压值大于电源E的电压值,三极管PNP截止,蜂鸣器不发声;而当药液停滴无声音信号送传感器B时,使二极管D输出的电压值小于电源E的电压值,则三极管PNP导通,使蜂鸣器F发声报警。

Claims (8)

1.一次性停滴自动报警输液器,包括带空腔的滴斗,分别连接于滴斗上、下方的上液管和下液管,设于滴斗空腔内的浮子,其特征在于滴斗空腔内位于浮子上方设有发声器,该发声器包括上下端分别带敞口、内带音腔、音腔外设有上下贯通的流孔的座体,座体上位于音腔上端设有内带音孔、外带多个通孔的音膜座,音孔上端设有音膜,音孔下端与音腔连通,多个通孔与音腔外的流孔连通,音腔一侧设有报警器安装通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性停滴自动报警输液器,其特征在于所述音膜座底部设有环状过滤片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一次性停滴自动报警输液器,其特征在于所述音腔的后壁与座体连为一体、前壁设有报警器安装通孔、顶壁设有与音膜座音孔连通的通孔、左右两外壁与座体内壁之间分别设有至少一根支撑杆,并在音腔左右两外壁、支撑杆、座体内壁之间形成流孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一次性停滴自动报警输液器,其特征在于所述音腔的底壁设为弧形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一次性停滴自动报警输液器,其特征在于所述滴斗分别设为上、下两滴斗,上滴斗的下端与座体上端相连,下滴斗的上端与座体下端相连,浮子设于下滴斗中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一次性停滴自动报警输液器,其特征在于所述上滴斗的顶部依次连接有滴管、加液口、进气口、瓶塞穿剌器,下滴斗的底部连接有下液管,下液管上依次设有流量调节器和针头。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一次性停滴自动报警输液器,其特征在于所述浮子包括上部的球体、中部的锥体、下部的插杆,下部的插杆插入下液管中,中部的锥体与下液管上端的锥孔配接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一次性停滴自动报警输液器,其特征在于所述报警器为市购产品,其电路结构包括依次电连接的:采集声音信息的传感器B、运算放大器LM、整流二极管D、三极管PNP、蜂鸣器F以及电阻R、电容C、开关K、电源E。
