Abstract

本发明公开了磁共振检查用呼吸调节装置,包括绑缚带主体,绑缚带主体设有捆绑装置,绑缚带主体的背面下方固定有弹性球囊,弹性球囊通过连接管与出液腔连通,出液腔通过通道与压力腔连通,压力腔设有活塞,活塞与连接杆的下端铰接,连接杆的上端与踏板的一端铰接,踏板的另一端与支架铰接,踏板与支架之间设有复位弹簧,弹性球囊、出液腔和压力腔装有液体;所述绑缚带主体采用棉布,弹性球囊和连接管采用医用硅橡胶,出液腔和压力腔的外围壳体,以及踏板、活塞、连接杆、复位弹簧及支架采用奥氏体不锈钢;所述液体为铁离子类对比剂。本发明使受检者被动呼吸,并适时调节呼吸频率和幅度保持稳定,消除MR图像呼吸伪影,提高图像清晰度。

磁共振检查用呼吸调节装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种磁共振腹部成像检查用被动式呼吸调节装置,属于磁共振检查辅助用具技术领域
背景技术
磁共振成像(MRI)在腹部扫描时,常因病人的腹式呼吸造成腹壁起伏运动,在MRI图像上高信号的脂肪和水等组织会随腹壁运动产生半月形或条索状运动伪影,图像清晰度受影响。目前,临床上MRI腹部成像检查多采用呼吸门控技术减少呼吸运动伪影,检查过程中要求患者呼吸频率和幅度保持相对稳定,故检查前需要训练患者呼吸节律,但部分患者由于年龄较大或紧张等因素,往往不能很好地配合,导致受检者呼吸节律紊乱,腹壁随着呼吸的起伏运动频率和幅度不一致,影响了呼吸门控技术在腹部MR成像检查中的应用效果,导致MR图像出现较为严重的呼吸伪影,影响病变的检出和诊断。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种磁共振成像效果好的被动式呼吸调节装置。
本发明技术解决方案是:磁共振检查用呼吸调节装置,包括绑缚带主体,绑缚带主体设有捆绑装置,绑缚带主体的背面下方固定有弹性球囊,弹性球囊通过连接管与出液腔连通,出液腔通过通道与压力腔连通,压力腔设有活塞,活塞与连接杆的下端铰接,连接杆的上端与踏板的一端铰接,踏板的另一端与支架铰接,踏板与支架之间设有复位弹簧,弹性球囊、出液腔和压力腔装有液体。
上述绑缚带主体采用棉布,弹性球囊和连接管采用医用硅橡胶,出液腔和压力腔的外围壳体,以及踏板、活塞、连接杆、复位弹簧及支架采用奥氏体不锈钢。
上述液体为铁离子类对比剂。
上述捆绑装置包括尼龙扣绒面和尼龙扣钩面,尼龙扣绒面固定在绑缚带主体一端的正面,尼龙扣钩面固定在绑缚带主体另一端的背面。或者捆绑装置包括一组以上的绑缚系带,每组绑缚系带包括左系带和右系带,左系带一端固定在绑缚带主体的左端,右系带一端固定在绑缚带主体的右端。或者每组绑缚系带包括左系带,左系带一端固定在绑缚带主体的左端,每根左系带对应1个卡扣,卡扣固定在绑缚带主体的正面,卡扣采用塑料。
本发明的技术效果是:本发明利用杠杆原理,通过脚踏加压,迅速将铁离子类对比剂从压力腔、出液腔、连接管进入弹性球囊,弹性球囊膨胀;当放松脚踏后,在弹性球囊的弹性回缩,以及复位弹簧的复位,导致压力腔内形成的真空的共同作用下,弹性球囊内的铁离子类对比剂回到压力腔,弹性球囊体积收缩,这样,弹性球囊体积交替膨胀和收缩,从而节律性压迫脐周腹壁,通过脐周腹壁被动调节受检者腹式呼吸节律,使受检者被动呼吸,并适时调节呼吸频率和幅度保持稳定,消除MR图像呼吸伪影,提高图像清晰度。本发明绑缚带主体采用棉布,弹性球囊和连接管采用医用硅橡胶,本发明出液腔和压力腔的外围壳体,以及踏板、活塞、连接杆、复位弹簧及支架均采用奥氏体不锈钢材质,棉布、医用硅橡胶和奥氏体不锈钢的材质均为非磁性,不会对磁场造成干扰,不会影响成像。铁离子类对比剂可使T2值缩短,从而在T2WI图像使局部呈低信号(黑色),从而避免弹性球囊内液体随腹壁起伏产生伪影。另外,本发明结构简单,成本低,操作简便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例详细说明:
