Abstract

本发明公开了一种带有滤网的球阀。右、左阀体内装有球体,阀杆的一端插入球体的槽内,阀杆与右阀体间安装定位块,阀杆的另一端装有扳手,扳手与右阀体端面间装有轴用挡圈,球体与右、左阀体结合处分别装有密封圈;球体外部套有与球体结构形状相同相切于球体的滤网,右阀体下半部开有圆形孔,圆形孔与扳手中线垂直且通过球体球心线,圆形孔与右阀体下半部相贯穿。在球阀全开时,过滤杂质,提高输送气体的纯度。当球阀关闭时,输送气体中的杂质,在重力的作用下,沿着球体通孔从右阀体下半部的圆形孔中排出。本发明用于降低管道输送气体中的杂质,并将其排出,可以多个球阀沿着气体输送管道分段使用,采用不同的滤网密度,达到多层过滤杂质的作用。

带有滤网的球阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种球阀,尤其是涉及一种带有滤网的球阀。
背景技术
球阀系指启闭件阀芯(球体)由阀杆带动,并绕球阀轴线作旋转运动的阀门。主要用于截断或接通管路中的介质,亦可用于流体的调节与控制,其中硬密封V型球阀其V型球芯与堆焊硬质合金的金属阀座之间具有很强的剪切力,特别适用于含纤维、微小固体颗料等的介质。而多通球阀在管道上不仅可灵活控制介质的合流、分流、及流向的切换,同时也可关闭任一通道而使另外两个通道相连。本类球阀在管道中一般应当水平安装。球阀分类:气动球阀,电动球阀,手动球阀。然而,对于管道气体输送而言,由于管道内壁腐蚀,导致管壁材料脱落,这样使得原本纯度较高输送气体带有大量的杂质,无法保障输送气体的纯度,严重时甚至会影响正常的工业使用和家庭使用。
因此,研制出一种经常使用在气体输送管道中,能够起到多次净化输送气体纯度的球阀,降低工业工程用气危险度和家庭用气危险成本的球阀,显得十分重要。
发明内容
为了克服现有气体输送管道中球阀的不足,本发明的目的在提供一种带有滤网的球阀,过滤掉气体输送中夹杂的杂质,提高输送气体的纯度。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明包括扳手,轴用挡圈,定位块,阀杆,两个密封圈,球体,右阀体和左阀体;右阀体和左阀体内装有球体,阀杆的一端插入球体的槽内,阀杆与右阀体间安装定位块,阀杆的另一端装有扳手,扳手与右阀体端面间装有轴用挡圈,球体与右阀体和左阀体结合处分别装有密封圈;球体外部套有与球体结构形状相同的、相切于球体的滤网,右阀体下半部开有圆形孔,圆形孔与扳手中线垂直且通过球体球心线,圆形孔与右阀体下半部相贯穿。
所述滤网由两部分组成,其中,未与球体通孔相切的部分为实体滤网,与球体出口通孔截面相切的部分为开孔滤网构成。
所述圆形孔的开孔方向沿着重力方向。
所述滤网的材料为涤纶纤维。
本发明具有的有益效果是:
通过对球阀应用范围的了解,结合密封原理,以及网状物体的过滤作用,保障管道气体输送中输送气体的纯度,降低工业用气以及家庭用气的危险发生率。本发明充分利用弹性好、耐磨损、耐腐蚀、密封性、耐热性好的涤纶纤维,制成与球阀球体相切,外部结构一样,内部中空的滤网。当球阀开启时,该滤网过滤住输送气体中的杂质,将其挡住;当球阀关闭时,输送气体中的杂质,在重力的作用下,沿着球阀球体通孔,从球阀右阀体下部阀体的圆形孔中排出。
本发明主要用于降低管道输送气体中的杂质,并将其排出,可以多个球阀沿着气体输送管道分段使用,采用不同的滤网密度,达到多层过滤杂质的作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5所示,本发明包括扳手1,轴用挡圈2,定位块3,阀杆4,两个密封圈5、10,球体6,右阀体8和左阀体9;右阀体8和左阀体9内装有球体6,阀杆4的一端插入球体6的槽内,阀杆4与右阀体8间安装定位块3,阀杆4的另一端装有扳手1,扳手1与右阀体8端面间装有轴用挡圈2,球体6与右阀体8和左阀体9结合处分别装有密封圈5、密封圈10。球体6外部套有与球体6结构形状相同的、相切于球体6的滤网,右阀体8下半部开有圆形孔11,圆形孔11与扳手1中线c垂直且通过球体球心线,圆形孔11与右阀体8下半部相贯穿。
如图4所示,所述滤网由两部分组成,其中,未与球体6通孔相切的部分为实体滤网7a,与球体6出口通孔截面d相切的部分为开孔滤网7b构成。两部分以球阀球体6的通孔截面d为分界,但是是一个整体结构,没有分割开来。
所述圆形孔11的开孔方向沿着重力方向。
所述滤网7的材料为弹性好、耐腐蚀、耐磨损、密封性、耐热性好的涤纶纤维。弹性好:其弹性模数为22~141cN/dtex,比锦纶高2~3倍;耐腐蚀:可耐漂白剂、氧化剂、烃类、酮类、石油产品及无机酸,耐稀碱,不怕霉,但热碱可使其分解,还有较强的抗酸碱性,抗紫外线的能力;耐磨损:仅次于耐磨性最好的锦纶,比其他天然纤维和合成纤维都好;耐热性好:涤纶的熔点比较高,而比热空和导热率都较小,因而涤纶纤维的耐热性和绝热性要高些,是合成纤维中最好的。
如图1、图2所示,当转动扳手1,就会通过阀杆4带动球阀的球体6启闭,套在球体6上与球体6相切的滤网会与球体6一起同步运动,实现过滤作用。当球体6关闭时,没有加开孔滤网7b的球体6的通孔就会与圆形孔11重合。
本发明的工作原理和工作过程如下:
本发明旨在通过密封原理,以及网状滤网的过滤作用,保障管道气体输送中输送气体的纯度,提高工业用气以及家庭用气的安全性。当转动球阀的扳手1时,球阀的阀杆4就会带动球阀的球体6和套在其上的滤网运动,球阀的球体6实现球阀的启闭。在球阀全开时,输送气体在管道中输送,由于管壁腐蚀,导致管道壁面材料脱落,滤网用来过滤输送气体中的杂质;当球阀关闭时,球阀的球体6就会与右阀体下部的圆形孔重合,期间,输送气体中过滤到的杂质就会在重力的作用下,从圆形孔11排出,达到过滤杂质,提高气体纯度的作用。

