Abstract

本发明提出了一种用于灯具的可拆卸支脚，包括可拆卸的支脚杆以及与该支脚杆相配套的位于灯罩圈上的支脚头，所述支脚杆与支脚头通过螺纹旋转连接固定在一起，将整个灯具支起；本发明构思巧妙、结构简单，便于生产安装，是一种应用广泛的灯具支脚。

技术领域
本发明涉及灯具照明领域，尤其是一种用于支起灯具的支脚。
背景技术
目前，常见的灯具中的支脚和灯具是一体的，由于支脚通常是伸出突起的，这样就造成生产及包装的不便；针对现有固定一体式的灯具支脚所存在的缺点，有必要做出改进。
发明内容
为解决上述缺陷，本发明提出一种结构简单、合理、便于生产装配的用于灯具的可拆卸支脚。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种用于灯具的可拆卸支脚，包括支脚杆以及位于灯罩圈上的支脚头；所述支脚杆与支脚头通过螺纹旋转连接固定在一起。
在本发明中，所述支脚杆包括杆身以及位于支脚杆一端的螺纹，螺纹是内牙纹或者是外牙纹；支脚杆的材料为金属或非金属等硬质材料。
在本发明中，所述支脚头位于灯罩圈上，并与灯罩圈连接固定，所述支脚头的一端设有螺纹，该螺纹是内牙纹或者是外牙纹，并与所述支脚杆上的螺纹尺寸配套互为公母；支脚头的材料为金属或非金属等硬质材料。
本发明的有益效果是：由于采用了可拆卸的灯具支脚，灯具与灯具支脚相互独立，可以先分别单独生产灯具及灯具支脚，再组合连接在一起，这样的方式大大方便了灯罩的生产，减小了包装体积，降低了产品成本。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2、图3，一种用于灯具的可拆卸支脚，包括支脚杆（1）以及位于灯罩圈（6）上的支脚头（2）；所述支脚杆与支脚头通过螺纹旋转连接固定在一起。
由于本发明采用了可拆卸的灯具支脚，支脚头（2）通过焊接的方式固定于灯罩圈（3）的外侧，向外的一端设有内牙螺纹（5），支脚杆（1）的一端设有外牙螺纹（4），通过旋转螺纹，支脚杆（1）与支脚头（2）连接固定在一起，并成为整个灯具的一部分，安装完成后，灯具即可通过支脚放置于地面或桌面。
其中，支脚杆（1）的螺纹（4）是内牙纹或者外牙纹，支脚头（2）的螺纹（5）是外牙纹或者内牙纹，两者的螺纹彼此配合且互为公母。
本发明构思巧妙、结构简单，便于生产安装，是一种应用广泛的灯具支脚。

1.一种用于灯具的可拆卸支脚，其特征在于：包括支脚杆（1）以及位于灯罩圈（6）上的支脚头（2）；所述支脚杆（1）与支脚头（2）通过螺纹旋转连接固定在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于灯具的可拆卸支脚，其特征在于所述支脚杆（1）包括杆身（3）以及位于支脚杆（1）一端的螺纹（4），螺纹（4）是内牙纹或者是外牙纹；支脚杆（1）的材料为金属或非金属等硬质材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于灯具的可拆卸支脚，其特征在于所述支脚头（2）位于灯罩圈（6）上，并与灯罩圈（6）连接固定，所述支脚头（2）的一端设有螺纹（5），该螺纹（5）是内牙纹或者是外牙纹，并与所述支脚杆（1）上的螺纹（4）尺寸配套互为公母；支脚头（2）的材料为金属或非金属等硬质材料。
