Abstract

本发明公开了一种激光投射箱,包括安装板,安装板的两端设有扣片,安装板上设有导向板,导向板上设有箱体,箱体的底部设有滑槽,导向板安装在滑槽位置,箱体设有若干激光孔。本发明可以将激光器安装在箱体内,激光器可以通过激光孔发射出激光,从而方便了对周围进行激光处理,且箱体可以通过滑槽沿着导向板滑动,从而方便箱体的安装。

 本发明涉及一种投射箱,特别涉及一种激光投射箱。
背景技术
激光投影机是使用激光光束来透射出画面。其中激光投影机的光学部件主要由红绿蓝三色光阀、合束X棱镜、投影镜头和驱动光阀。在激光投影机中有红、绿、蓝三色激光。激光在机器内经过相应的光学元件和处理芯片的扩束后再透射到X棱镜将三束激光整合。现有的激光投影机不方便从不同的方向进行激光投射。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种可以将激光器安装在箱体内,激光器可以通过激光孔发射出激光,从而方便了对周围进行激光处理,且箱体可以通过滑槽沿着导向板滑动,从而方便箱体的安装的激光投射箱。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种激光投射箱,包括安装板,安装板的两端设有扣片,安装板上设有导向板,导向板上设有箱体,箱体的底部设有滑槽,导向板安装在滑槽位置,箱体设有若干激光孔。
进一步地,所述箱体与导向板通过第一固定螺栓连接。
进一步地,所述安装板与导向板通过第二固定螺栓连接。
采用上述技术方案的激光投射箱,可以将激光器安装在箱体内,激光器可以通过激光孔发射出激光,从而方便了对周围进行激光处理,且箱体可以通过滑槽沿着导向板滑动,从而方便箱体的安装。

如图1与图2所示,一种激光投射箱,包括安装板1,安装板1的两端设有扣片2,安装板1上设有导向板3,导向板3上设有箱体6,箱体6的底部设有滑槽7,导向板3安装在滑槽7位置,箱体6设有若干激光孔8;箱体6与导向板3通过第一固定螺栓4连接,安装板1与导向板3通过第二固定螺栓5连接。
本发明激光投射箱,可以将激光器安装在箱体6内,激光器可以通过激光孔8发射出激光,从而方便了对周围进行激光处理,且箱体6可以通过滑槽7沿着导向板3滑动,从而方便箱体6的安装。
其中,箱体6与导向板3通过第一固定螺栓4连接,所以连接更加牢固。
其中,安装板1与导向板3通过第二固定螺栓5连接,所以连接更加牢固。

1.一种激光投射箱,包括安装板,其特征在于:安装板的两端设有扣片,安装板上设有导向板,导向板上设有箱体,箱体的底部设有滑槽,导向板安装在滑槽位置,箱体设有若干激光孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的激光投射箱,其特征在于:箱体与导向板通过第一固定螺栓连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的激光投射箱,其特征在于:安装板与导向板通过第二固定螺栓连接。
