Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some but not all of the relevant aspects of the present invention are shown in the drawings.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a financial self-service processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step 101, a service request of a user is obtained, wherein the service request corresponds to a money distribution requirement.
The step is that aiming at the business transacted by the user on the self-service terminal of the bank outlet, such as the transaction of withdrawal business, currency exchange business or large-amount zero-changing business, the business requests all correspond to a money distribution requirement, namely the self-service terminal is required to distribute money for the user.
And 102, when the available banknote resources of the self-service terminal logged in by the user cannot meet the banknote distribution requirement, integrating the available banknote resources of at least one associated self-service terminal, or integrating the available banknote resources of the self-service terminal logged in by the user and the available banknote resources of the at least one associated self-service terminal.
After the step 101, the self-service terminal logged in by the user distributes the money for the user. However, for one self-service terminal, the stored available banknote resources are limited, and a situation that the available banknote resources cannot meet the banknote distribution requirement may occur, at this time, resource integration is required to be performed, and the available banknote resources of at least one associated self-service terminal are obtained and integrated, for example, the available banknote resources of the associated self-service terminal can be only used for providing banknote distribution for a user, that is, the available banknote resources of at least one associated self-service terminal are integrated, and specifically, if the available banknote resources of one associated self-service terminal meet the banknote distribution requirement, the available banknote resources of one associated self-service terminal are integrated; or if the available banknote resources of the at least two associated self-service terminals meet the banknote distribution requirement, integrating the available banknote resources of the at least two associated self-service terminals. There is also a case where the available banknote resources of the associated self-service terminal at which the user is logged in are to be integrated, and the available banknote resources of at least one associated self-service terminal are to be integrated, i.e. the available banknote resources of the self-service terminal at which the user is logged in are still taken into account during the integration process.
The integration process of this step may include the following three cases:
firstly, when the dispensing amount A of the dispensing requirement is larger than the maximum available amount B of the self-service terminal logged in by the user, the available banknote resources of the associated self-service terminal with the maximum available amount not less than A-B are obtained for integration, for example, the maximum available amount of one self-service terminal depends on the number of banknotes initially stored in the banknote box, the number of banknotes stored or taken out during the use process of the self-service terminal and other factors. Therefore, the situation that the available banknote resources of one self-service terminal cannot meet the banknote distribution requirement of user services often occurs, for example, if a certain user needs to withdraw 5000 yuan, the banknote distribution amount of the banknote distribution requirement is 5000 yuan, however, the current maximum available amount of the self-service terminal logged in by the user is 3000 yuan, the situation inevitably leads to banknote distribution failure, at this time, the associated self-service terminal with the maximum available amount greater than 2000 yuan needs to be searched, and if the associated self-service terminal with the maximum available amount greater than or equal to 5000 yuan is found, the available banknote resources of the associated self-service terminal can be only integrated;
secondly, when the money distribution amount required by the money distribution cannot completely divide the maximum common divisor of the available denominations of the self-service terminals logged by the users, and the money distribution error exceeds a preset quota to cause the failure of money distribution, acquiring available money resources of the associated self-service terminals with at least one different available denominations with the self-service terminals logged by the users for integration;
thirdly, when the number N of the bank notes with the specific available denomination of the self-service terminal logged in by the user does not meet the number M of the bank notes with the specific denomination of the bank notes required for dispensing, available bank note resources of the associated self-service terminal with the number not less than M-N of the bank notes with the specific available denomination are obtained for integration.
The number of the associated self-service terminals participating in the integration in this step may be one or more, and usually, the range of the associated self-service terminals obtained in this step is a self-service terminal belonging to the same financial service network as the self-service terminal on which the user logs in.
103, acquiring a money distribution scheme according to the available money resources of at least one associated self-service terminal, or acquiring the money distribution scheme according to the available money resources of the self-service terminal logged by the user and the available money resources of the at least one associated self-service terminal;
in this step, a banknote distribution scheme is generated on the basis of integrating the available banknote resources of at least one associated self-service terminal in step 102, or integrating the available banknote resources of the self-service terminal that the user logs in and the available banknote resources of at least one associated self-service terminal, and specifically, the banknote distribution scheme may include the following contents: the position information of each associated self-service terminal participating in the money distribution, and the money distribution resources of each associated self-service terminal participating in the money distribution.
