本发明涉及生物肥料领域,尤其是一种尖椒生物酶有机复混肥的配方。
背景技术
生物酶是一种重要的酶产品,主要由外切β-葡聚糖酶、内切β-葡聚糖酶和β-葡萄糖苷酶等组成,还有很高活力的木聚糖酶。由于纤维素酶在饲料、酒精、纺织和食品等领域具有巨大的市场潜力,已被国内外业内人士看好,甚至在中国完全有可能成为第一大酶种,因此纤维素酶是酶制剂工业中的一个新的增长点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种发酵彻底,消灭所有的有机肥中病原菌,形成新型肥料中的菌丝体和蛋白质。一种尖椒生物酶有机复混肥,该肥料配方的重量份为:纤维素酶15~20份、淀粉酶35~45份、葡聚糖酶8~12份、枯草芽孢杆菌8~12份、木聚糖酶8~12份、凝乳酶8~12份、蛋白酶2~4份、吡啶甲酸8~15份、邻苯二胺8~15份、苯丙酮5~10份。与化肥相比,本发明可实行大农业的良性循环。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1:各种组分按照以下比例混合:纤维素酶15份、淀粉酶35份、葡聚糖酶8份、枯草芽孢杆菌8份、木聚糖酶8份、凝乳酶8份、蛋白酶2份、吡啶甲酸8份、邻苯二胺8份、苯丙酮5份。
实施例2:各种组分按照以下比例混合:纤维素酶20份、淀粉酶45份、葡聚糖酶12份、枯草芽孢杆菌12份、木聚糖酶12份、凝乳酶12份、蛋白酶4份、吡啶甲酸15份、邻苯二胺15份、苯丙酮10份。
本发明肥料对尖椒生长发育和提高产量具有较好的促进作用,有利于尖椒生长的增加。本发明在试验尖椒按每亩40公斤施肥,尖椒干叶产量达到126.6kg/亩,采用传统氮磷肥料:料的尖椒干叶产量87.3kg/亩,产量明显提高。本发明实行大农业的良性循环。