如图1所示,本发明磁共振检查用呼吸调节装置,包括绑缚带主体1,绑缚带主体1设有捆绑装置,绑缚带主体1的背面下方固定有弹性球囊5,本实施例在绑缚带主体1背面中间下方缝制有带有皱褶的密封布袋,弹性球囊5提前置于密封布袋内,弹性球囊5采用弹性的医用硅橡胶,弹性球囊5通过连接管6与出液腔7连通,出液腔7通过通道9与压力腔8连通,压力腔8设有活塞11,活塞11与连接杆12的下端铰接,连接杆12的上端与踏板10的一端铰接,踏板10的另一端与支架2铰接,踏板10与支架2之间设有复位弹簧13。弹性球囊5、出液腔7、活塞11以下的压力腔8装有铁离子类对比剂,本实施例铁离子类对比剂制备方法:取北京北陆药业股份有限公司生产的枸橼酸铁铵泡腾颗粒1袋(6g/袋:含枸橼酸铁铵1200mg)放于200ml水中充分溶解得到的溶液即为铁离子类对比剂。
捆绑装置包括尼龙扣绒面3和尼龙扣钩面2,尼龙扣绒面3固定在绑缚带主体1一端的正面,尼龙扣钩面2固定在绑缚带主体1另一端的背面。这样绑缚带主体有效绑扎长度可调,适用不同体态的受查者。本实施例绑缚带主体采用棉布,棉布不含金属材料,透气性好,而且为非磁性,不会产生静电,不干扰磁场,不影响成像,使用舒适。本实施例弹性球囊和连接管都采用弹性医用硅橡胶,弹性医用硅橡胶不含金属材料,安全卫生,也不会影响成像。本实施例出液腔和压力腔的外围壳体,以及踏板、活塞、连接杆、复位弹簧及支架采用奥氏体不锈钢,奥氏体不锈钢为无磁性金属,不干扰主磁场,不影响成像且坚固耐用。
如图2所示,本发明捆绑装置包括一组以上的绑缚系带,本实施例为2组绑缚系带,每组绑缚系带包括左系带15和右系带16,左系带15一端固定在绑缚带主体1的左端,右系带16一端固定在绑缚带主体1的右端。
如图3所示,本发明捆绑装置包括一组以上的绑缚系带,本实施例为2组绑缚系带,每组绑缚系带包括左系带15,左系带15一端固定在绑缚带主体1的左端,每根左系带15对应1个卡扣17,卡扣17固定在绑缚带主体1的正面,卡扣采用塑料。塑料材料也为非磁性,不会产生静电,不干扰磁场,不影响成像,
本发明捆绑装置如采用图2和图3的结构,绑缚带主体可以采用半包绕式腹部束缚带,用绑缚系带绑扎固定,即绑缚带主体的长度只要能够覆盖住腹部即可,节省绑缚带主体的材料,成本低。
磁共振腹部扫描前,先将绑缚带主体置于在受检者腹部,并将绑缚带主体背面所设弹性球囊贴于肚脐部位,绑缚带主体的两端包绕人体躯干,通过绑缚带主体两端设置的尼龙扣绒面和尼龙扣钩面进行固定,呼吸传感垫与磁共振机器连接的连线通过绑缚带主体上方引出(或通过绑缚带主体两端分别设置的左系带和右系带固定,或通过绑缚带主体两端分别设置的左系带和对应的卡扣固定,呼吸传感垫与磁共振机器连接的连线通过系带之间的间隙引出)。然后将磁共振扫描仪设备自带的呼吸传感垫置于绑缚带主体里侧,且弹性球囊的上方。当行MR呼吸门控技术成像检查受检者呼吸节律紊乱时,通过辅助者有节奏的脚踏加压装置(踏板)推动压力腔内的铁离子类对比剂,对比剂通过通道、出液腔迅速排至弹性球囊(加压弹性球囊)内,从而节律性压迫脐周腹壁,通过脐周腹壁被动调节受检者腹式呼吸节律。
本发明未详细说明的内容均为现有技术,在不脱离本发明设计构思的前提下,本领域技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变形和改进,均应包含在本发明的权利保护范围内。

1.磁共振检查用呼吸调节装置,其特征在于:包括绑缚带主体(1),绑缚带主体(1)设有捆绑装置,绑缚带主体(1)的背面下方固定有弹性球囊(5),弹性球囊(5)通过连接管(6)与出液腔(7)连通,出液腔(7)通过通道(9)与压力腔(8)连通,压力腔(8)设有活塞(11),活塞(11)与连接杆(12)的下端铰接,连接杆(12)的上端与踏板(10)的一端铰接,踏板(10)的另一端与支架(14)铰接,踏板(10)与支架(14)之间设有复位弹簧(13),弹性球囊(5)、出液腔(7)和压力腔(8)装有液体;绑缚带主体(1)采用棉布,弹性球囊(5)和连接管(6)采用医用硅橡胶;出液腔和压力腔的外围壳体,以及踏板、活塞、连接杆、复位弹簧及支架采用奥氏体不锈钢;液体为铁离子类对比剂;捆绑装置包括一组以上的绑缚系带,每组绑缚系带包括左系带(15),左系带(15)一端固定在绑缚带主体(1)的左端,每根左系带(15)对应1个卡扣(17),卡扣(17)固定在绑缚带主体(1)的正面,卡扣采用塑料。
