本发明公开了一种塑料储物箱，涉及物料储存技术领域，包括具有箱体和箱盖的塑料箱本体，在所述箱盖的下端设有与所述箱体的侧壁相配合的环槽，所述环槽内装有密封胶垫；所述箱体内装有隔板，所述隔板上设有气孔，在所述箱体的底板与所述隔板之间装有干燥剂，所述隔板的下端面设有滤网。与现有技术相比，本发明能防止外界的水分进入箱体内，采用干燥剂吸收箱体内的水分，保持箱体内干燥，其结构简单，制造成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及物料储存技术领域，尤其是一种塑料储物箱。
背景技术
塑料箱因重量轻，不会生锈，常用来储存物品，为了保持箱体内的物品干燥，大多采用在箱体内安装加热装置，通过加热将箱体内的水分蒸发除去，但加热装置占用空间大，结构复杂，安装困难，造成储物箱的制造成本高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种塑料储物箱，以解决现有储物箱结构复杂，制造成本高的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：这种塑料储物箱，包括具有箱体和箱盖的塑料箱本体，在所述箱盖的下端设有与所述箱体的侧壁相配合的环槽，所述环槽内装有密封胶垫；所述箱体内装有隔板，所述隔板上设有气孔，在所述箱体的底板与所述隔板之间装有干燥剂，所述隔板的下端面设有滤网。
上述塑料储物箱技术方案中，更具体的技术方案还可以是：在所述箱体的相对两侧位于所述隔板的下部分别设有通气口，所述通气口上装有密封盖。
进一步的，在所述箱体的侧壁上部间隔设有多个卡板，所述箱盖设有与所述卡板对应的扣板。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
1、本发明在箱盖的下端设有与箱体的侧壁相配合的环槽，环槽内装有密封胶垫，防止外界的水分进入箱体内；箱体内装有隔板，隔板上设有气孔，在箱体的底板与隔板之间装有干燥剂，隔板的下端面设有滤网；采用干燥剂吸收箱体内的水分，保持箱体内干燥，其结构简单，制造成本低。
2、在箱体的相对两侧位于隔板的下部分别设有通气口，通气口上装有密封盖；当干燥剂吸收水分趋于饱和时，打开通气口上的密封盖，向箱体内通干燥的压缩空气，将干燥剂吹干，干燥剂可重复使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述：
如图1所示的一种塑料储物箱，包括具有箱体5和箱盖1的塑料箱本体，在箱盖1的下端具有与箱体5的侧壁相配合的环槽，环槽内装有密封胶垫2；在箱体5的侧壁上部间隔连结有四个卡板4，箱盖1装有与卡板4对应的扣板3，扣板3与箱盖1铰接；箱体5内装有隔板9，隔板9上开设有气孔，在箱体5的底板与隔板9之间装有干燥剂7，隔板9的下端面装有滤网8；在箱体5的相对两侧位于隔板9的下部分别设置有通气口，通气口上装有密封盖6。
本发明采用干燥剂7吸收箱体5内的水分，保持箱体5内干燥，其结构简单，制造成本低；当干燥剂7吸收水分趋于饱和时，打开通气口上的密封盖6，向箱体5内通干燥的压缩空气，将干燥剂7吹干，干燥剂7可重复使用。

1.一种塑料储物箱，包括具有箱体（5）和箱盖（1）的塑料箱本体，其特征在于：在所述箱盖（1）的下端设有与所述箱体（5）的侧壁相配合的环槽，所述环槽内装有密封胶垫（2）；所述箱体（5）内装有隔板（9），所述隔板（9）上设有气孔，在所述箱体（5）的底板与所述隔板（9）之间装有干燥剂（7），所述隔板（9）的下端面设有滤网（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料储物箱，其特征在于：在所述箱体（5）的相对两侧位于所述隔板（9）的下部分别设有通气口，所述通气口上装有密封盖（6）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料储物箱，其特征在于：在所述箱体（5）的侧壁上部间隔设有多个卡板（4），所述箱盖（1）设有与所述卡板（4）对应的扣板（3）。
