本发明涉及塑料制造技术领域,尤其是一种具有吸水功能的塑料袋。
背景技术
目前,我国城市居民大多数是使用一次性垃圾袋或从超市、菜市场购物得到的塑料袋盛装各种垃圾,这种塑料袋由于只有容纳功能,仅仅可以将废弃物装在袋内,而又由于废弃物特别是厨房用废弃物往往都含有大量的汤水,这些汤水与垃圾混装在一起会造成垃圾发酵,对环境造成严重影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有吸水功能的塑料袋,它可以解决垃圾袋垃圾与汤水混装发酵影响环境的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
这种具有吸水功能的塑料袋,所述塑料袋袋体的底部设有吸水层,所述吸水层内设有吸水材料,所述塑料袋体与所述吸水层之间设有若干微孔。
进一步的:所述塑料袋袋体的上部开口为自封结构。
进一步的:所述吸水材料为淀粉接枝丙烯酸盐聚合物。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明在垃圾袋的下部设有吸水层,垃圾袋内的汤汤水水通过袋底部的小孔流入吸水层,垃圾袋上部的垃圾可保存较为干燥的状态;
2、本发明结构简单、成本增加较小。

这种具有吸水功能的塑料袋,包括塑料袋袋体,塑料袋袋体的底部设有吸水层,吸水层内放有吸水材料,吸水材料可以是天然及改性高分子高吸水性树脂或人工合成类吸水性树脂,本实施例为淀粉接枝丙烯酸盐聚合物,塑料袋体与吸水层之间设有若干微孔,塑料袋袋体的上部开口为自封结构,自封结构可以是夹链自封型或不干胶自封型,本实施例为凹凸条自封型。

1.一种具有吸水功能的塑料袋,包括塑料袋体,其特征在于:所述塑料袋袋体的底部设有吸水层,所述吸水层内设有吸水材料,所述塑料袋体与所述吸水层之间设有若干微孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有吸水功能的塑料袋,其特征在于:所述塑料袋袋体的上部开口为自封结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有吸水功能的塑料袋,其特征在于:所述吸水材料为淀粉接枝丙烯酸盐聚合物。
