本发明公开了一种火罐清洗装置、火罐干燥存放装置及由上述装置和高温消毒机构成的火罐清洗、消毒、干燥保存处理系统。清洗装置包括由电机带动的旋转清洗刷,干燥保存装置包括电吹风、存放火罐的隔板,整个系统能完成火罐的清洗、消毒、干燥保存整个过程。各装置和系统可一次性或分批次处理火罐,提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度,同时较好地防护了工作人员手部皮肤。火罐干燥存放装置能够防止外界灰尘和细菌污染,也能够防止火罐相互碰撞而破损。

背景技术
[0002] 利用火罐作为工具治疗疾病,中医称为拔火罐。火罐疗法历史悠久,临床应用广 泛。拔火罐是通过在火罐中引燃易燃物,利用燃烧产生的热力将罐内的空气排出,形成负 压,然后将火罐吸附于人体特定部位,造成瘀血现象的一种治病方法。这种疗法可以逐寒祛 湿、疏通经络、祛除淤滞、行气活血、消肿止痛、拔毒泻热,具有调整人体的阴阳平衡、解除疲 劳、增强体质的功能,从而达到扶正祜邪、治愈疾病的目的。火罐的种类有玻璃罐、陶瓷罐、 竹罐等,其中玻璃罐临床应用最为广泛,民间老百姓多用竹罐。
[0003]拔火罐的过程中,人体在火罐的温热作用下毛孔张开,汗溃、毛发等会附着于火罐 上。火罐使用后必须进行全面清洗和消毒,否则可能导致艾滋病、乙肝等血液疾病和皮肤病 通过火罐传播。火罐在静置保存待用状态时,也应该保持清洁卫生,防止粘染外界灰尘和细 菌。因此,为避免交叉感染,火罐的清洗、消毒、保存非常重要。目前,医院大都采用人工对火 罐进行清洗、消毒,医务人员工作量太大,劳动强度高,手若长时间浸泡在水或消毒液中,手 部皮肤就会有损伤。

[0007] 为了达到上述目的本发明的技术解决方案是一种火罐干燥存放装置,包括顶盖、 底盖、桶身、隔板、电吹风、第一电源插头。所述桶身为四周闭合的空腔,其顶部设置有可拆 卸的顶盖,其底部设有可拆卸的底盖,所述底盖上安装有电吹风和第一电源插头。所述桶身 的空腔中设置有带孔的隔板。隔板的每个孔里可以放置一个倒置的火罐。当火罐进行清洗 消毒处理后,一个个倒置插入所述隔板的孔中,并在桶身上装好底盖,插好电源插头,电吹 风可以将火罐中剩余的水汽蒸发,待火罐完全千燥,再盖上顶盖。这样干燥的火罐就置于一 个完全与外界隔绝的环境中,从而避免外界的灰尘和细菌附着到火罐上。

[0011] 为了达到上述另一个目的,本发明的技术解决方案是一种火罐清洗装置,包括清 洗桶、清洗刷、第一电机、传动机构、第二电源插头、拆卸掉顶盖和底盖的前述火罐干燥存放 装置、第一出水龙头。所述清洗桶为四周和底部封闭空腔,在其底部设计有数量、位置与上 述火罐干燥存放装置隔板的孔相对应的清洗刷,在底部清洗刷下面安装有第一电机和传动 机构带动清洗刷作旋转运动,该第一电机上连接有第二电源插头。在清洗桶靠近底面部位 安装有第一出水龙头。将前述火罐干燥存放装置顶盖和底盖卸掉后,置于清洗桶内,将所述 清洗刷套入所述隔板孔中倒置的火罐中。在清洗桶内放满清水,通过第二电源插头接通电 源,第一电机带清洗刷振动和旋转,可以将使用过的火罐表面污渍和脏物清洗干净。火罐清 洗一段时间后,拔除电源,将污水通过第一出水龙头排出。如果发现火罐仍然没有清洗干 净,可重复上述操作,一般清洗2—3次,火罐基本清洗干净。必要时可以在清洗桶内加入肥 皂液或其他洗涤液强力除污。

