Abstract

一种差动式排气阀,外形为六角柱型,为差动式活塞结构,通过入口压力的增加,顺序执行排气、充水、止水密封;设计采用气动活塞、弹簧机构进行启/闭控制,在系统动作充水时,将管网中的压缩空气排出,随后止水关闭密封;属于消防、给排水领域;解决了常规排气阀需要配置电动阀,进行布线、电气逻辑联动控制的问题;差动式排气阀不需配电动阀、驱动电源、可以水平、竖直安装;结构紧凑,应用方便;由进气接头、阀芯、弹簧、O型密封圈、密封垫圈、锁紧螺钉、主轴、阀体组成;进气接头旋紧于阀体中,阀芯装于进气接头中,密封垫圈由锁紧螺母紧固于阀芯上,主轴上头拧紧于阀芯中,下头穿于阀体孔内,弹簧套于主轴外圆;在电力、仓储、造纸、博物馆具有广泛的应用前景。

差动式排气阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种在预作用喷淋灭火系统、干式喷淋灭火系统中,通过通过气动活塞、弹簧机构进行启/闭控制,在系统动作充水时,将管网中的压缩空气排出,随后止水关闭密封的差动式排气阀,外形为六角柱型,为差动活塞结构,属于消防、给排水领域。
背景技术
现行预作用喷淋灭火系统、干式喷淋灭火系统的排气阀。由于系统平时充有一定压力的空气,排气阀需配置电动阀来组合控制,实现系统动作时排气一充水的转换。这种配置体积庞大,成本高,且需电源,与火灾报警控制中心联动逻辑控制;由于管网高度达5m-12m,安装、布线、调试、维护难度很大。
目前的排气阀采用浮球,通过水位浮力、自重来控制,只能竖直安装;排气阀浮球采用薄壁不锈钢球体亚弧焊焊接而成,耐压性能差;利用浮力进行平面密封,密封力较小,排气通道狭小,排气效率低;阀体采用灰铁铸造加工,额定工作压力低,体积大,强度低,使用寿命较短。
电动阀常见的应用有两种,一种是DC24V电磁阀,开启时间:2S,但在长距离布线,存在较大电压降;另一种是AC220V电动球阀,其开启关闭时间需要20-30s,响应不够迅捷,水灭火系统采用AC220V电源不安全。平时电动阀常闭,系统动作充水时,联动打开电动阀,通过排气阀排气,以加快系统充水的速度,系统充满水后,排气阀在浮球浮力的作用下自动关闭。这种配置模式已不适于电力、仓储、造纸、博物馆等大型防护区域新兴产业的保驾护航、和谐发展。
发明内容
为了解决预作用喷淋灭火系统、干式喷淋灭火系统排气阀与配置电动阀的问题,实现了单阀无电气控制,增大了排气量,可以水平、竖直灵活应用;本发明提供一种差动式排气阀,研制为差动式活塞结构,通过入口压力的增加,顺序执行排气、充水、止水密封功能;由:进气接头(1)、阀芯(2)、弹簧(3)、O型密封圈(4)、密封垫圈(5)、锁紧螺钉(6)、主轴(7)、阀体(8) 组成。进气接头旋紧于阀体中,阀芯装于进气接头中;密封垫圈由锁紧螺母紧固于阀芯上;主轴上头拧紧于阀芯中,下头穿于阀体孔内;弹簧套于主轴外圆;平时弹簧的预紧力使阀芯处于关闭,管网中的压缩空气处于密闭状态;当管网充水压力上升时,压缩弹簧顶开阀芯排气;达到系统压力时,阀芯向阀体出口侧移动,密封垫圈低住阀体密封座密封。
本发明是这样实现的:由进气接头、阀芯、弹簧、O型密封圈、密封垫圈、锁紧螺钉、主轴、阀体组成。进气接头旋紧于阀体中,阀芯装于进气接头中;密封垫圈由锁紧螺母紧固于阀芯上;主轴上头拧紧于阀芯中,下头穿于阀体孔内;弹簧套于主轴外圆;平时弹簧的预紧力使阀芯处于关闭,管网中的压缩空气处于密闭状态;当管网充水压力上升时,压缩弹簧顶开阀芯排气;达到系统压力时,阀芯向阀体出口侧移动,密封垫圈低住阀体密封座密封,终止排水。
本发明的有益效果是:取消了电动阀就实现了预作用喷淋灭火系统与干式喷淋灭火系统动作时的气-水转换、止水密封的功能,取消了电气布线,与控制中心的联动逻辑控制,极大减少了施工费用与高空管网作业难度,降低日常额维保难度与工作量,填补国内空白;差动式排气阀排气量大,结构紧凑,可以水平、竖直安装使用。

