That is to say, in the embodiment of the present invention, the streaming media server may collect and record a large amount of streaming media service detection information from each streaming media client in a crowdsourcing manner in advance, and determine in advance a reason for streaming media service abnormality and streaming media service optimization information corresponding to each piece of streaming media service detection information by analyzing the recorded large amount of streaming media service detection information (for example, analyzing by a crowdsourcing manner), and establish in advance a corresponding relationship between the streaming media service detection information and the reason for streaming media service abnormality and the streaming media service optimization information according to a corresponding determination result, so that when the streaming media service detection information sent by each streaming media client is received later, according to the pre-established corresponding relationship between the streaming media service detection information and the reason for streaming media service abnormality and the streaming media service optimization information, the abnormal reason of the streaming media service and the optimization information of the streaming media service corresponding to the received detection information of the streaming media service are determined relatively quickly, so that the purpose of improving the optimization processing efficiency of the streaming media service is achieved.
The cause of the service anomaly may at least include one or more of low version of the streaming media client, low version of an operating system of the streaming media client, low speed of the streaming media client accessing the network, delay of the content distribution network, and complex content distribution route, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention; accordingly, the streaming media service optimization information may include at least one or more of reducing the resolution of the streaming media content, instructing the streaming media client to perform software upgrade, updating the content network allocation algorithm, and instructing the streaming media client to perform content redirection, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
It should be noted that, when the streaming media service optimization information is an updated content network allocation algorithm, the streaming media service optimization information may also carry an updated content network allocation algorithm determined by the streaming media server; when the streaming media service optimization information indicates that the streaming media client performs content redirection, the streaming media service optimization information may also carry a cache server determined by the streaming media server, to which the streaming media client needs to be redirected, and which has a better current service quality (e.g., a lower load), and the like.
It should be noted that, the correspondence between the pre-configured streaming media service detection information and the reason for the abnormal streaming media service and the streaming media service optimization information may be generally represented in the form of a data table. Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, a static data table and a dynamic data table may be generally adopted to represent the corresponding relationship between the streaming media service detection information and the streaming media service anomaly reason and the streaming media service optimization information.
The static data table may include static streaming media service detection information related to the streaming media client, such as a streaming media client application model, a streaming media client operating system, a version, and the like, and a streaming media service abnormality cause and streaming media service optimization information, and the like, corresponding to the static streaming media service detection information; the dynamic data table may include dynamic streaming media service detection information related to a streaming media server and a content distribution network, such as a streaming media service identifier, a streaming media service access duration, a streaming media service access frequency, and a content distribution route corresponding to the streaming media service, and a streaming media service abnormality cause and streaming media service optimization information corresponding to the dynamic streaming media service detection information, which are not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
Correspondingly, on the premise of having a static data table and a dynamic data table, when the streaming media server analyzes and determines the reason of the abnormal service of the streaming media service and the optimization information of the streaming media service for solving the reason of the abnormal service according to the received detection information of the streaming media service, the server may first search the reason of the abnormal service matched with the received detection information of the streaming media service and the optimization information of the streaming media service for solving the reason of the abnormal service in a manner of searching the corresponding information in the static data table, and when the corresponding information is searched from the static data table, the searching operation is finished; or,
when the corresponding information is not found from the static data table, the corresponding information in the dynamic data table is found, and a service abnormality reason matched with the received streaming media service detection information and streaming media service optimization information for solving the service abnormality reason are found, which is not described in detail in the embodiment of the present invention.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the information sending module 21 may be further configured to, after the optimization processing module 23 performs corresponding optimization processing on the current streaming media service according to the streaming media service optimization information, return a streaming media service processing response message to the streaming media server, so that the streaming media server knows and records the optimization state information of the current optimization processing performed by the streaming media client according to the streaming media service processing response message.
In the fifth technical solution of the fifth embodiment of the present invention, the streaming media client may feed back streaming media service detection information to the streaming media server when determining that the streaming media service is abnormal, so that the streaming media server analyzes and determines a service abnormality cause of the streaming media service and streaming media service optimization information for solving the service abnormality cause according to the streaming media service detection information; and according to the streaming media service optimization information returned by the streaming media server, the current streaming media service is optimized correspondingly, so that the aim of providing a possible streaming media service optimization solution for a user in time through a diagnosis mode of a system so as to improve the service quality of the streaming media service and further improve the optimization effect of the streaming media service can be achieved.
Example six:
the sixth embodiment of the invention provides a streaming media service optimization system which can be applied to the processing process of streaming media services such as video or audio. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, which is a schematic structural diagram of the streaming media service optimization system in the flow of the embodiment of the present invention, the streaming media service optimization system may include at least one streaming media server 31 and at least one streaming media client 32, where:
the streaming media client 32 is configured to, when determining that a streaming media service is abnormal, feed back streaming media service detection information to the streaming media server 31, receive streaming media service optimization information returned by the streaming media server 31, and perform corresponding optimization processing on the current streaming media service according to the streaming media service optimization information;
the streaming media server 31 is configured to receive the streaming media service detection information fed back by the streaming media client 32, analyze and determine a service abnormality cause of the streaming media service and streaming media service optimization information for solving the service abnormality cause according to the received streaming media service detection information, and send the determined streaming media service optimization information to the streaming media client 32.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the specific structures of the streaming media server 31 and the streaming media client 32 are respectively similar to the streaming media server described in the fourth embodiment of the present invention and the streaming media client described in the fifth embodiment of the present invention, and details of the embodiment of the present invention are not repeated.
In the technical solution of the sixth embodiment of the present invention, because the streaming media server can feed back the streaming media service optimization information correspondingly used for solving the service abnormality to the streaming media client in real time according to the streaming media service detection information fed back by the streaming media client when the streaming media service is abnormal, the purpose of providing a possible streaming media service optimization solution for a user in time to improve the service quality of the streaming media service and further improve the optimization effect of the streaming media service in a diagnosis manner of the system can be achieved.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, apparatus (device), or computer program product. Claims (25)

