Abstract
The invention provides a tool for lifting the bearing end cover of a permanent magnet directly-driven wind generator. The tool comprises a suspension ring, a plurality of steel wire ropes, and a lifting device; the upper end of the suspension ring is connected to a crane hook, the lower end of the suspension ring is connected to the lifting device through the steel wire ropes, and a bearing end cover is fixed on the lifting device. The provided tool can be used to install a bearing end cover in a small space, the application range of the tool is wide, and moreover, the tool can reduce the work strength, improve the production efficiency, and increase the safety coefficient.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of permanent magnet direct-drive wind driven generators, and particularly relates to a bearing end cover lifting tool for a permanent magnet direct-drive wind driven generator.
Background
The large permanent magnet direct-drive wind driven generator is a product with very high quality requirement, and a bearing as a core component is particularly heavy. In the installation process of the bearing, the inner ring and the outer ring of the bearing must be tightly pressed by the bearing end cover according to the technological requirements, so that the working clearance of the bearing when the generator runs is ensured. Therefore, the quality of the bearing end cover directly influences the effect of the generator after the bearing is installed, and further influences the operation effect on the tower of the generator. However, the existing lifting and mounting mode of the bearing end cover has the following difficulties: 1. the bearing assembly area space is narrow, and the lifting and the installation of the bearing end cover are difficult; 2. the bearing end cover is heavy, and an operator cannot lift the bearing end cover by hands; 3. if the hydraulic jack cannot jack the bearing end cover synchronously, the danger of the sliding of the bearing end cover exists.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a bearing end cover lifting tool for a permanent magnet direct-drive wind driven generator, which overcomes the defects and solves the problems of difficulty in lifting and mounting of the bearing end cover, high labor intensity, high risk and low production efficiency.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a permanent magnet direct-drive wind driven generator bearing end cover lifting tool which comprises a lifting ring, a plurality of steel wire ropes and a lifting device, wherein the upper end of the lifting ring is connected with a crane lifting hook, the lower end of the lifting ring is connected with the lifting device through the steel wire ropes, and a bearing end cover is fixed on the lifting device.
As a preferable scheme of the permanent magnet direct-drive wind turbine bearing end cover lifting tool, the lifting ring is of an annular structure.
As a preferable scheme of the permanent magnet direct-drive wind power generator bearing end cover lifting tool, the diameter of the steel wire rope is smaller than or equal to 8 mm.
As a preferable scheme of the permanent magnet direct-drive wind turbine bearing end cover lifting tool, the lifting device comprises a plurality of lifting sub-devices, one ends of the lifting sub-devices are provided with fixing holes, the other ends of the lifting sub-devices are provided with positioning pins, the positioning pins are matched with the mounting holes in the bearing end cover, when the bearing end cover is placed on the lifting sub-devices, the positioning pins are inserted into the mounting holes in the bearing end cover, and the steel wire ropes are fixed with the fixing holes.
As a preferable scheme of the permanent magnet direct-drive wind power generator bearing end cover lifting tool, the number of the lifting sub-devices is three, and the number of the steel wire ropes is matched with the number of the lifting sub-devices.
As a preferred scheme of the permanent magnet direct-drive wind power generator bearing end cover lifting tool, the three lifting sub-devices are arranged in an equilateral triangle shape.
As a preferable scheme of the permanent magnet direct-drive wind power generator bearing end cover lifting tool, the lifting tool further comprises a bolt, the length of the bolt is larger than the diameter of the fixing hole, and the steel wire rope penetrates through the fixing hole and is fixed with the bolt.

Detailed Description
The invention relates to a bearing end cover lifting tool for a permanent magnet direct-drive wind driven generator, which comprises: comprises a lifting ring 1, a plurality of steel wire ropes 2 and a lifting device 3.

As shown in fig. 1, the permanent magnet direct-drive wind turbine bearing end cover lifting tool comprises a lifting ring 1, a plurality of steel wire ropes 2 and a lifting device 3, wherein the upper end of the lifting ring 1 is connected with a crane lifting hook (not shown), the lower end of the lifting ring 1 is connected with the lifting device 3 through the steel wire ropes 2, the lifting ring 1 is connected with the steel wire ropes 2 in a non-detachable installation mode, and a bearing end cover 4 is fixed on the lifting device 3.
In order to facilitate the connection of the crane hook and the hanging ring 1, the hanging ring 1 is of an annular structure.
The diameter of the steel wire rope is less than or equal to 8 mm.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the lifting device 3 includes a plurality of lifting sub-devices 31, one end of each lifting sub-device 31 is provided with a fixing hole 311, and the other end of each lifting sub-device 31 is provided with a positioning pin 312, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the positioning pin 312 is matched with the mounting hole 41 on the bearing end cover 4, such as: the positioning pin 312 and the mounting hole 41 are in clearance fit, when the bearing end cover 4 is placed on the lifting sub-device 31, the positioning pin 312 is inserted into the mounting hole 41 of the bearing end cover 4, and the steel wire rope 2 is fixed with the fixing hole 311.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the number of the lifting sub-devices 31 is three, and the number of the steel cables 2 matches the number of the lifting sub-devices 31. Preferably, in order to make the lifting device 3 more structurally sound, the three lifting sub-devices 31 are arranged in an equilateral triangle.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, the lifting tool further includes a bolt 5, a length of the bolt 5 is greater than a diameter of the fixing hole 311, and the steel wire rope 2 passes through the fixing hole 311 and is fixed to the bolt 5.
The principle of the invention is as follows: the hoisting ring 1 is connected with a crane hook, and then the connecting ring at the other end of the steel wire rope 2 is connected with the fixing hole 311 of the hoisting sub-device 31 through the bolt 312. The positioning pin 312 of the lifting sub-assembly 31 is matched with the mounting hole 41 of the bearing end cover 4. Finally, the crown block is lifted, and the bearing cap 4 is lifted and mounted on a bearing seat (not shown).
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that one of the features or objects of the present invention is to: the permanent magnet direct-drive wind power generator bearing end cover lifting tool can be suitable for mounting bearing end covers in narrow space, is widely applied, can reduce labor intensity, and improves production efficiency and safety factor.