For the convenience of users, in the money distribution scheme, fewer self-service terminals can be arranged to participate in money distribution as much as possible, for example, if available money resources of one associated self-service terminal meet the money distribution requirement, the money distribution scheme can only relate to one associated self-service terminal, and in this case, the user only needs to complete business on one associated self-service terminal; or if the available banknote resources of the self-service terminal logged in by the user and the available banknote resources of at least one associated self-service terminal meet the banknote distribution requirement, the banknote distribution scheme relates to the self-service terminal logged in by the user and at least one associated self-service terminal, and the user can complete the service on the logged self-service terminal and the at least one associated self-service terminal; or, if the available banknote resources of the at least two associated self-service terminals meet the banknote distribution requirement, the at least two associated self-service terminals are involved in the banknote distribution scheme, and the user can log in the two self-service terminals to complete the service.
In the above money distribution scheme, it is preferable that no more than 2 self-service terminals are arranged to distribute money, so as to reduce the operation complexity of the user. In addition, for better convenience of the user, each associated self-service terminal participating in the money distribution can be an associated self-service terminal in an idle state, and/or each associated self-service terminal participating in the money distribution is an associated self-service terminal closest to the self-service terminal logged in by the user, for example, 2 adjacent self-service terminals.
After the money distribution scheme is obtained in the step 103, the money distribution scheme can be displayed to the user, so that the user can log in each self-service terminal according to the money distribution scheme to finish money taking.
Furthermore, the money distribution resource can be distributed to each associated self-service terminal participating in money distribution according to the money distribution scheme, so that the user identity is verified by each associated self-service terminal participating in money distribution, and money is discharged according to the money distribution resource.
In the technical scheme of the invention, because a user needs to take banknotes from other associated self-service terminals except the self-service terminal currently logged in, although idle associated self-service terminals can be arranged to participate in banknote distribution as much as possible, the problem that other users log in the associated self-service terminals participating in banknote distribution and use available banknote resources of the associated self-service terminals participating in banknote distribution before the user logs in the associated self-service terminals participating in banknote distribution, so that the available banknote resources of the associated self-service terminals participating in banknote distribution are inconsistent with those of the prior users and the requirement of banknote distribution cannot be met can still exist. Therefore, after the money distribution resource is distributed to each associated self-service terminal participating in money distribution, the money distribution resource is preset on the associated self-service terminal participating in money distribution according to a money distribution scheme, so that the money distribution resource can be used after a user logs in.
In addition, before the step 103 is executed to obtain the money distribution scheme, a step may be further added, that is, whether the user agrees to complete the service request by using the associated self-service terminal is determined, and the step mainly considers that some users may not be able to accept the service request on other associated self-service terminals, especially under the condition that multiple self-service terminals cooperatively complete the service request, and determines the user before the money distribution scheme is generated.
Example two
The second embodiment of the present invention mainly explains and explains how to integrate part of the processes in detail when the step 102 determines that the available banknote resources of the self-service terminal logged in by the user cannot meet the banknote dispensing requirement.
First, in the process of dispensing money, when it is determined that the dispensing amount required by the dispensing money cannot be divisible by the maximum common divisor of the available denominations of the self-service terminal logged in by the user, and the dispensing error exceeds the preset amount, the dispensing failure is exemplified herein.
If the user carries out the withdrawal service, the input withdrawal amount is M, the available denominations of the self-service terminal logged in by the user are A1, A2 and A3 … An from small to large, the corresponding available banknote numbers are C1, C2 and C3 … Cn respectively, namely the available number of Ai is Ci (i takes values from 1 to n), the user demands for the number of each denomination are not less than B1, B2 and B3 … Bn respectively, the actual money distribution number of each denomination is X1, X2 and X3 … Xn, then A carries out the withdrawal service1X1+A2X2+...+AnXnM, it can be simplified to the relation:
if the money distribution amount M cannot be divided by the greatest common divisor of all the available denominations in the equation, and the money distribution error exceeds the preset quota of the system, the money distribution fails, the number of the available denominations of the self-service terminal is not enough, and in this case, other self-service terminals participating in the money distribution need to have at least one available denomination bill different from the self-service terminal.
For example, the self-service terminal has available denominations of 20 yuan and 50 yuan, the number of the available denominations is enough, the maximum value of the bill distribution error set by the system is 5, the current user requires to exchange 100 dollars into RMB, the exchange rate is 5.34, the money distribution amount is 534 yuan, when the bills with the denominations of 20 yuan and 50 yuan are distributed, the bill distribution fails because 534% gcd (20,50) ≥ 14 ≥ 5, in this case, other self-service terminals are required to participate in the bill distribution, and at least one denomination of the bills with the available denominations of the self-service terminal is selected to be different from 20 yuan and 50 yuan, for example, bills with the available denominations of 10 yuan or 5 yuan.
Further, if the above equation does not have any set of non-negative integer solutions, there is B for all integers i with 0 ≦ i ≦ ni≤XiIf the money distribution is failed, the money distribution parameters of the user are too harsh, and if the withdrawal amount is not modified or the required number of the money to be dispensed of each denomination is not modified, even if resources of other self-service terminals are used, the money distribution failsThe dispensing of the banknotes is successful, so that the dispensing of the banknotes is not continued until the dispensing parameters are not modified by the user.