1. A method for optimizing a streaming media service is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a streaming media server receives streaming media service detection information fed back by a streaming media client when the streaming media service is determined to be abnormal; and are
Analyzing and determining the abnormal reason of the streaming media service and the optimization information of the streaming media service for solving the abnormal reason of the service according to the received streaming media service detection information; and the number of the first and second groups,
and sending the determined streaming media service optimization information to the streaming media client, and indicating the streaming media client to perform corresponding optimization processing on the current streaming media service according to the streaming media service optimization information.
2. The streaming media service optimization method of claim 1, wherein the streaming media service detection information at least comprises one or more of the following information:
the method comprises the steps of the application model of the streaming media client, the operating system and version of the streaming media client, the identification of the streaming media service, the access time of the streaming media service, the access frequency of the streaming media service and the content distribution routing information corresponding to the streaming media service.

The method for optimizing streaming media service according to any one of claims 1 or 2, wherein analyzing and determining a service abnormality cause of the streaming media service and streaming media service optimization information for solving the service abnormality cause according to the received streaming media service detection information, comprises:
determining the abnormal reason of the streaming media service corresponding to the received streaming media service detection information and the streaming media service optimization information for solving the abnormal reason of the service according to the corresponding relation of the pre-configured streaming media service detection information, the abnormal reason of the streaming media service and the streaming media service optimization information;
the corresponding relation between the streaming media service detection information and the reason for the abnormal streaming media service and the streaming media service optimization information is obtained by analyzing the streaming media service detection information of each streaming media client acquired by the streaming media server in a crowdsourcing mode.
4. The streaming media service optimization method according to any one of claims 1 or 2,
the service abnormal reasons at least comprise one or more of low version of the streaming media client, low version of an operating system of the streaming media client, low speed of the streaming media client accessing a network, delay of a content distribution network and complex content distribution route;
the streaming media service optimization information at least comprises one or more of reducing the resolution of streaming media content, indicating a streaming media client to carry out software upgrading, updating a content network distribution algorithm and indicating the streaming media client to carry out content redirection.
5. The streaming media service optimization method of claim 3,
the corresponding relation between the pre-configured streaming media service detection information and the abnormal reason of the streaming media service and the streaming media service optimization information is expressed in a data table form.
6. The method for optimizing streaming media service according to any one of claims 1 or 2, wherein after sending the determined streaming media service optimization information to the streaming media client and instructing the streaming media client to perform corresponding optimization processing on the current streaming media service according to the streaming media service optimization information, the method further comprises:
and receiving the streaming media service processing response information returned by the streaming media client.
7. A method for optimizing a streaming media service is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when determining that the streaming media service is abnormal, the streaming media client feeds back streaming media service detection information to the streaming media server, so that the streaming media server analyzes and determines the reason of the abnormal service of the streaming media service and streaming media service optimization information for solving the reason of the abnormal service according to the streaming media service detection information; and the number of the first and second groups,
and receiving the streaming media service optimization information returned by the streaming media server, and performing corresponding optimization processing on the current streaming media service according to the streaming media service optimization information.
8. The streaming media service optimization method of claim 7, wherein the streaming media service detection information at least comprises one or more of the following information:
the method comprises the steps of the application model of the streaming media client, the operating system and version of the streaming media client, the identification of the streaming media service, the access time of the streaming media service, the access frequency of the streaming media service and the content distribution routing information corresponding to the streaming media service.