[0028] 如图1所示,一种火罐干燥存放装置,用透明材料如玻璃或塑料制成空心圆柱桶4, 在圆柱桶4的底部和顶部分别设计有可拆卸的底盖2和顶盖8,该圆柱桶4内设一布有孔的隔 板5,火罐6可以倒置于该孔中,在底盖2上安装有电吹风3和第一电源插头1。在所述空心圆 柱桶4靠近顶盖8部位对称设计有一对提手7。将使用过的火罐6,通过清洗、高温消毒,一个 个倒置于隔板5孔中,第一电源插头1接通电源,电吹风3将火罐6剩余水气彻底烘干,盖上顶 盖8,就可以将火罐6保存起来,免受外界灰尘和细菌侵入。
[0029]如图2所示,一种火罐清洗装置,用透明材料如玻璃或塑料制成一个底部和周围封 闭的空心圆柱形清洗桶10,在清洗桶10空腔的底部安装有向上竖立的清洗刷12,清洗刷的 数量和位置分布按如图1所示的隔板5上的孔相对应,清洗刷12下面安装有传动机构和第一 电机11、第二电源插头9,传动机构可以采用齿轮传动或链条链轮传动。在所述空心圆柱形 清洗桶10底部安装有第一出水龙头15。在所述空心圆柱形清洗桶10上靠近其顶部对称地安 装有一对提手。在所述空心圆柱形清洗桶1〇靠上部位安装一进水管道,可以方便与自来水 连通。如图1所示,拆卸掉顶盖8和底盖2,将无顶无盖的火罐干燥存放装置放置于清洗桶10 内,隔板5上的一个个倒置火罐6对应分别套入一个清洗刷12,并在清洗桶10内装满清水,接 通电源,火罐清洗装置就能对火罐6进行清洗,清洗完毕打开第一出水龙头15,可排除清洗 液。
[0030]清洗完后,将无顶无盖的火罐干燥存放装置取出,置于高温消毒机内,在该消毒机 中加入冷水逐步加温至100 °c,用沸水蒸煮1〇—15分钟。然后将无顶无盖的火罐干燥存放装 置取出安装上底盖,接通电源,用电吹风烘干火罐,最后安装好顶盖保存。

[0032]火罐干燥存放装置、火罐清洗装置的设计方案和操作方式参照实施例1。在火罐清 洗装置中清洗完后,将无顶无盖的火罐干燥存放装置取出,置于盛有消毒溶液的容器中浸 泡。然后将无顶无盖的火罐干燥存放装置连同火罐放置于火罐冲洗装置(具体设计方案见 下文)中冲洗。
[0033] 如图3所示,一种火罐冲洗装置,用透明材料玻璃或塑料制成一个底部和周围封闭 的冲洗桶14,冲洗桶14底部安装有洗衣机式的波轮、第二电机、第三电源插头13、第二出水 龙头16,无顶无盖的火罐干燥存放装置置于冲洗桶14内,在冲洗桶14顶部设计有一对提手。 在冲洗桶I4靠上部位安装一进水管道,可以方便与自来水连通。接通电源,利用波轮旋转形 成旋转的水流,将火罐内残存的消毒溶液冲洗干净。打开第二出水龙头16将冲洗液排干,将 无顶无盖的火罐干燥存放装置取出,安装上底盖2,接通电源,利用电吹风3将火罐6烘干,合 上顶盖8,将火罐6保存起来。
Claims (2)
1.一种火罐清洗装置,其特征是,包括清洗桶(10)、清洗刷(12)、第一电机(11)、传动机 构、第二电源插头(9)、拆卸掉顶盖(8)和底盖(2)的火罐干燥存放装置、第一出水龙头(15); 所述火罐干燥存放装置,包括顶盖(8)、底盖(2)、桶身(4)、隔板(5)、电吹风(3)、第一电 源插头(1); 所述桶身(4)为四周闭合的空腔,其顶部设置有可拆卸的顶盖(8),其底部设有可拆卸 的底盖(2),所述底盖(2)上安装有电吹风(3)和第一电源插头(1); 所述桶身(4)的空腔中设置有带孔的隔板(5); 所述清洗桶(10)为四周和底部封闭空腔,在其底部设计有数量、位置与火罐干燥存放 装置隔板(5)的孔相对应的清洗刷(I2),在底部清洗刷(12)下面安装有第一电机(11)和传 动机构,所述第一电机(11)上连接有第二电源插头(9); 在所述清洗桶(1〇)靠近底面部位安装有第一出水龙头(15);在所述清洗桶(10)上靠近 其顶部对称地安装有一对提手;所述火罐干燥存放装置桶身(4)和清洗桶(10)桶身采用透 明的塑料或玻璃材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的火罐清洗装置,其特征在于:在清洗桶(10)靠上部位安装一个 进水管道。
