背景技术
女性在年龄发展过程中，体型会有变化，这种变化状况反映女性健康的变迁，人们通常由目测评估健康的变迁，这样很不准确，为此期待能有一个简便的能反映健康状况变迁的测量工具以替代用目测评估。
发明内容
用简易的测量工具可代替目测评估身体变化的一种女性体质指标测量带。
本发明采取的技术方案：
一种女性体质指标测量带，包含测量带上的指示标记，其方案是：由用于水平绕腰围或臀围的横面带，和纵向绕过会阴到肚脐的矢面带所构成；所述横面带，是带的起点由第一定位钮，取长度为横面带绕女士腰围至细腰女士腰身一半的长度处到胖腰女士腰身一半的长度处之间为a，每隔一厘米有用于固定矢面带始端钮的定位孔；横面带的测量范围C的标定是：从细腰女士腰身长为起点到胖腰女士臀围长之间，每隔一厘米标志一测量值；所述矢面带，始端有固定于横面带定位孔的始端钮，以细腰女士臀围裆长两倍到胖腰女士裆长两倍的距离间b，每一厘米为一个测量值。
