背景技术
塑料在我们中国起到了不可或缺的作用,中国是一个农业大国,农用塑料制品已是现代农业发展不可缺少资料,是抗御自然灾害,实现农作物稳产、高产、优质、高效的一项不可替代的技术措施,已经广泛地应用于中国农、林、牧、渔各业,但随着塑料的普遍利用,也伴随着越来越多的问题,塑料虽然可以帮助农作物抵御寒冷,但是塑料本身也随着寒冷有所变化,研究表明塑料在低温下力学性能变化明显,随着温度下降强度上升,塑性、韧性也随之下降,对塑料的不稳定性有很大的影响,所以市场上需要对塑料的耐低温性进一步研究。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种稳定性高的耐低温塑料,进一步提高了力学性能和稳定性,在低温下不会发硬、变脆,可以保持正常状态。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种稳定性高的耐低温塑料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
三乙烯二胺2-4份,甲苯二异氰酸酯份3-6份,聚乙烯酯2-5份,环氧树脂4-9份,炭黑18-25份,酚醛树脂2-6份,乙烯共聚物弹性体4-7份,闭孔膨胀珍珠岩2-8份,PE10-15份,尼龙4-9份,钛白粉1-3份,三正丁基胺14-17份,铝粉3-7份,石墨4-8份。
