One motor containing a rotor and a stator, and
One axial flow fan, it comprises a central hub, and several blade extends out from described central hub, and described central hub is connected to the rotor of described motor by one or more tie point or connection area.
Run duration, especially when low cruise, namely the drive motor of this kind of electronic cooling fan produces sizable vibration, and described axial flow fan is passed in described vibration and the quite uncomfortable noise of ear is made us in generation.
Summary of the invention
An object of the present invention is to provide this kind of electronic cooling fan, to overcome the shortcoming of electronic cooling fan in aforementioned prior art.
This purpose of the present invention realizes by the electronic cooling fan of a class described above together with other objects, it is characterized in that, in each above-mentioned one or more tie point or connection area, the central hub of described axial flow fan is connected to the rotor of described motor by the connecting element of each self-contained elastic suspension.
In a current preferred embodiment, each connecting element comprises an elastic material, especially the cyclic spring vibration damper made of highly resilient material, in its through hole being arranged on described central hub and by a fixed element (as a screw or a bolt) through with by as described in central hub be fixed on as described in motor rotor on.
Accompanying drawing explanation
With reference to the accompanying drawings, further aspect of the present invention and advantage will be become apparent, in accompanying drawing by the description of a nonrestrictive embodiment completely:
Fig. 1 is the front schematic view of the electronic cooling fan of the present invention one,
The partial schematic diagram of the axial flow fan central hub enlarged scale of the described electronic cooling fan of Fig. 2 special exhibition; And
Fig. 3 is the partial sectional view of III-III along the line in Fig. 2.
Embodiment
In accompanying drawing, an electronic cooling fan of the present invention is overall to be represented by 1.
Known described electronic cooling fan 1 comprises supporting structure or the cowl 2 that is in fact tabular, and described supporting structure or cowl 2 have main circular hole 3, axial flow fan (overall by 4 expressions) and be rotatably installed in described main circular hole 3.
Described axial flow fan 4 is connected to the rotor of a motor, and described motor is invisible in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, but part is visible in figure 3, overall by 5 expressions.
Described motor 5 comprises a stator 6, on supporting structure as described in described stator 6 is fixed on by a known mode (as relied on the several spokes represented by 7 in Fig. 1) or cowl 2.
Described motor 5 also comprises a rotor, and described rotor comprises the top represented by 8 in a Fig. 3.
Described axial flow fan 4 comprises a central hub 9, and several blade 10 extends out from described central hub 9, and the outermost end of described several blade 10 is connected to one week side ring 11 (as shown in Figure 1).
The central hub 9 of described axial flow fan 4 is connected to the rotor 8 of described motor 5 by one or more tie point or connection area.
In the embodiment shown in the figures, described central hub 9 is connected to the rotor top 8 of described motor 5 in three tie points or connection area (representing by 12), and described tie point or connection area 12 are located at the identical distance d place (as shown in Figure 3) of axis X-X apart from described axial flow fan.
In the embodiment shown, the central hub 9 of described axial flow fan 4 has one substantially in bowl-shape profile, and an end wall 9a is connected to one and is at least roughly columniform annular sidewall 9b.
The rotor top 8 of described motor 5 stretches into the end wall 9a of inner, the close described central hub 9 of described central hub 9, described top 8 is connected to described central hub 9 by the connecting element 13 comprising respective elastic suspension in aforementioned three tie points or connection area 12, and described connecting element 13 will be described more fully below.
Special in Fig. 3, each connecting element 13 comprises one by elastic material, especially the cyclic spring vibration damper 14 made of highly resilient material (vulcanized rubber).
Described elastic suspension 14 is located in a through hole 9c of described axial flow fan central hub 9 end wall 9a.
Described elastic suspension 14 is a cylindrical toroidal substantially, and axially intermediate portion has a peripheral groove 14a, edge mate and the through hole 9c edge of the through hole 9c of the central hub 9 of described peripheral groove 14a and described axial flow fan 4 snap in peripheral groove 14a, so that described elastic suspension 14 is fixed to wheel hub 9.
Described elastic suspension 14 is passed by a corresponding fixed element 15 to be fixed on the rotor top 8 of described motor 5 by described axial flow fan.
Such as, described fixed element 15 is screw or a bolt with termination 15a.
Cyclic spring vibration damper 14 as described in one tubular member 16 being essentially rigid material (as metallic material) is inserted into and as described between screw or bolt 15.
Expediently, described rigid tubular part 16 has a flange shape structure 16a, and it is inserted between the termination 15a of described screw or bolt 15 and the approach end of described cyclic spring vibration damper 14.
The tapped hole that the thread handle of described screw or bolt 15 is corresponding to one of described rotor top 8 coordinates.
The test that claimant implements has shown that technological scheme of the present invention obviously can reduce noise, can reduce by 10 decibels or more, especially for being about the noise in 100Hz to 1000Hz scope.
Apparently, when not changing principle of the present invention, the description by the application's non-limiting example carries out large change with explanation to the form of application documents and CONSTRUCTED SPECIFICATION, and does not depart from the scope of the claims in the present invention.
