背景技术
目前,地球的水资源越来越短缺,城镇缺水的事实也日益严重,家庭水循环系统已成为城镇居民解决城镇缺水的迫切需要。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种基于保温水箱的水循环再用系统,有效缓解水资源紧张的局面,同时可以充分回收水中携带的热量,结构简单,实用性强。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
基于保温水箱的水循环再用空调系统,包括设置在淋浴头下方的水箱,淋浴头喷出的水通过水箱上表面汇入水箱内部,所述水箱连通储存池,所述储存池分别与循环水配用箱和洗涤水池连接。将淋浴时用过的水回收至循环水配用箱和洗涤水池,供二次使用。
进一步的,所述水箱为保温水箱,所述保温水箱内壁由外层至内层分别为真空玻璃外层、相变材料层和真空玻璃内层。有效的杜绝了热量散发。
进一步的,所述保温水箱内设置冷热换热器,所述冷热换热器的进口端与外界水管供水端连接,所述冷热换热器的出口端与水热地暖供水端连接。将保温水箱内的热量尽可能多的回收,供于水热地暖空调使用。
进一步的,所述冷热换热器为蛇形管路封密结构,且蛇形管路弯曲处的口径小于蛇形管路直形处的口径,在蛇形管路的垂直方向和纵向分布若干相通透的小管。所述冷热换热器外壁上设置相变材料层,所述相变材料层内部的相变材料包括:硫酸钾、重铬酸钾和蒸馏水,配比:硫酸钾百分之1.2、重铬酸钾百分之2.5、二次蒸馏水百分之96.3。

进一步的,所述过滤网层通过布置在保温水箱侧壁上的滑轴滑动式设置在滤水层和蒸发器之间。可滑动抽拉的过滤网层,可以实现方便定期清理过滤网层的毛发。
进一步的,所述滤水层、过滤网层和蒸发器均可拆卸。在不需要过滤毛发或者蒸发加热供暖时,可以直接拆除,同时拆除后的保温水箱可提供浴缸式洗浴。

3、滤水层的设计使滤水层上的水可以迅速的寻找最接近的镂空处往下排水,防止滤水层上表面过多积水;过滤网层的设计有效阻挡了淋浴时的毛发进入到保温水箱的盛水容腔,防止了毛发堵塞盛水容腔的出水口,可滑动抽拉的过滤网层,可以实现方便定期清理过滤网层的毛发。

