Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for sending a mail according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the method in the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s101, detecting a prompt identifier aiming at a receiver in the content of the mail to be sent.
In the specific implementation, the mail content to be sent can be detected when the user writes the mail content and confirms to send the mail content; or detecting the mail content to be sent in the process of writing the mail content by the user. The prompt indication may be, but is not limited to, a prompt indication.
S102, after the prompt identification is detected, mail prompt contents corresponding to the prompt identification in the mail contents are obtained according to a preset rule.
In a specific implementation, if a punctuation mark exists behind the prompt identifier, the content between the prompt identifier and the punctuation mark is used as the mail prompt content, for example: "three by three", please follow up with "three by three" in this project may be taken as the mail prompt content; or if the information in the mail content is selected as the prompt information by the user, taking the prompt information as the mail prompt content; or if the prompt information in the mail content includes a preset keyword, using the prompt information as the mail prompt content, for example: contact name, date, etc.; or using the prompt information with the preset word length after the prompt identifier as the mail prompt content, for example: the "zhang san" after the prompt indication may be used to follow the item "9 words" as the mail prompt content, where the length of the preset word number may be 9, but is not limited to 9.
S103, highlighting the mail prompt content, and sending the mail to be sent to the receiver.
In a specific implementation, the mail prompt content may be highlighted by coloring, bolding or underlining, and then the mail to be sent is sent to the recipient according to the recipient added in the recipient address bar.
Optionally, the contact information contained in the mail prompt content may be queried; judging whether the contact exists in a recipient address bar or not according to the contact information contained in the inquired mail prompt content; if so, the contact person does not need to be added to an address bar of a receiver, and if not, the contact person is taken as the receiver. Therefore, the receiver input by the user in the address bar of the receiver can receive the mail, and the contact person contained in the prompting content of the mail can also receive the mail.
Further, if the mail prompt content contains information of a plurality of contacts, the plurality of contacts can be simultaneously used as the recipients, so that a plurality of recipients can receive the mail at the same time.