本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
通过在差动式排气阀中计算设计了阀芯、弹簧、阀体关键零件。对系统管网充气压力的密闭性能,按阀芯外径、充气压力最大值的1.5倍设计弹簧预紧力;系统动作充水排气的阀芯开度出气量,核算了阀芯必要行程,阀芯上侧进气通径,阀体出流有效通径,确保排气效率;设计采用预压紧密封垫圈结构,环形凸圆线密封,实现止水密封的可靠性;反复校验、功能与极限性测试,解 决了目前预作用喷淋灭火系统与干式喷淋灭火系统排气阀需配置电动阀的问题。
具体实施方式
进气接头旋紧于阀体中,阀芯装于进气接头中;密封垫圈由锁紧螺母紧固于阀芯上;主轴上头拧紧于阀芯中,下头穿于阀体孔内;弹簧套于主轴外圆;平时弹簧的预紧力使阀芯处于关闭,管网中的压缩空气处于密闭状态;当系统动作管网充水压力上升时,压缩弹簧顶开阀芯排气;达到系统压力时,阀芯向阀体出口侧移动,密封垫圈低住阀体密封座终止排水、保持密封。阀芯上头设计为120°导流锥,外圆与进气接头间隙配合,上半侧加工了4条均布导向轮辐,中心制作了与主轴装配的M6螺孔,下侧设计为装配密封垫圈的凹槽、与锁紧螺钉配合的M14×1螺孔。阀体中心加工有与主轴间隙配合的Φ6孔,周边加工有8个Φ4均匀布置的出流孔,设计有环形凸圆密封座。按阀芯外径、充气压力最大值的1.5倍设计弹簧预紧力;系统动作充水排气的阀芯开度出气量,核算了阀芯必要行程,阀芯上侧进气通径,阀体出流有效通径,确保排气效率;设计采用预压紧密封垫圈结构,环形凸圆线密封,实现止水密封的可靠性。
1)材质:进气接头、弹簧、锁紧螺钉、主轴、阀体采用不锈钢;阀芯采用铜合金;O型密封圈与密封垫圈采用丁睛橡胶。
2)额定工作压力:1.2MPa。
3)工作压力范围:0.02-1.2MPa。
4)密封压力:1.8MPa,不渗漏。 
5)水压强度:2.4MPa,不渗漏、不变形。
6)安装方式:直立、水平安装。
7)进气接口:R1″;排水接口:Rc1″。
8)排气流量:≥120L/min。
差动式排气阀在电力、仓储、造纸、博物馆、物流具有广泛的应用前景。

1.一种差动式排气阀,其特征是差动式活塞结构,外形为六角柱型,通过入口压力的增加,顺序执行排气、充水、止水密封;设计采用气动活塞、弹簧机构进行启/闭控制,在系统动作充水时,将管网中的压缩空气排出,随后止水关闭密封;由进气接头(1)、阀芯(2)、弹簧(3)、O型密封圈(4)、密封垫圈(5)、锁紧螺钉(6)、主轴(7)、阀体(8)组成;进气接头旋紧于阀体中,阀芯装于进气接头中;密封垫圈由锁紧螺母紧固于阀芯上;主轴上头拧紧于阀芯中,下头穿于阀体孔内;弹簧套于主轴外圆;平时弹簧的预紧力使阀芯处于关闭,管网中的压缩空气处于密闭状态;当管网充水压力上升时,压缩弹簧顶开阀芯排气;达到系统压力时,阀芯向阀体出口侧移动,密封垫圈低住阀体密封座止水密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的差动式排气阀,其特征是阀芯,上头为120°导流锥,外圆与进气接头间隙配合,上半侧加工了4条均布导向轮辐,中心制作了与主轴装配的M6螺孔,下侧设计为装配密封垫圈的凹槽、与锁紧螺钉配合的M14×1螺孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的差动式排气阀,其特征是阀体,中心加工有与主轴间隙配合的Φ6孔,周边加工有8个Φ4均匀布置的出流孔,设计有环形凸圆密封座。