下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如附图1所示,基于保温水箱的水循环再用空调系统,包括设置在淋浴头下方的水箱,淋浴头喷出的水通过水箱上表面汇入水箱内部,所述水箱连通储存池2,所述储存池2分别与循环水配用箱3和洗涤水池4连接。将淋浴时用过的水回收至循环水配用箱3和洗涤水池4,供二次使用。
所述水箱为保温水箱1,所述保温水箱1内壁由外层至内层分别为真空玻璃外层、相变材料层和真空玻璃内层。有效的杜绝了热量散发。
进一步设计,所述保温水箱1内设置冷热换热器5,所述冷热换热器5的进口端与外界水管供水端连接,所述冷热换热器5的出口端与水热地暖供水端连接。将保温水箱1内的热量尽可能多的回收,供于水热地暖空调使用。经过冷热换热器5换热后的热水可以直接进入到水热地暖空调供热或者再次经过太阳能再次加热后,再提供给水热地暖空调供热。
所述冷热换热器5为蛇形管路封密结构,且蛇形管路弯曲处的口径小于蛇形管路直形处的口径,在蛇形管路的垂直方向和纵向分布若干相通透的小管,小管与冷热换热器5密封设置,冷热换热器5浸没设置保温水箱1时,保温水箱1中热水进入小管内,使得热水与冷热换热器的接触面积变大。同时蛇形弯曲管路及其弯曲处口径变小的设计,又使得进入冷热换热器5内水气流速度得到了缓冲,从而提高冷热换热器5的热交换效果。所述冷热换热器5外壁上设置相变材料层20,当保温水箱1内热水温度较高时,相变材料层20吸收保温水箱1的热水热量与冷热换热器5内部的水进行换热,当保温水箱1内水温低于冷热换热器5内部水温时,相变材料层20可以有效杜绝冷热换热器5内部的水温的降低。所述相变材料层20内部的包括:硫酸钾、重铬酸钾和蒸馏水。配比:硫酸钾百分之1.2、重铬酸钾百分之2.5、二次蒸馏水百分之96.3,配置成的相变材料在42摄氏度汽化。
上述中,冷热换热器5内部通入的是需要热交换的水,本发明在此基础之上,也可以直接将需要加热的空气通入冷热换热器5内部。
上述基础之上,所述保温水箱1底部设置压强传感器9、温度传感器10,所述保温水箱1与储存池2之间通过泵11连接,所述压强传感器9和温度传感器10的信号输出端分别与泵11的信号输入端连接。当压强传感器9检测到保温水箱1内的水满时,压强传感器9控制泵11,将保温水箱1内的水排入储存池2,或者当温度传感器10检测到保温水箱1内的水低于可回收热量的水温时,温度传感器10控制泵11,将保温水箱1内的水排入储存池2。
具体设计,保温水箱1包括由上至下设置的滤水层6、过滤网层7、蒸发器8和保温水箱1的盛水容腔;所述滤水层6为微弧形镂空表面,所述滤水层6由中心至边缘相对于水平面逐渐增高,保证滤水层6上的水可以迅速的寻找最接近的镂空处往下排水,防止滤水层6上表面过多积水;在滤水层6下方设置过滤网层7,所述过滤网层7包括至少两层以上网眼相互交错设置的网格层,通过至少两层以上上网眼相互交错设置的网格层,有效阻挡了淋浴时的毛发进入到保温水箱1的盛水容腔,防止了毛发堵塞盛水容腔的出水口;在过滤网层7下方设置蒸发器8,且所述蒸发器8上表面与过滤网层7下表面相互间隔,所述蒸发器8为浅型积水容器,过滤网层7下来的水进入蒸发器8,蒸发器8将多余的水溢入保温水箱1的盛水容腔,所述蒸发器8加热,其内水蒸发供洗浴者底部供暖;所述的蒸发器8为浅型积水容器且与过滤层之间保持间隔,这样的设计,使得蒸发器8中盛有少量仅供蒸发使用的水,多余的水直接溢入到保温水箱1的盛水容腔中,使得蒸发器8加热至其内水蒸发供热所需的电能大大减小。
过滤网层7通过布置在保温水箱1侧壁上的滑轴滑动式设置在滤水层6和蒸发器8之间。可滑动抽拉的过滤网层7,可以实现方便定期清理过滤网层7的毛发。
所述滤水层6、过滤网层7和蒸发器8均可拆卸。在不需要过滤毛发或者蒸发加热供暖时,可以直接拆除,同时拆除后的保温水箱1可提供浴缸式洗浴。
往所述储存池2中的水中投入PAC混凝剂35-45mg/L,30-60S后投入PAM助凝剂1mg/L,搅拌。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.基于保温水箱的水循环再用空调系统,其特征在于:包括设置在淋浴头下方的水箱,淋浴头喷出的水通过水箱上表面汇入水箱内部,所述水箱连通储存池(2),所述储存池(2)分别与循环水配用箱(3)和洗涤水池(4)连接;
所述水箱为保温水箱(1),所述保温水箱(1)内壁由外层至内层分别为真空玻璃外层、相变材料层和真空玻璃内层;
所述保温水箱(1)包括由上至下设置的滤水层(6)、过滤网层(7)、蒸发器(8)和保温水箱(1)的盛水容腔;
所述滤水层(6)为微弧形镂空表面,所述滤水层(6)由中心至边缘相对于水平面逐渐增高;
在滤水层(6)下方设置过滤网层(7),所述过滤网层(7)包括至少两层以上网眼相互交错设置的网格层;
在过滤网层(7)下方设置蒸发器(8),且所述蒸发器(8)上表面与过滤网层下表面相互间隔,所述蒸发器(8)为浅型积水容器,过滤网层(7)下来的水进入蒸发器(8),蒸发器(8)将多余的水溢入保温水箱(1)的盛水容腔,所述蒸发器(8)加热,其内水蒸发供洗浴者底部供暖;
所述保温水箱(1)内设置冷热换热器(5),所述冷热换热器(5)的进口端与外界水管供水端连接,所述冷热换热器(5)的出口端与水热地暖供水端连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述基于保温水箱的水循环再用空调系统,其特征在于:所述冷热换热器(5)为蛇形管路封密结构,且蛇形管路弯曲处的口径小于蛇形管路直形处的口径,在蛇形管路的垂直方向和纵向分布若干相通透的小管。
3.根据权利要求2所述基于保温水箱的水循环再用空调系统,其特征在于:所述冷热换热器(5)外壁上设置相变材料层(20),所述相变材料层(20)内部的相变材料包括:硫酸钾、重铬酸钾和蒸馏水,配比:硫酸钾百分之1.2、重铬酸钾百分之2.5、蒸馏水百分之96.3。
4.根据权利要求1所述基于保温水箱的水循环再用空调系统,其特征在于:所述保温水箱(1)底部设置压强传感器(9)、温度传感器(10),所述保温水箱(1)与储存池(2)之间通过泵(11)连接,所述压强传感器(9)和温度传感器(10)的信号输出端分别与泵(11)的信号输入端连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述基于保温水箱的水循环再用空调系统,其特征在于:所述过滤网层(7)通过布置在保温水箱(1)侧壁上的滑轴滑动式设置在滤水层(6)和蒸发器(8)之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述基于保温水箱的水循环再用空调系统,其特征在于:所述滤水层(6)、过滤网层(7)和蒸发器(8)均可拆卸。
7.根据权利要求1所述基于保温水箱的水循环再用空调系统,其特征在于:往所述储存池(2)中的水中投入PAC混凝剂35-45mg/L,30-60S后投入PAM助凝剂1mg/L,搅拌。