For example, if the available denominations of the self-service terminal are only 20 yuan and 50 yuan and the dispensing amount is required to be 30 yuan, the dispensing fails and the user may be required to modify the dispensing amount.
For example, the available denominations of the self-service terminal are only 20 yuan and 50 yuan, the dispensing amount of 100 yuan is required to be dispensed, and the denomination of 20 yuan is not less than 3 banknotes, and the denomination of 50 yuan is not less than 1 banknote, the dispensing fails, the user is required to modify the dispensing amount, or the minimum sheet number requirement of each denomination is modified.
Further, if there is no set of solutions for the above equation, all integers i with 0 ≦ i ≦ n have Bi≤Xi≤CiThe dispensing of the banknote fails. In addition, there is also a case that the dispensing fails when the self-service terminal logged in by the user has one or more banknotes with specific available denomination that do not meet the dispensing requirement, and in such a case, only other self-service terminals need to have enough resources, and the insufficient banknotes of the self-service terminal can be filled.
For example, the money distribution amount is 370, the required number of banknotes with the denomination of 20 yuan is not less than 8, the required number of available banknotes with the denomination of 50 yuan is not less than 4, the number of available banknotes with the denomination of 20, logged in by the user, of the self-service terminal is 12, and the number of available banknotes with the denomination of 50 is 10.
Solving for 20X1+50X2=370,20X1+50X2Solving for M to obtain X 1 = - 0.2 M + 5 t X 2 = 0.1 M - 2 t , The calculation process is as follows:
2X1+5X2the general solution for 37 is: X 1 = - 2 m + 5 t X 2 = m - 2 t , wherein t epsilon Z is a free factor;
according to B1≤X1≤C1,B2≤X2≤C2Obtaining B1≤-2m+5t≤C1,B2≤m-2t≤C2
If m is 37, B1=8,B2=4,C1=12,C2=10,
Substitution into B1≤-2m+5t≤C1T is more than or equal to 8 and less than or equal to-74 and less than or equal to 5t and less than or equal to 12, namely t is more than or equal to 16.4 and less than or equal to 17.2, and the integer t is 17;
substitution into B2≤m-2t≤C2T is equal to or less than 37-2t and equal to or less than 10, namely t is equal to or less than 13.5 and equal to or less than 16.5, and the integer t is 14, t is 15 or t is 16;
the two inequalities cannot be satisfied simultaneously, and the money distribution fails.
For another example, for a large-amount change business, a user provides 100 yuan, and requests 30 banknotes with a denomination of 2 yuan and 40 banknotes with a denomination of 1 yuan to be dispensed, the number of available banknotes with a current denomination of 2 yuan of a self-service terminal a logged in by the user is 25 banknotes and the number of available banknotes with a denomination of 1 yuan is 100 banknotes, so that the number of available banknotes with a denomination of 2 yuan of the self-service terminal a cannot meet the demand for dispensing, and the difference between the two is 5 banknotes with a denomination of 2 yuan, so that self-service equipment with at least 5 banknotes with a denomination of 2 yuan needs to be queried, and assuming that the number of available banknotes with a denomination of 2 yuan of a self-service terminal B is 20 banknotes and the number of available banknotes with a denomination of 1 yuan of a self-service terminal B is 50, the available banknote resources of the self-service terminal B can be obtained for. Under the condition, the large-amount zero-changing service cannot be completed independently only by the self-service terminal A or the self-service terminal B, but the cooperation between the two self-service terminal devices can be realized through the technical scheme of the invention. In addition, there is also a case that the service network where the self-service terminal a is located is also provided with a self-service terminal C, the self-service terminal C has 50 available banknotes with the denomination of 2 yuan, 50 available banknotes with the denomination of 1 yuan, and the self-service terminal C can independently complete the large-amount zero-change service, so that the user can be independently completed with the available banknote resources of the self-service terminal C.

According to the technical scheme provided by the third embodiment of the invention, the sharing of available banknote resources among a plurality of self-service terminals is realized, and the banknote distribution can be completed for a user by combining with other associated self-service terminals when the self-service terminal logged in by the user cannot complete the banknote distribution.
Specifically, in the embodiment, in the case that the resource integration module 12 integrates available banknote resources of at least one associated self-service terminal, specifically, if the available banknote resources of one associated self-service terminal meet the banknote distribution requirement, the available banknote resources of one associated self-service terminal are integrated; or if the available banknote resources of the at least two associated self-service terminals meet the banknote distribution requirement, integrating the available banknote resources of the at least two associated self-service terminals.
