本发明提供了一种任意组合的LED灯具，特点是，包括光源腔型材、连接件、盖板、透光罩及电源室，其中，光源腔型材和连接件之间通过卡扣装置活动连接，光源腔型材上端面的内侧设有上卡槽，光源腔型材下端面的外侧设有下卡槽，光源腔型材下端面的内侧处设有光源室，盖板与光源腔型材上端面连接，透光罩与光源腔型材下端面连接，电源室与光源腔型材侧壁连接，本发明可以利用多个光源腔型材配合连接件组合后制成任意功率要求的灯具，其外形美观比例合理，节省模具投入和开发周期，维修更换也非常方便，节省了大量资源。

一种任意组合的LED灯具
技术领域
 本发明涉及一种任意组合的LED灯具，属照明灯具类。
背景技术
随着LED照明的发展，模组化的LED路灯越来越多的应用到道路照明产品中。模组化LED路灯的初衷是产品模块化，不同功率的产品可以随意组合，节省不同功率灯具模具的投入，方便备货。随着不断地应用，其缺点逐渐呈现，通常模组化路灯的开发设计时，只是重点考虑其具有典型应用的几个功率规格，但是，无法横跨总功率系列，目前国标GB/T24907-2010，功率类型从约20瓦-300瓦，对于偏离设计功率规格的模组化路灯，要不造成灯具材料浪费，要不其灯具外形比例严重失调，极其丑陋，目前的解决办法是重新设计其相应的小功率灯型，但这与最初模组化思路相悖，造成新产品开发模具投入增加，产品开发周期延长。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改进已有技术中存在的缺陷，提供一种可以灵活组装，外形美观比例合理，成本低廉的任意组合的LED灯具。
本发明的技术方案是：一种任意组合的LED灯具，特点是，包括光源腔型材、连接件、盖板、透光罩及电源室，其中，光源腔型材和连接件之间通过卡扣装置活动连接，光源腔型材上端面的内侧设有上卡槽，光源腔型材下端面的外侧设有下卡槽，光源腔型材下端面的内侧处设有光源室，盖板与光源腔型材上端面连接，透光罩与光源腔型材下端面连接，电源室与光源腔型材侧壁连接。
为了更好地实现发明目的，所述的光源腔型材可以使用多个呈阶梯状上下组合连接，上下相邻的两个光源腔型材之间通过相对应的上卡槽和下卡槽相互连接。
为了更好地实现发明目的，所述的光源腔型材及连接件都可以为中空结构，其中部设有加固空腔。
本发明彻底改变了现有LED灯具的设计理念，采用型材组合的方式来解决不同功率要求的设计问题。每一个光源腔型材都带有独立的光源室，多个光源腔型材配合连接件组合后可以制成任意功率要求的灯具。而且光源腔型材可以制成不同形状长度规格，多个不同形状长度规格的光源腔型材可以呈阶梯状上下组合，这样，组合起来的灯具外形不但美观协调，而且其功率大小也可以随着光源腔型材的数量任意调配，不但能够满足各种设计要求，而且省去了模具开发的大量资金投入。与已有技术相比具有如下优点：
1、本发明对于不同功率的需要，可以灵活组装，无需二次开发，而且其灯具外形比例不会失调，节省模具投入和开发周期。
2、本发明的光源腔型材的外形没有局限，可以是直线形的、弧线形的，可以是矩形条状的、圆形条状的，所以组合的灯具可以呈矩形、椭圆形、圆形等，呈阶梯状上下组合的灯具外观似金字塔形状，外观多变万化，可制作庭院灯、景观灯、工矿灯等使用，只需备用多种规格的光源腔型材即可，其模具投入极其微小。
3、本发明中的每一个光源腔型材都带有独立的光源室，各自独立与电源室连接，所以任一组光源损坏都不影响其他光源腔型材的光源室工作，维修更换非常方便，节省了大量资源。
4、本发明的型材之间采用卡扣卡槽式连接，减少了固定螺钉式连接，从力学原理上讲提高了连接强度，工作效率也有极大的提高。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2。图1中所示的光源腔型材1为直线形的矩形条状，光源腔型材1上端面的内侧设有上卡槽3，光源腔型材1下端面的外侧设有下卡槽4，光源腔型材1下端面的内侧处为光源室5。图2所示为连接件2的一种结构，连接件2的两端分别设有卡扣10，对应于卡扣10，在光源腔型材1的两端部相应地设有相应形状的插口11，光源腔型材1和连接件2可以通过卡扣10和插口11连接。此结构中，光源腔型材1和连接件2都设计为中空结构，中部都设计有加固空腔9，中空结构不但可以起加固作用，而且预留出的加固空腔9还可以作为电线通道，使灯具更加美观实用。
参见图3至图6所示，图中展示了本发明的一种组合灯具结构，由多个不同规格的光源腔型材1和多个连接件2组合制成，多个光源腔型材1呈阶梯状上下组合连接，上下相邻的两个光源腔型材1之间通过相对应的上卡槽3和下卡槽4相互连接，（注：上下相邻的连接件2之间不必连接）。在最上层型材组合的上端面安装盖板6，盖板6可以是简单的直板状，直接与光源腔型材1上端面固定连接（如螺钉连接），也可以做成四周边缘呈向内弯折状结构，与光源腔型材1上端面内侧的上卡槽3进行插接安装。在最下层型材组合的下端面安装透光罩7，透光罩7可以直接与光源腔型材1下端面固定连接（如螺钉连接），也可以与光源腔型材1下端面外侧的下卡槽4进行插接安装。电源室8（与法兰一体）安装在侧面，与光源腔型材1之间采用螺钉连接即可，安装时，可以根据灯具的组合形状在光源腔型材1侧壁开槽孔，将各个光源腔型材1中光源室5的导线引至电源室8内连接。光源腔型材1侧壁的槽孔不必提前设计，因为不同功率灯具有不同的型材组合设计要求，所以在安装时再开制槽孔引线即可。
本发明中，整个灯具的LED光源腔（即光源室）根据型材组合而成，型材组合数量随灯具功率大小任意调整，每个光源室5内的LED透光带采用集成或独立均可，根据需求可以使用单颗1-5WLED独立或集成封装的COB光源板，可分立配光或集成配光。
为增加美观，本发明的灯具顶部和前端还可搭配不同的装饰造型。

Claims (4)

1.一种任意组合的LED灯具，其特征是，包括光源腔型材（1）、连接件（2）、盖板（6）、透光罩（7）及电源室（8），其中，光源腔型材（1）和连接件（2）之间通过卡扣装置活动连接，光源腔型材（1）上端面的内侧设有上卡槽（3），光源腔型材（1）下端面的外侧设有下卡槽（4），光源腔型材（1）下端面的内侧处设有光源室（5），盖板（6）与光源腔型材（1）上端面连接，透光罩（7）与光源腔型材（1）下端面连接，电源室（8）与光源腔型材（1）侧壁连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种任意组合的LED灯具，其特征是，光源腔型材（1）呈阶梯状上下组合连接，上下相邻的两个光源腔型材（1）之间通过相对应的上卡槽（3）和下卡槽（4）相互连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种任意组合的LED灯具，其特征是，所述光源腔型材（1）为中空结构，其中部设有加固空腔（9）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种任意组合的LED灯具，其特征是，所述连接件（2）为中空结构，其中部设有加固空腔（9）。