Claims (4)

1. 一种带有滤网的球阀,包括扳手(1),轴用挡圈(2),定位块(3),阀杆(4),两个密封圈(5、10),球体(6),右阀体(8)和左阀体(9);右阀体(8)和左阀体(9)内装有球体(6),阀杆(4)的一端插入球体(6)的槽内,阀杆(4)与右阀体(8)间安装定位块(3),阀杆(4)的另一端装有扳手(1),扳手(1)与右阀体(8)端面间装有轴用挡圈(2),球体(6)与右阀体(8)和左阀体(9)结合处分别装有密封圈(5、10);其特征在于:球体(6)外部套有与球体(6)结构形状相同的、相切于球体(6)的滤网,右阀体(8)下半部开有圆形孔(11),圆形孔(11)与扳手(1)中线垂直且通过球体球心线,圆形孔(11)与右阀体(8)下半部相贯穿。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有滤网的球阀,其特征在于:所述滤网由两部分组成,其中,未与球体(6)通孔相切的部分为实体滤网(7a),与球体(6)出口通孔截面d相切的部分为开孔滤网(7b)构成。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有滤网的球阀,其特征在于:所述圆形孔(11)的开孔方向沿着重力方向。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有滤网的球阀,其特征在于:所述滤网(7)的材料为涤纶纤维。