The method for optimizing streaming media service according to any one of claims 7 or 8, wherein feeding back streaming media service detection information to a streaming media server, so that the streaming media server analyzes and determines a service abnormality cause of the streaming media service and streaming media service optimization information for solving the service abnormality cause according to the streaming media service detection information, comprises:
feeding back streaming media service detection information to the streaming media server, so that the streaming media server determines the streaming media service abnormal reason corresponding to the received streaming media service detection information and streaming media service optimization information for solving the service abnormal reason according to the corresponding relationship between the pre-configured streaming media service detection information and the streaming media service abnormal reason and the streaming media service optimization information;
the corresponding relation between the streaming media service detection information and the reason for the abnormal streaming media service and the streaming media service optimization information is obtained by analyzing the streaming media service detection information of each streaming media client acquired by the streaming media server in a crowdsourcing mode.
10. The streaming media service optimization method according to any one of claims 7 or 8,
the service abnormal reasons at least comprise one or more of low version of the streaming media client, low version of an operating system of the streaming media client, low speed of the streaming media client accessing a network, delay of a content distribution network and complex content distribution route;
the streaming media service optimization information at least comprises one or more of reducing the resolution of streaming media content, indicating a streaming media client to carry out software upgrading, updating a content network distribution algorithm and indicating the streaming media client to carry out content redirection.
11. The streaming media service optimization method of claim 9,
the corresponding relation between the pre-configured streaming media service detection information and the abnormal reason of the streaming media service and the streaming media service optimization information is expressed in a data table form.
12. The method for optimizing streaming media service according to any one of claims 7 and 8, wherein after performing corresponding optimization processing on the current streaming media service according to the streaming media service optimization information, the method further comprises:
and returning a streaming media service processing response message to the streaming media server.
13. A streaming media server, comprising:
the information receiving module is used for receiving streaming media service detection information fed back by the streaming media client when the streaming media service is determined to be abnormal;
the analysis determining module is used for analyzing and determining the abnormal reason of the streaming media service and the optimization information of the streaming media service for solving the abnormal reason of the streaming media service according to the streaming media service detection information received by the information receiving module;
and the information sending module is used for sending the streaming media service optimization information determined by the analysis and determination module to the streaming media client, and instructing the streaming media client to perform corresponding optimization processing on the current streaming media service according to the streaming media service optimization information.
14. The streaming media server of claim 13, wherein the streaming media service detection information received by the information receiving module at least comprises one or more of the following information:
the method comprises the steps of the application model of the streaming media client, the operating system and version of the streaming media client, the identification of the streaming media service, the access time of the streaming media service, the access frequency of the streaming media service and the content distribution routing information corresponding to the streaming media service.
15. The streaming server according to any of claims 13 or 14,
the analysis and determination module is specifically configured to determine, according to a correspondence between pre-configured streaming media service detection information and a streaming media service anomaly reason and streaming media service optimization information, a streaming media service anomaly reason corresponding to the received streaming media service detection information and streaming media service optimization information used for solving the service anomaly reason;
the corresponding relation between the streaming media service detection information and the reason for the abnormal streaming media service and the streaming media service optimization information is obtained by analyzing the streaming media service detection information of each streaming media client acquired by the streaming media server in a crowdsourcing mode.
16. The streaming server according to any of claims 13 or 14,
the service abnormal reasons at least comprise one or more of low version of the streaming media client, low version of an operating system of the streaming media client, low speed of the streaming media client accessing a network, delay of a content distribution network and complex content distribution route;
the streaming media service optimization information at least comprises one or more of reducing the resolution of streaming media content, indicating a streaming media client to carry out software upgrading, updating a content network distribution algorithm and indicating the streaming media client to carry out content redirection.
17. The streaming media server of claim 15,
the corresponding relation between the pre-configured streaming media service detection information and the abnormal reason of the streaming media service and the streaming media service optimization information is expressed in a data table form.
18. The streaming server according to any of claims 13 or 14,
the information receiving module is further configured to receive streaming media service processing response information returned by the streaming media client after the information sending module sends the determined streaming media service optimization information to the streaming media client and instructs the streaming media client to perform corresponding optimization processing on the current streaming media service according to the streaming media service processing information.
19. A streaming client, comprising:
the information sending module is used for feeding back streaming media service detection information to a streaming media server when determining that the streaming media service is abnormal, so that the streaming media server analyzes and determines the reason of the abnormal service of the streaming media service and streaming media service optimization information for solving the reason of the abnormal service according to the streaming media service detection information;
the information receiving module is used for receiving the streaming media service optimization information returned by the streaming media server;
and the optimization processing module is used for correspondingly optimizing the current streaming media service according to the streaming media service optimization information received by the information receiving module.
20. The streaming media client of claim 19, wherein the streaming media service detection information sent by the information sending module at least comprises one or more of the following information:
the method comprises the steps of the application model of the streaming media client, the operating system and version of the streaming media client, the identification of the streaming media service, the access time of the streaming media service, the access frequency of the streaming media service and the content distribution routing information corresponding to the streaming media service.

the corresponding relation between the streaming media service detection information and the reason for the abnormal streaming media service and the streaming media service optimization information is obtained by analyzing the streaming media service detection information of each streaming media client acquired by the streaming media server in a crowdsourcing mode.

the streaming media client is used for feeding back streaming media service detection information to the streaming media server when determining that the streaming media service is abnormal, receiving streaming media service optimization information returned by the streaming media server, and performing corresponding optimization processing on the current streaming media service according to the streaming media service optimization information;
the streaming media server is configured to receive the streaming media service detection information fed back by the streaming media client, analyze and determine a service abnormality reason of the streaming media service and streaming media service optimization information for solving the service abnormality reason according to the received streaming media service detection information, and send the determined streaming media service optimization information to the streaming media client.
