Abstract

本发明提供一种零序电流互感器,无须扩大其前后尺寸就能提高对来自初级导体的漏磁通的屏蔽性能。将铁芯2的截面做成前后宽度A比高度B小的扁平形状。即使将用以屏蔽来自初级导体的漏磁通的屏蔽板4以足够的厚度设置在铁芯2的前后,零序电流互感器1的前后尺寸也不会变大。

Description

零序电流互感器
本发明涉及漏电断路器用的零序电流互感器。
现有技术中的零序电流互感器如图2所示。
图2是表示现有的零序电流互感器(以下记为ZCT)1的一般结构的,其主要部分剖切了的侧视图。在图中次级线圈3沿环形铁芯2的周围缠绕,屏蔽板4和5分别配置在其前后(图的左右)和内外周边上。屏蔽板4如下所述,用以屏蔽从贯通铁芯2的初级导体中来的漏磁,而屏蔽板5用以屏蔽来自外界磁场的磁通。上述结构部分设置在用树脂成形的绝缘外壳6内。
图3是表示将上述ZCT1用于三相漏电断路器时初级导体7、8和9的配置平面图。对R相导体7来说,其直角弯曲部分7a和7c设置在贯通ZCT1的直线部分7b的前后,同样对T相导体9来说,对比与R相导体7,弯曲部分9a和9c对称地设置在直线部分9b的前后。与此相应,中央的S相导体8整体都为直线形。
可是,ZCT的基本特性包括平衡特性。此平衡特性也表示由于初级导体产生的漏磁通通过铁芯在次级侧产生的不需要的输出电平,此不需要的输出成为漏电断路器误动作的原因。
将在下面参照图4说明图3的ZCT1中发生的上述不需要的输出。也就是说,如将负截10连接在3相漏电断路器R-S相之间,当R相导体7因负载电流IR而产生图示的磁通a、b、c时,在S相导体8因负载电流IS而产生图示的磁通d。
上述电流IR和IS在不漏电状态由于其大小相等方向相反,在理想的情况下总的磁通互相抵消,通过铁芯2的磁通为零,不产生次级输出。然而如图3所示,在R-S相间初级导体7、8的形状是非对称的,这就使实际上来自弯曲部分7a、7c的磁通不平衡。结果,在铁芯2内产生磁通,因此在次级线圈3上产生不需要的输出。此现象对S-T相间也一样。
因此,迄今为止如图2所示,用屏蔽板4夹在铁芯2的前后来屏蔽来自弯曲部分7a、7c的漏磁通。可是由于现有的ZCT的铁芯的截面都是如图2所示的高度B比前后宽度A小的扁平形或者大体为正方形,要使屏蔽板足够厚才能充分地屏蔽上述漏磁通,这就使ZCT的前后尺寸(轴向尺寸)变大,因而存在着影响漏电断路器小型化这样的问题。特别是对大容量的漏电断路器来说,如何一面减少ZCT的前后尺寸,一面提高对漏磁通的屏蔽性能,是漏电断路器小型化的关键。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种既能减少前后尺寸又能提高上述屏蔽性能的ZCT。
为了达到上述目的,本发明将铁芯的截面做成前后宽度比高度更小的扁平形状。这时最好使铁芯截面的前后宽度为高度的一半以下。
由于与以往相反将铁芯截面做成前后方向薄的扁平形状,将ZCT的前后尺寸减少到比以往的小,就使设置充分的屏蔽成为可能。因为铁芯的前后尺寸薄,与以往相比能简化铁芯内外周的屏蔽,即使铁芯的高度尺寸大,就其比率来说、ZCT的外径尺寸也不大。
下面结合附图,对本发明进行详细说明:
图1是表示本发明实施例的零序电流互感器的主要部分的剖切侧视图。
图2是表示现有技术例的零序电流互感器的主要部分的剖切侧视图。
图3是表示三相漏电断路器的零序电流互感器的初级导体配置的平面图。
图4是用以说明由不平衡磁通产生不需要的输出的连线图。
图1是表示本发明实施例的ZCT主要部分的剖切侧视图,与现有技术例对应部分用相同符号表示。
在图中,次级线圈3沿冲有环形孔的硅钢板叠层体组成的铁芯2的外侧绝缘树脂11的周围缠绕。用铁板冲压成形的截面为字形的环状屏蔽板5面对面地配置在铁芯2的两侧、进一步将由沿冲有环形穿孔的硅钢板叠层体组成的屏蔽板4配置在其两侧。这些构成部分都设置在由用树脂整体模压成的其截面为字形的主体6a和嵌入其开口部的盖体6b组成的环状绝缘外壳内。
这里,铁芯2的截面为前后宽度A小于高度B的1/3的扁平形状,图示的相应厚的屏蔽板4配置在由其节约出的前后空间。结果,ZCT1的前后尺寸尽管比现有结构小,但其对来自初级导体的漏磁通的屏蔽作用却超过现有技术。由于铁芯2其前后尺寸A小,它受内外周边所接收的外部磁场的影响也比现有的小,屏蔽板5像图示那样可以简化。因而即使高度B变大,ZCT1的外径尺寸也与现有的处于相同程度。
如上所述,按照本发明,由于将铁芯截面做成其前后宽度比高度小的扁平形状,将ZCT的前后尺寸压缩到比现有的小,其平衡特性提高,能谋求漏电断路器的小型化和高性能化。因为能简化对外部磁场的屏蔽,即使铁芯截面高度变大,ZCT的外径尺寸却不会那样变大。

Claims (2)

1、一种零序电流互感器,次级线圈缠绕在环形的铁芯上,其特征在于将铁芯的截面做成其前后宽度比高度小的扁平形状。
2、按照权利要求1的零序电流互感器,其特征在于使铁芯截面的前后宽度小于高度的一半。
