简易倾斜仪表是一种简易的测量倾斜角度的仪表,它的外表壳呈透明圆饼形,圆饼形表壳(1)内部有圆饼形空腔(2),圆饼形空腔(2)内有刚好占空腔容积一半的透明液体,圆饼形表壳(1)外面的圆面上有360°的角度刻度线(3),圆饼形表壳(1)外面的另一圆面上有与刻度0°到圆心线重合的直靠尺(4),圆饼形表壳(1)的上顶部有与圆饼柱体轴心线平行的气泡水平仪(5)。它体积小,携带方便,价格低廉测量倾斜角度范围大,使用方便,更适合镶在在安装时需要测量倾斜角度的产品上一次性使用的简易倾斜仪表。

本发明是一种测量仪器,特别是一种简易的测量倾斜角度的仪表。
背景技术
目前使用的倾斜仪,大多都比较精密,体积大,携带不方便,价格昂贵,测量倾斜角度范围受限,使用不方便,更不能镶嵌在安装时需要测量倾斜角度的产品上一次性使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种测量精度不太高,但体积小,携带方便,价格低廉测量倾斜角度范围大,使用方便,更适合镶在在安装时需要测量倾斜角度的产品上一次性使用的简易倾斜仪表。
本发明采用的技术方案是:该简易倾斜仪表的外表壳呈透明圆饼形,圆饼形表壳内部有圆饼形空腔,圆饼形空腔内,有刚好占空腔容积一半的透明液体,圆饼形表壳外面的圆面上有360°的角度刻度,圆饼形表壳外面的另一圆面上有与刻度0°到圆心线重合的直靠尺,圆饼形表壳的上顶部有与圆饼柱体轴心线平行的气泡水平仪。
由于该倾斜仪表壳是用透明的塑料或玻璃制成,所以它成本较低;由于是透明圆饼形并有360°的刻度,所以用它测量倾斜的范围大;由于它体积小,所以它携带方便;由于它的一圆面上有直靠尺,测量时只要将靠尺靠在测量物体的平面上,液体平面所指的度数就是被量物体的倾斜角度,所以它使用方便;由于它的上顶有气泡水平仪,它不但可以测量物体的倾斜面,同时还可以测量物体的另一个水平面;由于它成本低,所以它更适合安装镶嵌在在安装时需要测量倾斜角的产品(如太阳能电池板,太阳能热水器)上一次性便用。

在图1、图2中,本发明提供的简易倾斜仪表的外表壳呈透明圆饼形,圆饼形表壳(1)内部有圆饼形空腔(2),圆饼形空腔(2)内有刚好占空腔容积一半的透明液体,圆饼形表壳(1)外面的圆面上有360°的角度刻度线(3),圆饼形表壳(1)外面的另一圆面上有与刻度0°到圆心线重合的直靠尺(4),圆饼形表壳(1)的上顶部有与圆饼柱体轴心线平行的气泡水平仪(5)。
