本发明的目的就是针对上述情况提供一种刚柔适度的健康环保床垫。本发明的目的可通过以下方案来实现：一种健康环保床垫，包括装饰外层和垫芯，其特征是所述装饰外层为棉布层，所述垫芯由自上而下的海棉层、乳胶层、PC棉层、塑料网层以及弹簧层组成的复合层。本发明具有结构简单，刚柔适度等特点。
