The invention relates to a power capacitor oil leakage detection device, comprising: the oil receiving container is used for collecting oil leaked from the power capacitor and is arranged below the power capacitor; a power supply for applying voltage to the liquid in the oil receiving container and connected with the oil receiving container; and a photoacoustic spectrum detector for detecting gas generated after voltage is applied, which is arranged at the container opening of the oil container. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of reliable detection result, simple structure, low cost, convenient operation and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a monitoring device, in particular to an oil leakage detection device for a power capacitor.
Background
At present, in the power capacitor used in China, the expansion coefficients of the ceramic sleeve and the metal shell of the capacitor are different, so that the phenomenon of oil leakage at the root of the ceramic sleeve of the capacitor is caused. The existing common method is solved by manual inspection, but the manual monitoring method wastes manpower, finds that the oil leakage of the power capacitor has great uncertainty and instability, and if the oil leakage of the power capacitor is not found in time, the insulation level of the power capacitor after the oil leakage is reduced, so that breakdown and damage are caused, accidents are caused, the power production is directly influenced, and the personal safety is damaged. In addition, chinese patent CN201561844U provides an online monitoring device for oil leakage of a power capacitor, which includes an infrared monitoring probe set, a server and a computer, wherein the server is connected with the infrared monitoring probe set through a transmission line; the number of the infrared monitoring device probes in the infrared monitoring probe group is 5; the transmission line is an optical fiber. The device can carry out real-time on-line monitoring to power capacitor, but has the component more, and the cost is higher not enough.

The oil receiving container comprises a funnel bottom sealing container or an oil receiving disc.
The power supply includes a small transformer that is connected to the primary side of the power system.
The photoacoustic spectrum detector adopts a PGS-2 type photoacoustic gas sensor.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the invention detects the gas change of the container mouth of the oil receiving container through the photoacoustic spectrum detector, thereby judging whether the oil leakage phenomenon occurs or not, and the detection result is reliable and effective;
(2) the device has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and convenient operation.
(3) The device has high response speed, and can find faults and give an alarm in time.
(4) The invention adopts the photoacoustic gas sensor, has high sensitivity, high accuracy and high reliability in the aspect of trace gas detection, and has the advantages of wide detection range, quick response, suitability for online detection, no need of consuming carrier gas, capability of realizing simultaneous detection of multi-component gas and the like.
(5) The invention adopts a PGS-2 type photoacoustic spectrometer with a single light beam structure and a microcomputer to carry out normalization processing on a spectrum source and acquire, process, store and display acoustic signals; simple structure and convenient operation.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments. As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an oil leakage detection apparatus for a power capacitor, including an oil receiving container 1, a power supply 2, and a photoacoustic spectroscopy detector 3, where the oil receiving container 1 is disposed below a power capacitor 4 and is used for collecting oil leaked from the power capacitor, and the power supply 2 is connected to the oil receiving container and is used for applying a voltage to a liquid in the oil receiving container to discharge the liquid in the container; the photoacoustic spectrum detector 3 is arranged at the container opening of the oil container and used for detecting gas generated after voltage is applied and judging whether oil leaks or not. In this embodiment, the oil receiving container 4 may be a funnel-shaped bottom sealing container, or may be an oil receiving pan. The power supply 2 is a small transformer which is connected with the primary side of the power system to draw corresponding voltage and provide voltage for the liquid in the oil receiving container. The photoacoustic spectrum detector 3 adopts a PGS-2 type photoacoustic gas sensor.
The working principle of the oil leakage detection device for the power capacitor is as follows:
(1) before the detector is put into use, data output by the photoacoustic spectrum detector are recorded, namely the output result of the detector for detecting air is taken as a standard;
(2) after the power capacitor is put into use, if the oil does not leak out of the power capacitor, the data output by the photoacoustic spectrum detector at the moment is similar to the result in the step (1), so that the situation that the oil leaks out of the power capacitor can be judged;
(3) after the power capacitor is put into use, if oil leaks from the power capacitor, the data output by the photoacoustic spectrum detector and the result in the step (1) have larger access, so that the fact that the power capacitor leaks oil can be judged, and workers need to be sent to repair immediately.
(4) If the container is exposed to rainy days, a large amount of gas is not generated after the water in the container discharges, only hydrogen and oxygen are generated at best, the types of the gas are few, and the condition of misjudgment can be completely avoided through the comparison of the data output by the photoacoustic spectrum detector and the result in the step (1). If the container has oil, a large amount of various gases can still be generated through the action of discharge, and the photoacoustic spectrum detector can easily judge whether the power capacitor has oil leakage or not.

1. A power capacitor oil leakage detection device, characterized by comprising:
the oil receiving container is used for collecting oil leaked from the power capacitor and is arranged below the power capacitor;
a power supply for applying voltage to the liquid in the oil receiving container and connected with the oil receiving container;
the photoacoustic spectrum detector is arranged at the container opening of the oil receiving container and is used for detecting the gas change of the container opening of the oil receiving container, and the photoacoustic spectrum detector adopts a PGS-2 type photoacoustic gas sensor.
